I ordered from this company for the first time ever this summer. I was going on a trip so spent over $100 on a bunch of items. I received everything in about 7-10 days, which was fine bc I purposely started shopping months in advance. Everything was super cute, but some things did not fit well so I had to return. I made another order this time over $200 that included identical items of the same size. As a broke college student this is alot of money to me, but I assumed everything would go as well as the first time. It took a little longer for this order to get to me, which again I had no issue with. Everything was cute, but sizing was way off for some items, so again there were some things I had to return. I waited to return both packages at once, so i wouldn't have to make multiple trips to the post office. According to USPS tracking both got there at the same time, but I only received my refund for one package. I reached out to the company SEVERAL times and never heard back about the items I wasn't refunded for. They only have customer service online (via email) so my advice would be to avoid this company because if anything goes wrong you cant even get anyone on the phone to resolve your situation and you'll more than likely be ignored via email. I'm extremely disappointed bc I was happy with the items I kept, but can not spend my money on such an unreliable site. If you have money to waste or you're perfect model size then you should be fine.
Pretty Littel things absolutely disappointed! I have never receive such pore customer service. For a week my parcel arrived at the deport, yet I was not able to have it delivered. I begged them to send me contact details to the courier so we could arrange a delivery date and time but nothing. I didn't get any information on why my parcel wasn't able to be delivered or what was going on. Instead I received scripted templates that asked me to provide information they already had!
Nothing was solved and my parcel was sent back. I was supposed to travel and I asked them to at least send the parcel to the next address where I was going to be but guess what? No that was not possible as well, the only option to their fault was to provide a refund!
I have been soo stressed out and emotionally drained trying to figure out how I was gonna get hold of this parcel or support form PYT as they would answer once a day if I was lucky. And it was different people responding to me so nothing was resolved.
This is not what I except for a big company as such especially before Christmas. This is where your customer service should be on point, especially with all the revenue that comes in on a daily basis. Y'all should invest on your customer service as we are the one making your organisation work!
Let's see if I will get an compensation. Highly doubt it after what I was put through and experienced! Just lost all respect for this company after being a loyal customer for years.

Do NOT BUY from this company, I paid extra to get my dress here early and ordered it 3 weeks ago for my birthday, it's nowhere in the FedEx system or the usps system, but PLT website is showing it hasn't been moved since Feb 21st it should have arrived March 1st, I've called about package and usps neither FedEx have ever had any tracking info on my order, once I brought this to PLT attention & asked for a refund or a new dress they told me just to wait it out to see if it actually gets here by the 22nd of March, my birthday is the 10th, what would I be waiting for? They can't even located my item but they took my extra funds to get it here ASAP! Conveniently there is no customer service number but they email me all the time to tell me they can't help me. They are scamming buyers
My 14 year old daughter ordered some items from you pre-Christmas. She paid, and I beleive you shipped the goods using Hermes. Hermes stated that the items were posted through the letterbox. (They weren't).
So I hear you say "Its NOT our fault"
Hermes Say we delivered it. (they didn't) it's there fault and they lied.
My daughter is upset as she lost her money, her pocket money, saved up over months. It definitely isn't her fault!
If you need to use the world's worst courier to make a profit, you need to stop selling on line. The decision to use them is yours.
So for the sake of a £30 pounds turnover of goods, at a margin to you of £6, you are going to lose a customer forever. If my daughter were to spend say £150 per year with you over the next 30 years you would turnover 54K.
Pick up the responsibility here and sort yourselves out. Pick your fights with 18 year olds, Not kids.
Needless to say I will give her the £30 back, and instruct her never to shop with you again. Please sort this mess out.
Made an order from Pretty Little Thing in late November for a bunch of maternity clothes (spent over $500). Was desperate for them as my regular clothing is no longer fitting me. The package was supposed to arrive on December 6th, now on December 20th there is still nothing. I reached out to inquire where it was and was informed that it was shipped back to the warehouse because it was "damaged". How clothing gets damaged in transit is beyond me. Regardless, no one informed me that the package was returned, so had I not reached out myself, I'm confident they would have just kept my money and never sent the products.
At the time of my purchase they had a 70% off sale, now they are saying they can't re-ship the products and my only option is to just re-order them. How suspicious that my clothing got "damaged" in transit when it was 70% off and now I need to re-order it all at full price.
PRETTY LITTLE THING IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY. They will literally do anything to rob people of their money. Don't waste your time ordering their garbage clothes because the customer service is the worst I've experienced and you'll get absolutely no where if you have any issues with your order. Save your time and money. So beyond annoyed.
I bought a dress for my graduation and received a terribly made item that I couldn't even wear. The dress I received had terrible sloppy stitching, came with a hole in it, and strings sticking out. The fabric was terrible, cheap, and already damaged. Their website is extremely misleading, especially when it comes to damaged items. You would think they would deal with THEIR defective items that they sell. Not just give you a damn 20% off code. Scammers. If you want to return you need to pay for shipping. For damaged items it says "WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY? Sorry you have received a faulty item! So we can get this sorted, please contact our Customer Services with a picture of the faulty item and your order number using one of the methods you can find here". I've contacted customer service only for the poorest reply ever. "Thank you for sending me that I shall raise it with our team, as this should be an easy fix, if you would like to keep the item, for the inconvenience caused, I can offer you a custom 20% off sales code, Exp 31st Aug 23, Ziaur." I shouldn't have to repair an $80 item I paid for and couldn't even wear. Terrible business avoid at all costs. Now I need to deal with the bank to get my money back. Why would anyone want a code to buy more defective clothes? Absolutely disgusting business practices. You should cover the cost of sending out $#*! quality items. Get some quality control for god sakes.

