I love poshmark. Not only for selling but for buying, I've honestly bought more than I've sold so far but I'm sure that will change soon. There are so many good deals, it's priority 2-day shipping and the sellers on there are nice (so far) alot of sellers are even willing to take offers on items. So now I can clean out my closet and add new items.: D

I signed up on Poshmark to sell some of my stuff so I can make room for something new. I never sell for more then I've paid, I think it is wrong to think of Poshmark app as a place to make money! It is the second time though a buyer is giving me a bad review stating that there is something wrong with the item when I am 100% sure that isn't true. Then they want their money back... Come on people, you buy something for so cheap and you still aren't happy but I guess free is better than cheap :) I decided to quit Poshmark and other applications like this and donate all of my unwanted stuff, something that I had to do long time ago. Be aware of cheap a***s

And a website that is useless. No way to reach out to the seller.Support requests ususally begin with "Hi there. Thank you for reaching out to Poshmark." And no response after that.

I did not purchase anything, but it was delivered and charged anyway.

I was setup for disappointment from the seller to the establishment representing customer service. During the time of purchase to the final day being forced to cancel was saddening. Several messages were sent to seller requesting tracking information for days without a response. Over a week later I received an email stating it was shipped but PM showed on website still no tracking information. Seller sent an email informing that he'd look into it but never a follow up and proceeded to call me being rude. I stated only that being direct, asking for information in a timely manner was all that's awaited. Several attempts contacting Customer service was unsuccessful also. Every response was an automated email stating someone would contact me but if I felt a refund is warranted after seven days if not received. I waited patiently for the intended gift to arrive in the new year but nothing so it was cancelled. I requested another response from CS about my refund and expressed my disappointment. Embarrassed about what I had experienced and expect an immediate refund.

Mostly over priced, fake, knock off goods that are not even close to being authentic. Many describe their designer items as vintage when they are just new but older looking, yet still cheap stuff that is not authentic.

I know we all want a nice designer bag but it's tacky to wear fake designer goods because those who have the real thing know. Even those who don't have the real thing know. Save and get the real thing.

Wanted to sell two Vintage Luxury Bags. I was flagged for veing knock offs... posted serial # in pics, etc... definitely the real thing. Took a week to get reinstated. Buyer tried to purchase and couldn't... flagged/closet shut-down/purchaser can't buy... for NO reason whatsoever OR if there is a reason. I won't ever know why since there is no customer support number or chat. Really?!? Basically no explanation/no support for high fees!. Poshmark is terrible.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My item did not fit and I wanted to return it and Poshmark would not accept my return as I guess I didn't ask the seller enough questions about the fit, which is ridiculous! Since when do you contact sellers and/or department stores and ask about fit and measurements before you order to ensure that u are able to return item? In the real world we are able to return items if they do not fit correctly. I have e-mailed Poshmark numerous times and keep getting the same e-mail back stating that "the item was as described, so return request denied." I didn't say it wasn't as described, I said it didn't fit! There is a number to call, but all you get is a recording and they will not return phone calls. This is the absolute WORST place to do business with and I would NOT recommend it to anyone!

Terrible customer service, and sellers who lie and are rewarded for it.

If you buy anything from them, and if it is actually delivered to you, you will never be able to return it, no matter how much the seller lied in the description or how awful the item turns out to be.

Was offered a $5 off coupon from Paypal on a purchase of $75 or more on Poshmark. My query of minerals found obvious fakes being offered for sale at over $100 that are practically worthless. For example, I saw here: https://poshmark.com/search?query=wardite&type=listings&src=dir what appears to be a large rock of chert being offered for sale as the rare mineral wardite. I purchase 100s of rare minerals online per year from sellers on sites like Etsy and Ebay and can say with 100% certainty, this is not wardite. Based upon this, I'll never be purchasing anything from Poshmark. It's obvious anyone can claim to be selling anything, including fakes at any price and no one at Poshmark makes even the most cursory review of authenticity.

I am surprised with all the bad reviews! There is no way you can get scammed here, seller do not get paid until seller says so. Buyers can ask all the questions before buying, buyers can send offers and pay less WAY less than asking price sometimes, they can also Bundle items and pay a flat rate shipping ( priority and insured) of
$6.49 regardless of the box size and weight, which is very convenient for large orders, obviously not for a pair of earrings of 2oz... common sense ladies! Poshmark has a great social aspect, you can make tons of friends, sell the clothing and accessories you do not use anymore and use the money to refresh your wardrobe, it is super cool!

