Yes I just sold a pair of jeans in almost perfect condition they were just as posted now the girl got them very quickly I might add and said they were not and poshmark can see my listing and my description so what do i do if the girl did not fit in them messed them up then reported a problem what kind of seller protection does Poshmark really have?

Placed two orders my first day on the site. Still have not received the first order. Second order received within 3 days. I cancelled the payment with PayPal before the 7 days the seller has to ship. Rules for sellers is they have to ship within 5 days of printing the shipping label. If they don't ship the buyer can cancel order after 7 days of non shipment. The buyer needs to accept the item within 3 days to have the payment released to seller. If you don't accept within 3 days they automatically take the payment. How is that fair? They claim you have to be patient with seller but you can't wait 7 days to release the payment. I am not going to reward a seller for slow shipment. I believe if you teat me well I will do the same. I'm sure I am in for a fight to get my payment refunded. I don't recommend this site. Very poor pictures and descriptions. Everyone has to ask for specific pictures. Perverts with foot fedishes are all over the site,

The seller never said the expensive! Christmas Sack was FILTHY and highly USED. The many photos were sort of blurry. Turns out the "shadows" were black smudges. The The label says spot clean only. Spent hours trying to do just that. Asked for an adjustment in price and got into a long run around with the management that went no where. The are np help at mediation. DISHONEST SELLERS, Poorly run, BAIT and SWITCH sales.

Never using this website again. Bought a dress for $82 and received something that did not describe what I ordered. I sent the pictures and still was told I'm not eliglble for a refund. What a waist of time and money!

I was robbed, the seller stuffed vera bradley bag with a yellow flower making it look very big and have to have it. Ladies, you can take a look at vera bradley that says sold with a yellow flower bewteen,' that is the one'. I paid $30 for it, but ladies, when I received the bag, it looked like something for a 3 year old. It is so small that it doesn't even worth 50c at yard sale or flee market. I reported this fraud, but both the seller and poshmark keep my hard earned money anyway. In the real world, a customer is entitled to return a product with or without a reason. I will never never browse their website or recommend to anybody again.

I paid $200 for a coat that I requested be the same size (8) as the one I already own. The one I received was so small, I couldn' t possibly use it. No way to return it. Company policy even when I just want a bigger size.

So I sold 5 items total. 3 no issues other 2 claimed that items are not authentic. Poshmark did not authenticate the items they canceled the order and I did not get my valuable jewelry back. Do not get scammed like I did! They should be ashamed of them self.

Deceptive description I purchased what I thought was a men's large linen shirt. Upon receiving my item I discovered that it was a large junior youth shirt my husband could not even get his shoulder in it I contacted the seller no response, I contacted Poshmark customer service several times no response. So I was left with a purchase that I could not return that was a total waste of money that I had to donate if I have $30 to throw away I would've been shopping on Poshmark. This is unfortunate for other sellers on this site but I will not ever buy something from Poshmark again and I am going to delete the app I cannot afford to be scammed because there is no customer service that is willing to help you do you want your own you're basically buying flea market stuff blindfolded good luck people. After reading the reviews on here, I am not sure why so mant people do not like Poshmark. I've purchased over 20 things on there, and sold a lot of things and I have never had an issue. What people need to do is actually read the FAQ article when they join posh and find out information. When it comes to purchasing from someone on posh, use common sense. Purchase from people who have a lot of followers, and have a lot of listings sold. Also, go back and look through the comments on the sold listings. Looking through the comments on the sold listings will usually give you a good idea as to whether or not the person is reliable, because if there is a shipping issue or an issue with the product, 99% of the time the buyer will comment on the listing. As for the 20% that poshmark takes, I'm fine with it, since the shipping is already paid for. Moral of the story, use common sense on poshmark. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

I'm done with Poshmark. Purchased many many items, but recently I purchase something and then the sale is canceled. Is the seller rethinking their price, or what?! I get an email with no regards to the buyer! Poshmark needs to treat their buyers better. And remember that the buyers are the one that is bringing in the money.

Literally just left a girls page, Brandytruitt. This girl goes to family dollar buys all the yard ornaments and household nic knacks she can for 2 or three dollars a pop and them sells them on poshmark for a 300 to 400 percent mark up... pure junk from family dollar and shes still selling them with their upc on them. This has to be illegal... shes a pirate! These mushrooms below are 3 apiece. She wants 35 for 4... this is not right

I have ordered a few hair extensions without issues from poshmark but I ordered some described used as once and when I received them they were in terrible shape and unwearable. It seemed like they were heavily bleach which should never be done on hair extensions and so I immediately reported it 5 minutes after receiving the extensions. They sent me an email back the next day that they needed more pictures but I did not see the email until the day after and they said I took to long to respond and went ahead and charged my credit card for the MOST damaged extensions. When I responded and explain I had not seen the email till the next day they just said they wouldn't do anything. Do not use this site you're much better off buying from amazon or ebay where they protect the buyer.

