I just wanted to start off by saying the logo is ugly. The prices are not affordable what so ever! Considering the target audience is for 16-24year olds. What 16 year old will be purchasing a dress costing £50-£80 it is ridiculous! Looks like a dupe of Oh Polly, and are trying to make the website something it's not! It's not a high end London store. It is a quick delivery online app! Have fun loosing buissness!
My last two purchases with PLT have been horrific. The products smelt awful and when receiving my refunds for these products, PLT would provide me with a date confirming when I would receive my refund. Recently they have been postponing my refunds and holding onto my money for as long as they can. I made formal complaints and I personally think this is disgraceful and this is not how a business should run. There service is atrocious and the lack of care they have for their customers is awful. I will never shop with PLT again.
Placed an order for some blazers and when it arrived, one had been removed from package (bag was cut and resealed). PLT investigated and resent missing item. I returned the entire order and received a refund for everything except the item that had been resent. Had multiple conversations regarding the missing refund and was told three times that it had been processed but nothing materialised. Had to raise a claim through PayPal to get my money back. Absolutely appalling service!
I returned an order to PLT and they emailed me confirming receipt and promised to reimburse me by 23-3
I have not received my refund and they now say that it could be 29-3 before I get my money back.
Do you right thing PLT and refund me immediately
Run, and do not waste your time shopping at this store. I ordered sweatpants and a shirt and never received the shirt. I tried filing a complaint about not getting the shirt, but they told me they watched the footage and saw both items being packed together. I received the pants and filed the complaint because a week later, I still didn't have the shirt. I was told that customer service was horrible, but against my better judgment, I ordered from them anyway, thinking it couldn't be that bad. It is bad, so stay away because they could care less about your missing item that they didn't ship. They have already been sued for lying about the prices as if you're getting something on sale. I had to learn the hard way and learn about how bad this place was because I did my research after the fact, but you have the chance to run before it happens to you. I gave it a 1STAR, and If I could have, it would have been a 0.
My first time ordering from this site i only ordered because theres a sale going on i ordered 2 sets of the matching shirt and sweats the words are peeling and my girls haven't even worn the shirt or sweats yet when i wash it i know it's going to be a wrap the letters will disappear annoyed
Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!
Horrible Experience - Never Ordering Again!
I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order with PrettyLittleThing over two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive. The delivery date has been pushed back multiple times, and each time I contact customer service, all I get are **empty apologies with no real solution.
I've told them several times now that I don't want the items anymore because the delay is ridiculous. But instead of refunding my money, they keep giving me the same useless response: "We're sorry for the inconvenience." Sorry doesn't help when I've been waiting for over **THREE WEEKS**! I don't want the clothes anymore—just refund my money! But apparently, that's too much to ask for from PLT.
Save yourself the frustration—shop somewhere else. PLT's customer service is awful and they clearly don't care about their customers once they've got your money.
I've order from the e-commerce some dresses and first, once I placed the order I've been charged different prices from those I saw online and on my checkout (in my order history I can still see the original prices I saw and buy with), that brought my total from $311 to $570; second, when I texted them to complain about it and I provided all the evidences they made a mistake, I've only been told I'm wrong. After sending through more screenshots, I've been told that there must be a glitch, but I'm still paying the higher prices. This is stilling money from clients. It's not correct and hope no one else will need to go through their client assistance. Just don't buy anything from them.
If you like quality items, good customer service, and reasonable ways to return items and receive refunds… this is not the shop for you!
They will not refund you if you don't receive the items and will try to make YOU jump through hoops to get a refund. The return policy is also ridiculous — you can't technically as you still don't get a full refund!
The quality also sucks. Just save yourself the time and money and don't purchase from here
Never really had a problem with pot before other than ridiculous sizings. I made an order of five items to which only 4 arrived. I opened a dispute to claim I did not receive one item. They said multiple times they had personally gone through cctv and seen all five items pack when in fact they hadn't. I asked several times for myself to see the the CCTV but they ignored my request and denied a refund or the item to be resent. When told I would be taking further action if either of my requests wasn't made, I then soon received a confirmation email of the item being received as an order. And also had an email from the supporting team manger she will accept what I have said on this occasion and has re ordered it for me.