Charged my cc immediately... 6 days later NEVER heard from seller...
I told them to cancel my order as I would not accept nor pay for anything coming from them... kept telling me the progress of my order... finally opened a claim from PayPal which they denied cause my card was already charged... DAAAUG... that was my problem...! So filed with my cc company, problem solved... lost faith with PayPal big time. Should have read reviews BEFORE i bought off this site... never again... I have never made a claim & was astounded the way I was treated in trying to get recourse on this scam of a company... beware...!

A coworker of mine showed me this app and it's awesome. You can find name brand items for less than 10$! A lot of clothes are new with tags and never worn and there are so many good deals. Seller Luxyvip sells thousands of high end counterfeit Coach bags on Poshmark. He's not just a regular garden variety seller. I left my review and then "people" on postmark who know the seller started cyberbullying me for my honest reviews and experience that I had with Luxyvip on Poshmark. Right now my bank is investigating this fiasco. If I would've know this app has people employed in India, I would've never downloaded it. My cell caught a virus from Poshmark and an un-authorized sale was made also on my account once I filed a complaint.

Not a very good site to sell stuff buyer always right dont even waste your time. Im not very happy with the support they just took the buyers word eventhough the item as described. Dont sell you stuff in this site go somewhere else other than they charged too much for the seller also luck of support from the site.

Their customer service is NONEXISTENT. It's automated and scammy. There are tons of horrible people who buy your stuff, ruin it and the seller is out of merchandise and money. The customer service will just side with the buyer and there is NO seller protection. I am technically a Posh Mentor or whatever they call it and I am done. I am pulling my stuff and selling elsewhere. Save your stuff, money, and time.
Legitimately just got an email of Poshmark saying they approved a return request from a buyer that slit my jacket and said I sent it that way?! Like no, it's obvious from the pictures she sent in that she did that and now I'm out a jacket and money. I demand to be Compensated for your lack of seller protection. You have the audacity to say "make sure when you relist this item you disclose any damage" I can't relist it because this buyer DAMAGED it. Absolutely disgusting and I will not stop until I talk to a REAL person and don't receive an automated bull crap response.

Poshmark is a complete rip off! Last two transactions were a waste of time and money. Bought a pair of shoes advertised as an 8.5. Received the shoes they were a 6! Filed a complaint and poshmark wouldn't let me return the shoes then sent me an email stating that they gave me a $10 credit out of the kindness of their hearts. Used items are posted on the site for almost double what you can go online and purchase the item brand new. Poshmark charges $5.95 for shipping no matter the item. Mercari is cheaper. Im done with poshmark for good. They won't get another dime out of me.

First purchase was a great experience... made an offer, it was accepted... shipped out next day. 3 days later it arrives... little short on quality but it served its purpose. 2nd offer was accepted... 4 days it still hasn't shipped. 10 minutes after my purchase my email gets hacked! I go looking the next day, another guy has same listing with exact same pictures... it was a watch, the times were even the same... I asked him if he really has it he said yes but have yet to see it. I still give it one last try thinking maybe just a scammer but whatever. Made offer on a 3rd item, accepted... the NEXT day get a cancellation with no explanation... had to ask why... she accidentally hit accept. I had already told the person that I got it for they were going to get their wish... then tell them no... I'm sorry not shopping here again,,.

I was sent a wrong item from seller. I open a case with 4 pictures showing incorrect item. The pictures of what I sent and what they sent me, a child could look at and tell you it's not the same item. The seller admits she sent wrong item, but poshmark kept having to send picture after picture to prove it was wrong (pictures of the same thing). I get called out of town for a family medical emergency. Finally after days and days yelp said send it back in two days. I had sent them a message explaining I was at a medical emergency and got the message a day late. NOPE, sorry your screwed you had two days. Bunch of crap. After waiting almost two weeks to get return approval I had a two day window to return. Not good business practices. So I am stuck with an item i didn't order or pay for.

I purchased number of things on poshmark, I have hardly found anything useful, except for perfume. Dresses and shoes have number of issues from size, quality, and condition. What I found was the lack of balance between buyer and seller as the seller enjoys more incentives than the buyer. What a waste of time being there, deleted the app.

My daughter purchased one items on Poshmark and used my Amex. The next thing she knew, she received orders for items she had only inquired about. Then, my credit card was charged multiple times for the same item with no way to stop it. Then, a $500 random charge from the same area of CA showed up which I reported as fraud to Amex. BEWARE! TOTAL SCAM

Ive had many great experiences on here. Ive sold a number of items and bought a few items as well. I think you just need to research who youre dealing with via their about me section. Love all the amazing sellers on the *******@ipsey

I love everything about this site down to the color of the brand. But one thing that I hate? Not only are they taking 30% of what I'll earn but $6.50 for shipping on everything? A little thing such as Earrings shouldn't cost that much to ship
