I tried to buy a coat for my wife for the holidays. What was shipped was nothing that resembled what I bought online. They refused to refund my money. Do not buy from them under any circumstance - not a credible business

I will never buy anything from this store again. They do not give phone number to contact them if their product does not arrive. The best you can do is to email them and good luck with that, they never respond. They will not support any of the products that they sell. They just refused this post because I did not write 50 words in my complaint. I did write 50 words and they refuse to accept a complaint. They are also insisting that I set up a Facebook account and I do not want a Facebook account to publish this.

I used to believe in this company. They are scammers frfr. The girl sold me two pairs of size 9 heels. When they got here one was a 9 and the other said 7 on the bottom. When I complained I was told in UK its a woman's size 9 yet I couldn't even come close to putting it on my foot. Clearly it was a size 7. Poshmark basically said sorry about your luck gave me a 5.00 credit and told me to give to a friend or resell on Poshmark. I'm livid. This company helped a scammer scam me

Horrible customer service. Do not use them. Sold a Louis Vuitton, shipped it ot PoshMark they receioved it on January5,2021 and 189 days later still in review. Their website says 7 business days due to the holiday season. The holidays are over. They take you money and items and then hold on to them. Great way for them to pad their bank account.

I recently purchased an item on Posh via the buy it now option, but because the seller was negotiating via the comments box with another member my purchase was canceled. Posh allows sellers to just cancel for ANY reason. I thought that if you negotiate via the comments box that you run the risk of losing the item to someone else via the buy it now option, not the other way around?

Terrible sellers( frankly do not know how to be in small business), no good business practices from the Sellers or Poshmark. Terrible overall site. Poshmark does nothing to oversee their sellers which makes Poshmark look like the crappy site they are.

Poshmark is really bad with following with their emails and service. I bought a Hilo bag that was not well described. I tried to cancel and there is no option to cancel. I messaged the seller and never replied, i emailed poshmark never replied. I filed for a refund they replied sorry you don't qualify. Don't buy here.

I started getting email notifications from the site as if I were a seller. The info inside the notifications, such as my alleged name and mailing list, were obviously phony so I contacted the company and said they had the wrong email address for the listed seller. They apologized and said they'd try to fix it but of course, they never did. I finally figured out that since my email address was listed as the contact info, I could go in and change the account info... which I did. I did observe that there was no way to cancel the account online (which is also suspect) so I just changed the email address.

My cautionary note to others is spend your money elsewhere. I have no idea if the bid notifications I was getting were legit or just some type of spam/phishing scheme, but if they were real, there are probably some disappointed potential buyers out there.

So I bought a blouse, it was in no way the size purchased. I reported this and they wanted proof. The seller had a picture with the size. Other than that I could not prove, I wanted to return, (no returns) They give you a few days to prove and decide. Long story short - after the deadline for some unknown reason, I think I was cutting it up, I see that the seller had taken it in 6 inches on each side! So it was altered, falsly advertised, but after the deadline and I started cutt9ing it to find some use for it. All I have to say is "All sales are final" "be careful what you get" and all sellers are liars just trying to pawn off their garbage.

As a seller lately I have had largely scammers returning items they damaged and when it was USPS fault the Posh Review Brigade blames me that it was undisclosed damage. THEN I was just shadow-banned for no apparent reason. YES! Shadow-banned. My site is there and says I have over 900 listings but none of them can be seen by anyone including me since last Thursday and none of my 3 emails to Support concerning this issue have been answered and it has been five days. What a joke it has become. Sold some things in past month but a lot of rude lowballers trying to buy my gold below spot. It was good for a bit during May and June but now it has gone downhill FAST!

Be careful using Poshmark They automatically charge your PayPal account or card with a pre-approval stating you agreed to. You will find a charge for maybe $1000 one day and you won't be happy! Be careful.

The absolute WORST app of all time. Not only do they take 20% of your entire purchase and leave you with very little revenue, they have the WORST customer service. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Would not recommend wasting your time with this app. They are not looking to help you at all and all they want is your money.

I have even a longtime poshMark seller and let me tell you, poshMark support does not have your back. Even if you have one thousand five star reviews - they will not have your back. They will let customers damage items and send them back purely because of buyers remorse. Even if you have PROOF of the condition before you ship the item out… they will not believe you. Now I have items that are worth good money and damaged. What to do now?

