Be aware of false advertisement Poshmark allows. I bought pajama showing both top and pants on the picture and I only received the top. Poshmark is not helping me with this issue. They won't allow me to return it and get money back. I totally overpaid for a used piece of pajama top.

I purchased an item I discovered was a fake, contacted them immediately and got the run around, delaying a concrete response until it was well past their return deadline. Infuriating. I will send back the cheap knockoff to the seller and tell everyone never to shop with Poshmark.

I have had wonderful experiences on poshmark and the parties are fabulous. My first purchase was ok. I ordered 6pks of Marley braids and the seller kept bs-ing about shipping them. So I contacted poshmark and they said give her three days and I did... she kept giving me excuses. Poshmark sent my refund with shipping. They were prompt and efficient. I hope my next purchase will go as smooth as my recent one.

I purchased a $600 Movado watch. I thought I would be safe since there was a concierge service. That was a joke. The watch was not only fake but it was damaged as well. When I tried to get my money back they have been unresponsive. There is no phone number. The only way to contact them is through e-mail. Tell all your girlfriends and sisters, Poshmark is a joke and Fraud.

If I had known they don't hold their seller's accountable for misrepresenting their merchandise I would have never bought from them. They really need to have more stringent repercussions for sellers that describe their merchandise misleadingly. I bought a pair of pajamas advertised as silk. Not silk but polyester. And I bought a pair of flannel pajamas that were advertising mediums but had been washed and shrunk so they were smalls Poshmark refused to make good on those. Will not be buying from them again

I opened an account to sell a few items from my closet and I had an awful experience. I had sold my item (an authentic Gucci belt) to someone and after I had sold it my listing disappeared. I assume the sale cancelled because I couldn't access it. I tried to reach out to Poshmark to resolve this issue but they do not have a customer service phone number and they never contacted me back through their support center after I have reached out 3 times. After this, I deleted that account and opened up a new one to only find an error pull up each time I tried to list an item. Once again, nobody reached back out to help me resolve this problem. To sum my experience up, I have learned that Poshmark gives minimal support if any help to their users and they take a higher percentage of your sales than eBay and Mercari. Why would I use this app again when there are better functioning buy/sell apps that don't take as much out of my sale?

A buyer bought a bundle of items from me. The buyer decided to return them for no good reason. When the items returned, two of the most expensive items were broken. I filed a claim and all Poshmark would do was give me a five dollar credit for $50 in damaged items.

I purchased a pair of sandals for $82 when I got them one of the sandals were damaged when I contacted the seller they said that they would not accept a return because the shoe doesn't have to fit. Poshmark backthem up do not shop that site stick to Etsy or eBay

So far I have bought 3 pairs of shoes for my sons, 1 for me, pants for me, dress for my granddaughter, and shorts for one son- and I saved a TON of money! Adidas for $13- yes please! Vans (new!) for $30 - yay! My pants $8 - Yesss! You have to really check out the pics, read descriptions, and be smart! So worth it if you want deals! I am a bit frugal when it comes to kids shopping sometimes and this is perfect! Also you get rewarded when your friends join and shop!

I made a purchase, seller didn't ship for 10 days. I complained to Postmark and they told me to be patient. I sold an item and on the 4th day I shipped it. On day 5 they told me to cancel shipment because buyer cancelled. Are you kidding me? Such a rip off. I cancelled all my listings.

Once you sign up and look and like a few items the onslaught starts. In one day I received over twenty emails.
I quickly tried to delete my account only to be told I couldn't as I was in negotiations with multiple vendors. I wasn't but they had inundated me with offers.

I find the shipping is expensive. Lots of items you can buy new which would cost the same as Poshmark due to the shipping costs. Poshmark fees are also a little steep. I have found a few great deals but lots of not so great deals too. I'd rather buy local- no shipping fees

Tip for consumers:
Check your local ads for items. Cheaper to purchase and no shipping fees. I make more money selling locally

Poshmark has the worst customer service ever. There is no phone number, and you have to write an email with an automated response to your detailed question stating it will take up to 5 days to get a response. I still have yet to get responses for items that have sold, and have been delivered. It has been over a month. The cut they take is larger than any other selling website I have ever heard of! They take up to $40 percent of your earnings in some cases. And for items over $100 they take the same percentage. It is unreal and My problems have yet to be resolved. It may be a great place to buy, but to sell, it is terrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website for selling purposes! I had to select at least one star to be a review, but I would give them 0 of 5. Absolutely terrible seller resolution, customer service, and communication. As soon as I receive the money I have earned, which has been over a month I will never return to this site and will de-acvivate my account.

While the seller of these $60 AG NWOT jeans may not have intended to sell a mismarked product, they did (I own 3 authentic pairs which fit great; this is huge) and I found I have zero recourse with Poshmark. As long as the tag on item matches description, no matter how erroneous, you will waste your time requesting a return. Three rounds of communication, 2 rounds of taking/posting photos to recieve a foregone conclusion of "no return." My wife was right when she said she had heard Poshmark sides with seller every time. I can imagine how many fraudulent sellers could be on the site. No more!

Sorry for the hideous photo. Jeans could fit another 1/2 of me in there.

Tip for consumers:
don't count on Poshmark ever siding with buyer

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site, especially@jf624. Terribly unprofessional, ignorant and rude. They protect the seller and care nothing about the buyer. Paid $200.00 for Levi Vintage Clothing jeans. Size marked wrong, sent pictures with tapemeasure showing incorrectly listed. Their reply was you should ask more questions and try to relist them on Poshmark, yeah right. These people are no better than thieves. I provided a picture to show them their error.