My overall experience with plt has been good over the past year or two. I haven't really had many issues with customer service or delivery at all, so from my personal experience i have nothing negative to say about that. However i am writing this review to say how frustrated i am about their sizing, especially the sizing of their denim skirts! I ordered the 'light contrast wash stripe detail mini skirt' a couple of weeks ago in a size 8 which is what i usually am in skirts, however when i tried it on it was absolutely massive which really surprised me because size 8 usually fits and i even checked the size guide before ordering and it states that waist for size 8 is 26.5 and i am around 26 so i thought it would fit but it was horrendous. So the other day i ordered 2 more denim skirts from plt, the 'red distressed denim mini skirt' and the 'black contrast stitch distressed denim mini skirt' and i ordered these both in a size 6 hoping that they would fit much better. They came and i tried them on and i was so disappointed and angry, they were just as bad. They were so loose and baggy and had absolutely no shape and are not flattering at all and look nothing like they do on the models. Even with a belt it looked no better and they're just way too long. I thought maybe going down a size would decrease the length but clearly not, it was so long. They show the skirts as short on the models and it's really just false advertising. I am 5'3/4 and i thought the length and general fit would be fine but it isnt. They really need to sort their sizing out!
The clothes are of very cheap quality and the customer service was extremely bad and rude. The clothes look nothing like the pictures so please spare urself the horror

Ikra was so helpful and prompt at fixing my issue. She was to the point and so kind! My customer service issue was that I did not receive items and I was immediately refunded for this issue.
I've purchased from here once prior to my last purchase and the items were okay just not all that. Then for my most recent order I purchased 2 sweatpants a hoodie and two masks. The sweatpants are keep in mind colored the pink pair totally see through the blue pair see through. Such a thin awful material will probably fall apart with one wear. The hoodie is great on the other hand super thick! Just a totally different color than online which is annoying. I ordered the washed petrol blue hoodie which online is a very bright light blue and in the mail I received a dark grey hoodie. I checked the tags to make sure they sent the correct one and they did so what was posted online was very misleading. Two totally different colors. The mask had a butterfly that was supposed to be centered in the middle but when I received it it was crooked and more toward the chin and slanted weirdly. It's very disappointing especially since I had to wait 2 weeks for my packages and their return policy is tedious. I will probably not purchase anything from here again aside from the hoodies but will have to keep an open mind as to what color I'll get considering it will not be what I ordered.
I ordered a huge order on the 2nd of July which was expected to be received on the 20th of July. It is now the 16th of August and i still haven't received my order, no tracking updates, excuses that the "system doesn't show anything". I've been told to wait and now i'm not impatient, i'm just disappointed and disgusted with my first and last overall pretty little thing experience. When i track my order what it says is that the order is CLOSED BY SYSTEM NO DELIVERY CONFIRMED? So what is that supposed to me. So disappointed.
Recieved a faulty item and messaged the facebook team. The reply was very prompt and issue was resolved. As a result i remain satisfied with PLT. Special thanks to Liam

I purchased a few items and paid a extra $20 for express delivery and it's gone past the due delivery date and it still hasn't been dispatched! I reached out to PLT via Facebook and they proceeded to lie and blame the currier on why it's late, I rang up the currier company and they told me PLT hasn't even gave them the package yet! I'm very angry! You scam people by giving them a fake option of express delivery and make them pay extra $20 when you haven't even sent my package to the currier company yet! What made me more angry is the customer service lying by claiming they reached out to the currier company and the currier company has delays when I rang the currier company they said that's a lie because they haven't received the package yet from PLT! I want my $20 back I have been scammed with false advertising of paying extra for quick delivery! And please explain to me why you took my money but haven't sent it out yet! Also stop scamming customers by offering express delivery! I have a huge platform on tik tok and other social media platforms I will make a video and warn people about the scam that happens with your company! Those items I ordered are a gift for a sick family member who is suffering in hospital! PLT you are a awful company and I will let my 150,000 followers to not buy anything from you through express payment as it's a snap! By the way this is the second time I've bought of you and the same thing happened last time, but you claimed it won't happen again and it did!
I made an order on their website as they were currently offering 40% on the homepage with the code "DOLL40". The code kept saying "invalid" even though there was about 1 hour 30 minutes before it was going to expire based on the timer.
I processed the order and messaged them on Twitter immediately, and even provided screenshots to them to let them know the issue with the coupon. I was given the run around saying they were unable to do anything after an order was placed even though it was their fault. They even mentioned that the coupon not working was a "known issue". It's a known issue, yet they are unable to write their wrongs right. It is unfair and it is bad customer service to hold the customer responsible for an ERROR on the brands part.
I'm very disappointed with how they dealt with this issue. As the customer service was not satisfactory, and they did not trying to do anything to make sure the customer left satisfied and their issue was resolved in the best light, I would not recommend shopping here.