I tried to find some merchandise I have in mind and I noticed that some of the sellers from poshmark have the same item listed in ebay. I thought you can get a great amount of saving buying from poshmark seller?

Stay away from them.

They take 20% off any purchase over $5 and charge $5 shipping so if you have small items poshmark makes them either impossible to sell or free. The pictures have to be edited before you upload them to poshmark for a guaranteed fit. If you use poshmarks camera it blurs the picture after taking it. If you have any issues, it takes 4 weeks to resolve. I sent out 2 packages at the same time accidentally swapping the items, its been 11 days and i still dont have it resolved because whoever you are emailing at the response center takes 2 days to reply. They explained how they would be sending me labels, why are you sending me the label when the women have the items? Its like they are mentally challenged over there. I cannot understand how a company who charges so much commission to sell your items does not have a call center for support. This is ridiculous. I think im ready to delete poshmark.

All of the negative reviews I have read are from people who did not read the policies an procedures before selling or buying on poshmark. As a seller if I am selling an item with major defect I do reach out to the buyer and make sure they did read the description before sending it but posh doesn't require that just that you stated it in the orginal description so read before you purchase--dont let your excitement get the best of you. Make sure you know what you're buying and if it's incorrectly represented Posh will take it back. I have been selling on Posh since Jan 20,2017 and it's the best thing since sliced bread. I purchased my first Poshmark purchase. I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag for 1,200. The description stated "minor" smell. When I received bag it had a very very strong smell to it! It was making me nauseous. I sent a message to *******@floristflo and stated my concern. I also requested return. Seller told me to "air it out" and Poshmark offered me $50.00 and refused to issue a return. I disputed the charge but they denied. I am very disappointed that they did not even consider taking the bag back to verify the smell themselves, the very least they could have done. Since then I have "aired" the bag out and smell is still there! And I have lost out on $1,200! I am very hesitant on making another purchase on Poshmark. I would have been satisfied with the purchase since it is a very nice bag if it was not for the smell. Now I have a $1,200 bag that I cannot use due to the funky smell. Buyers beware on buying anything that states "minor" smell.

Poshmark is terrible for sellers. Not only do they take off 20% plus freight plus taxes but if somebody claims they didn't get an item they don't release your funds. I sent expensive jewelry to the authentication department who sent it to the buyer and the buyer saying they didn't get it and they won't release my funds, they are the ones who sent the package to the buyer don't sell from this site.

Stay away from this seller *******@laurakitten. She buys over 250$ worth of lipsticks from me and when she gets it she does a return stating that she got something different. The funny thing is She was the only buyer for that day and I shipped everything, now I am very afraid of using poshmark. They dont protect sellers at all. They believe the buyer who is a *******@laurnakitten everyone! Beware

I would do give zero stars if I could. I purchased a top online because it looked beautiful. When it came it didn't have the ruffles shown in the pic. The seller had made the top appear to have ruffles the way she styled it on the mannequin. When the top arrived I contacted customer service and showed them a pic vs what was advertised and because the seller had been selling on the site (that's what I'm assuming I mean what else could it be) I was denied my refund and I have not and will not do business there ever again. Shame on the seller and customer service when they knew I didn't get what I was shown.

Seller BEWARE. I put two handbags for sale and within minutes I had four buyers who turned out to be scammers. I was approached by a supposed employee of Poshmark showing their photo and employee badge that wanted my ss#, drivers license and wanted me to get a $200 gift card to give Poshmark before they would allow buyers to pay. Because I wouldn't give my ss# the phisher wiped out my account history. It was a nightmare. No help from Poshmark when I reached out to them. I canceled my membership. There are real problems with Poshmark.

I ordered a top which was shown as a RED color. The top came in and was a mauve color. Two other items came which I did not order. I made 10 attempts to resolve to return the top including the unordered items, Poshmark kept emailing that they are looking into the matter.
I returned ALL of the items and they refused to credit my account.
They will not have a phone conversation. The packaging was sloppy and I lost $80.90 plus the return postage, plus the insurance. I have proof that my return package was received by Poshmark.
Dishonest company.

They charged my credit card but didn't send anything I ordered. I have been trying to get my credit card debited for weeks but keep getting excuses about more and more information needed to look into my complaint.
