Poshmark

The product was received by the buyer, the tracking was tracked by Poshmark until it was delivered then Poshmark Canceled the order. So the buyer has the product, Poshmark has the money and now is not replying.

I bought a Patagonia fleece from this site and the seller did not show a photo of a "younglife" decal on the sleeve, clearly showing this was some free handout for the Younglife organization. When I tried to submit photos they said the photos were not clear enough even though they were perfectly clear and they denied my return. I am contesting the charges with my credit card company. Beware

I purchased a purse that was advertised "NWOT, some imperfections natural to leather. The bag arrived with many nicks and the handles were black due to hand oils. Admid said that it was advertised to have imperfections--even though I provided pics. They do not stand behind the customer.

Yes, I have made about $1000 on this app and you get $5 in free credits just for signing up with the newest code: BOAYA. I am glad I joined because I sell quickly and it is easy to print and ship. I make offers on clothes and often save 50% or more on the original price by shopping with this app.

A seller shipped something to me after I cancelled the order. Poshmark emailed me a return shipping label, I work a full time job with many other responsibilities and was not able to ship back within the 48 hour time frame they gave me. I packaged the items back to return them and emailed poshmark for a new label. Many days later, they e-mailed me back with a shipping label that would last 24 hours and told me if i did not ship it out within that time frame my privileges would be suspended. I am cancelling my account with them after I ship back the item. I wasn't even able to check the e-mail within their 24 hour time frame.

Poshmark does not give you the filters or tools to weed out or prevent crap offers and when you get so mad having to waste your time reading the crap offers you can't help but leave a snide comment to the person telling them you have blocked them from making more crap offers, the crap person reports you for your snide comment and poshmark bans you.because you were sassy. Poshmark is a crap platform. You need to refresh each listing "share" to keep it at the top of the search. Purely barbaric. Oh, and to have your account reinstated, you have to write a letter of apology like a little kid. Dont bother with poshmark unless you have something very very popular to sell that you get for almost free. PS, their new spokesperson guy looks like he steals the merchandise he is selling for drug money. Look at his druggie eyes. PS, I am a 4 year member with 10k sales. The crap person that reported me is a brand new underaged user with no listings or purchase history.

Absolutely atrocious how they take advantage. For example there was a sweater that I thought was pretty cute and they make you think that it's a wonderful deal you're getting by saying that it's only $60 marked down from $300 then after Googling the same exact sweater I saw that it was being sold by SHEIN for only $17. Poshmark are criminals.

You have stolen money from my credit card account without my permission, then put back some of the money! How did you get my details when I have never heard of 'poshmark' and would never use this site, ever! I have never given orthorisation. This is criminal and will not be tolerated.

You can't search anything! If I want a zippered robe the search engine picks up the word zipper and you get everything with a zipper! Chico sizes are all wrong... Those who search Chico brand know the sizing but you can't search the accurate sizes. I get so frustrated that I give up on looking for anything! Please take lessons from ebay! I would love to use Poshmark's website but for now I stay away!

I have shopped Poshmark since spring and I love it. I have had no problems with the sellers I've bought from. I can only say ask questions. I am still on the fence about selling. I have sold on ebay and have my share of lowball offers and non payers. Give it a try!

I am mainly a seller on posh and i have to say poshmark has negative sides but the positives overrule, its such a great community of people, i've made so many friends nationally and locally, i respond as promptly as possible to all my potential buyers some tips on how to use the app... only follow sellers who are active(some people post a few listings in they're profile and then never check back) also try to ask as many questions before purchasing some sellers buy wholesale from china vendors YOU DONT WANT THAT! You want sellers that purchase from U.S.A. vendors these sizes are american sizes and will fit as opposed to china sizes which run 1 or even 2 sizes too small, my closet name is matadora1978 i hope this helps the new poshers and please visit my closet is full of great items! I've decided to close my poshmark account as i dont trust their judgment in protecting the buyer and the seller in the transactions. I had a negative experince both as a buyer and a seller with poshmark and i will make sure i express my opinion on social media anytime i have the opportunity. Last time, i sold my Chanel glasses with perfect condition but the buyer decided to scratch my glasses in order to return it and now i can even sell that glasses anymore. Stay away from poshmark.

Terrible customer service! I shipped out a necklace by Lana that retails for $730 to a buyer. The buyer said she received it broken when I'm most certain she broke it because I would never send out a damageditem! Now I am left with a damaged good that I can't even resell! I am a top rated seller and have sold over $3k worth of merchandise this summer and while looking at my buyers past comments she clearly has returned other things. I wouldn't even mind sending back the necklace but all they offered me for the inconvenience is $20 in credits! How can I ever feel safe shipping out more of my luxury goods when if the buyer damages it on their end, I get left with nothing! I've worked in luxury retail for almost 10 years and this is just terrible. Do NOT sell on Poshmark!
They only trust the buyers review when you are a top rated seller! Does not make ANY sense!