I sold a pair of red bottoms and they have not deposited my money yet. They keep sending me the same copy emails. Then they sent me saying they deposited 12.00 in a key bank account which is not mines and my deposit is for 228.00 they dont have no contact numbers. They are a fraud!

Horrible customer service. Most items are reposhed and aren't worth the 7.95 shipping. Smell, poor quality and many dishonest, don't care sellers. Very disappointing. Will NEVER buy from this website again.

My debit card number was stolen twice from me using this site! This site isn't safe at all someone charged gas at a gas station in Texas and someone tried to order a Uber off of my card shortly after I had made a couple of purchases on this app. Please stay away from this app!

Too many lowballers, system of saving in your likes folder to get the seller's hopes up, lowballers, morons who want to trade when you clearly just want to sell, low sales volume unless you're willing to sell dirt cheap since nobody thinks anything is worth anything on this site. Better to list on eBay where people can compete and have a sense of "this might not be around a month from now so I should try to bid". It's really discouraging. I am considering quitting. It's too much work to do all those shares all that social networking to make diddly squat and have the value of your belongings insulted by the ever present lowballer.

I've made nearly $100 in the past month selling old clothes out my closet! It's extremely convenient to sell because of the flat rate shipping labels that you can simply print out at your house so no trips to the post office or waiting in the long lines :) you can also have free boxes delivered and schedule pick ups for your outgoing packages through usps right at home! I've contacted poshmark support because a package i sold was lost and they were very helpful and responded to my and the buyer quickly and refunded her and I still received my payment as part of the protection they provide their users! I've purchased several things from posh and the other sellers are always helpful and quick to ship items in my experience (: Join me on Poshmark! Worst online experience. Essentially no customer service. Garment I ordered said NWT. Strong sickening perfume odor. Tags tampered with. Purchase is very simple. Return instructions are ridiculous and purposely impossible to follow. Don't purchase from them.

I bought a pair of sunglasses on Poshmark, and they were delivered broken. I logged on to the app to notify Poshmark immediately, including pictures and made it clear that I would be happy to send these glasses back, but that I wanted a refund since they were delivered broken. I have submitted a series of comments that are in "case review' between the seller and I, as well as 3 emails to customer support. And why haven't I called them u might ask? Well, because there is no customer service phone number. U can only contact them via email or through their app or website. They are horrible, and with all of these negative reviews online, there may be a class action lawsuit for all of the customers/sellers victimized by this site. STAY AWAY FROM POSHMARK!

After getting an email confirming my first order ever from Poshmark with a link that wouldn't open, I got leery of site and cancelled order within an hour and requested deletion of my info. They had already charged my credit card. I have attempted for 36 hours to cancel. The "contact us" link has multiple required drop down boxes to determine the issue and it just sends you to a FAQ page. Phone number message says no phone customer service. They send form letters that make no reference to the specific concerns. I suspect scam. I assumed it was valid... tv ads and other marketing. But just looks like scam to me. Although I've requested deletion of my info 3x and unsubscribed to emails I'm getting promo emails 5-5 x a day. This is some kind of basement operation money grab with no service.

Tip for consumers:
I should have read reviews first. Impossible to get customer service.

I don't know what it's like to sell on poshmark.ca but my experience as a (Canadian) buyer has been excellent. The vast majority of sellers are responsive, prompt and reasonable. Solid offers (not lowballing) are generally accepted or countered. Moreover, I like doing commerce within Canada. It's good for our economy, nést-ce-pas? And everything is tracked via Canada Post. You never have to worry about Customs' lags and fees. It's true that a very small minority of sellers don't ship. They simply don't. However, Poshmark will return your funds to you if the seller hasn't shipped within 7 days. A workaround is to make a reasonable/decent offer. That way, your money isn't held up even if the seller ignores your offer. I believe there's a 24-hour window for this type of transaction. I've found some wonderful items on Poshmark.ca. The shipping is a little pricey, but often enough a seller offers reduced shipping. If I could, I would leave a four-and-a-half star rating.

Tip for consumers:
Make solid/decent/reasonable offers. That way, if the seller doesn't respond, your funds won't be tied up.

I never buy anything due to the amount of scammers; however, even as a seller I was scammed on my first sell. I posted a picture of a brand new sweater that I happened to never wear. When I shipped everything I even included some extra goodies. She ended up filing a complaint stating I had makeup stains and ripped the sweater! She won the case and I got back a sweater with makeup stains of a shade that was five shades lighter than my complexion as well as those tears she mentioned in her complaint, oh and I never got back the extra items I included. I didn't even bother trying to contact poshmark again because they were very slow in replying and were no help.

Recently I sold my first bundle (2 pant suits and a evening dress) to a very nice lady cheaply. Realzing that I would only earn $44 on these items, I decided to cancel the order. I contacted her, apologized to her, and we moved forward. She was okay with the cancellation.

I informed Poshmark for over a week about the cancellation and requesting the removal of the SOLD sign off my items. I can't locate any suggestions that would allow me to complete this myself. I have tried communicating with the company but NO help as of today.

I have had no problems getting my item to my buyers or returns request. My policy is be honest about the items. It's stated in the item whether or not the items is worn or new. Just need to have that work SOLD removed.

So far Im pleased