Sadly didn't see poor reviews until after I had ordered. Goods received of such a poor quality they are totally useless. Website promotes a returns policy but does not conform to their own mantra! Please don't buy from this disreputable company. I have returned the goods but have yet to receive a refund. This company is not complying to Consumer Rights in any form...buyer beware!
Ordered a dress which didn't fit well and tried to return it through their portal, where they charged me 5 euros, which was ok since they stated that return costs are on me. The return label even had a mark that it was paid for. However, when I arrived at the post office, I was told I needed to pay additional 11 euros (for a 20 euros dress). The customer service is useless and keeps writing that returns are on customer but they do not explain why was 5 euros taken from my account if it wasn't the return cost and don't want to give it back.
Customer service is terrible. I received a white dress for my bachelorette with three black spots on it right out of the packaging. I asked about a refund on the defective item and PLT customer service said it needs to be returned and that the return will be at my own cost. Very unhappy with this whole process with PLT!
I returned items 32 days ago. I provided receipts and everything for proof of delivery. I live in Canada so returns are done at your own expense. I had to open a dispute with PayPal and because PLT told me to cancel it as they've received my return and confirmed the amount, I did. Now they're saying they need to further investigate…like what the hell is this? I order these things back in January for a trip. It's now March and I'm going on another one with no refund…,this company is joke. And surly will go bankrupt! Friggin thieves
An item was missing from my delivery. This is the first time after being a loyal customer for years this has happened. I emailed and within an hour ( which I find suspiciously quick)they had allegedly watched footage of the item being put in my parcel. I asked to see the footage as it wasn't there and they refused. I asked to escalate the complaint and the reply was worded as If I was lying saying the item I "claimed " was missing was delivered to me and that is the end of the matter. I am an honest person and offended that they are insinuating I would try to fraudulently claim. Furthermore this was not the most expensive item in the order. I will not be using them again.
This is what pretty Little thing says after I ask for a refund after I told them they had the wrong address " As this is the case, you will be needing to collect it to the address where it has been delivered to or contact someone who can forward it to you.
Please be advised that we are unable to refund or send a replacement on this occasion. Please know that you have 3 opportunities at the checkout to ensure that your address is correct, there is no system issue that causes an address to change to an old address.

So I don't recommend you order from their website. In the past they had my new address but some reason the old address was still save and they sent my package yo old address and my package was stolen and they're denying me a refund. They need a zero review.
I ordered my clothing last summer over $130 worth. That was my first time buying from this company. I bought my regular size but when it came, it was way too big sizing ran large for Canadians. I sent the package back to exchange it for smaller size, they received the package. I lost my tracking number so I emailed them and gave them my order number and all they gave me was the runaround and never refunded my money. I have bought from many retailers online and all I had to do was give them my order number and they would see my order that I ordered but pretty little thing pretended they couldn't see my order and they told me to go back to the post office by then the post office said they only keep it for a month and it's deleted And my order number they never refunded my money they kept it
Terrible experience and will never buy here again. My order took a few weeks, then when I went to return within the 45 day window, they no longer would allow it because they count the window from your order date!
Now I'm stuck with items that were bad quality and fit. They look nothing like photos online. And their customer service is inaccessible. I'd advise anybody to shop somewhere else.
I've gone back and forth for over a month with customer service asking for either a solution or a cancellation/refund for my order because it's over a month past my original delivery date at this point. Instead I have just been given delayed delivery dates (5 different times they've delayed it over at least an week) and offered a worthless discount code for the future. They refuse to offer any sort of refund or to even report my package as missing until it's 2 months late. I ordered this for Christmas with an exponential amount of time to get here and now I can't even get the money back for this obvious scam until after Christmas.