My experience with Posh has been absolutely fantastic! I have never sold on Posh, but I have made over 75 purchases. Out of all of them, only one time have I had to cancel because of non-shipment. Maybe I'm lucky, but I think it is the norm. There are simple things you can do to help insure a good transaction. Research the seller... read posts on her sold items. Read her "love letters". Ask plenty of questions. Ask for more photos. Research what you are considering purchasing on-line. Ask for measurements. I made some bad purchases in the beginning simply because I didn't know how to get more info or what info to get. Now I know that I need to ask for waist, inseam, rise, and fabric content on jeans. I need length, bust, and fabric content on tops. I need to know if shoes run true to size, large, or small. Smart shopping = happy Poshing!

I ordered Apt 9 slim capris, the tag on them says size 12, I have 3 other pairs that have size 12 on them and I sent them photos of the capris together, showing the difference in the sizes. Well it doesn't matter if you can wear them or not. You are stuck with that item. I will not buy anything else from them and closed my account

The claim process if you get something that you did not expect or in a quality that is not to what was described, instead of the company handling it and supporting the buyer, they create a chat window for the buyer and seller to argue it out. Then, they make a decision. It is a terrible platform and customer service is aweful. Spend more money and feel more safe with your purchase. That is my advice. Stay away

Posh does not deserve s rating. Purchased size 7 coach sneaker. Box says 7m shoe says 7 b. Cannot put my foot in shoe. Fits like. Told posh and they paid seller anyway. 20 coach purchases I made without trouble and now I have a pair of sneakers I cannot wear. Suggested I repost them for sell. Going to report them to everyone I can. Still trying to see how you can truly tell the authenticity of a shoe through a pic. No more purchases from posh for me. Be cautious of what you purchase. Posh does not have your back!

Item did not fit like in picture and was poor quality. Unwilling to return stating " Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return because:
- fit issue is not a valid return reason" did not offfer exchange for different size or credit.

I've been a seller for a couple of months now and have made extra pocket money selling my gently used clothing and stuff. If I never found this app, I wouldn't have made that extra rent money. I think this app is good to clear out closets! But even though shipping cost is high and 20% commision sucks for me, I still like the app. It's easy to use and I haven't had any problems with it so far. All the buyers are nice& haven't returned anything they bought from me. Another thing that sucks is that sometimes I have to wait 3 days for the buyers to accept the items they received from me on the app in order to get my money in to my account. Sooooo, 1 star off from that.

I saw an effie dress that I really liked. I have a good collection of effie dresses. This one I did not have. The seller mentioned that the dress lacked the belt. I was fine with that, I have several solid color belts that I thought I could use. Well, so I went ahead and ordered the dress. It arrived within 4 or 5 days. Well, it was balled up in a lump, but I thought I would wash it and iron it and things would be fine. Then I inspected the garment. It had an about 1/2 inch hole in the back and a run in the jersey material. So much for only a belt missing. Of course, I wanted to return it. Turns out that you are supposed to attach a picture of the defect before you get a return envelope. My pic was in JPG format but it would not upload. So I am going back and forth with customer service. I am a very unhappy Poshmark customer.

A few months ago I ordered dance shoes that were pictured and marketed as "NEW." I received order and the shoes were used! I followed the return policy but they did not hold the seller accountable for fraud. My next order for something different was tracked as delivered but NEVER showed up at my home. POSHMARK is a scam!

Sellers could send you an empty box, and as long as Posh system has proof of the package delivery (even if it was empty) it will be a nightmare to get your $ back. My seller fully admits their mistake and agrees to a refund, Posh still dragging their feet. I imagine it would be impossible if the seller was dishonest. DONE WITH POSH.

Tons of cheap ladies on there. As an occasional buyer, there are tons of options and variety of items. But if I really like something I would get it. I wouldn't insult sellers when they have a price set already and I make a very low offer. Now I am a seller as well and I am very proud of the items I have since most of them are the name brand luxury rare bags and shoes. It bugs me how some of these peasants try to go low thinking I would take the offer. Honestly I sell mostly on Tradesy and EBay but Just trying out Poshmark. Sometimes I feel like there are more tweens and scammers than legit buyers. Lol