Poshmark is full of scammers... selling replicas or items way more than retail price. I caught one girl selling a pair of $20. Glasses knockoff free people for $45 claiming retail was $200. I made a comment that she was lying and posted a link to freepeople website to prove it. Poshmark kicked me off claiming i was trying to do a nonpm transaction. They have no real customer service just some morons wbo take 20% if your sales and kick some people off. Yet allow others who harass lie and break the rules stay on. Dont use poshmark. Vinted takes 0% of your earning. Mercari only 10%. Plus on pm people give you bad ratings for the dumbest $#*!

Googling this company brings up thousands of unhappy customers. My fault for not doing that before buying. Huge red flag is the site keeping their seller ratings private. Nooo, wouldn't want to warn buyers about shady sellers. I feel lucky leaving with a minimal loss. Not holding my breath for any help recovering my money given what I have read. Seller listed shirt as brand new and when I received it there were 2 stains on the front making it unwearable.

All the items are crap that i have bought so far. One smelled like a moldy diaper and posh mark wouldn't let me return it. Nowhere in the description did it say anything about an odor. They sided with the seller only to get the stupid 20% which is WAY to much to charge for smelly bull!

The good things about Poshmark is Ive found several beautiful pieces of clothing at great prices-BUT thats not typical. Ive owned/worked in the clothing biz for years. Many items are overpriced. Many. There are ALOT of inactive closets or accounts. There are ALOT of sellers who never respond to your questions. Descriptive words like " vintage" or " boho" are overused and not appropriate to the item. I think, with some modifications and improvement Posh could be much better. I deactivated my account out of sheer frustration. You cant have a Posh closet business without having business sense. Many sellers, frankly dont know what they are doing. Hollllla DEANNA in NYC

I purchased a pair of jeans on poshmark and when i recieved them they were way to big. I contacted the seller and they were more than happy to issue me a refund however poshmark says all sales are final and recommends i sell the jeans or give them away for free. I cannot get a refund. This to me seems very wrong.

I ordered a suit and when I received it, there is only 1 piece. I am missing the pants. They are telling me that suit does not include pants. I would like for them to provide what I paid for.

Do not buy from Poshmark. I bought from xoxoklowe Posher. The seller copied a Dress from the Free People website & Listed it for almost 6 times higher than 10 other sites who sell it. It is/was a knockoff & the fit was a joke.
I contacted Customer Setvice & wrote that their seller was posting copyright photos & fraudulent information. Poshmark would not refund my money. I spent $84. I felt sick because for me that's a lot to loose. Also the seller sent me like 20 emails arguing with me. Don't waste

I tried registering and using Poshmark. Holy cow, nothing works. Their search feature is pathetic. It looks like it was designed by someone who wants to deter customers from using it. Then I could post a question, but had no idea why the system wouldn't permit it and told me to call them for help. I also could neither make an offer, nor buy anything because of the same problem. Finally, when I tried to submit a help request, their reCAPCHA system wouldn't work, so I couldn't submit the message. A 5 year old could do a better job with IT. If they don't give a damn about their IT, then customers should simply say NO. It's time for this business to close. There are many good competitors out there. This is a very bad business.

I totally understand wanting to sell items and get some money out of them, I am all about that. What I don't agree with is charging almost brand bed pricing for items that have been previously worn. Hello people, when you wear an item (I'm referring to clothes and shoes) even one time after you've purchased it, the value of that item depreciates ALOT. The prices I have seen asked for items worn anywhere from 1-5 times on here is insane. Sure, mint/perfect condition... Doesn't matter. You're not going to get what you paid for it so stop charging near brand new prices for clothes. Also, don't get me started on the FAKE purses and "designed" handbags that are on this app. I am deactivating account as we speak. People, beware... You will get ripped off from this scam of a business.

I recently sold an authentic Goyard bag on Poshmark. It was an older model that was made before the recent change in the stamping. It was authenticated by TRR and Authenticate First. I even have the full authenticity report. However, Poshmark canceled my sale and threatened to destroy my perfectly authentic bag saying their so-called "experts" thought the bag was a counterfeit. Clearly they are not experts. I am horrified at their false claim of expertise. There is no seller protection with this site. Absolutely horrible customer service. AVOID!
