Don't buy from here. I recently ordered two items. One was the complete wrong size and the other smelled so badly of chemicals it gave me a headache just to open the bag it came in. Both were terrible quality and the prices are not even that affordable.
I have never been more disappointed in my life with an online order, I literally have shopped on shein and $#*!ing Ali express, AND THAT is more reliable then this. Customer service representatives have been rude and unprofessional towards me. I am still waiting on an order of items from early July. Customer service will not start a claim with the mail carrier because I haven't waited long enough. It's been nearly 2 months, not to mention I paid for expedited shipping. Definitely will not be shopping here again.
I am very upset that I did not read the reviews before shopping on this cite. They should receive zero stars. I ordered two items since January 2021 and was disappointed with the quality. Both items were this. And looked like it would RIP easily. I returned the items the next week and still didn't receive my refund. They are a bunch of scammers. Their customer service is poor and they are an overall horrible company... I will never ever shop from this company again. No one should go through this again. Please do not fall victim to these scammers.
I ordered shoes on 06/07/2021 they said it will arrive on or before 06/15/2021. Today is 06/18/2021 nothing came. They don't have a phone to contact them. The e-Mail google provided does not work. You can only contact them by Twitter, WhatsApp or Facebook. You will only get a responds from a robotic chat box. Good luck getting a concrete date for your delivery. I call fedex and fedex stated pretty little things printed out a label for fedex shipment but never shipped my stuff at all. Now the chat box is saying my delivery might arrive 07/06/2021. It not guarantee. A whole month later. I'm traveling outside USA for 2months starting 06/19/2021 and I needed these shoes for the trip. I won't even be here IF it even arrives. By the look of everyone else comments it might not even be the right size or good quality. I'm disgusted with these people. The COMPANY is TRASH.
I purchased $80 worth of clothes and PLT sends me emails informing me of them being on the way, right? On the day of delivery, not only does it come late, but when getting notified that it's "delivered" it's not at all! When I reach customer service, I wait literally all day for someone to help me, then I'm told that my package is running late. The connection drops (not sure on my end or theirs) so I reach them again; another representative tells me that the majority of my items were out of stock AFTER I bought them so they didn't send anything at all, yet sent me updates on a delivery. So basically, I'm ordering clothes they don't even have and they're sending emails getting my hopes up like its on the way. I'm sitting here dumbfounded, asking my neighbors if a package was left and no one has seen it. Anyways, I receiving a refund but the point is, I could've shopped anywhere else and actually received my items quicker, instead of waiting 2 weeks for absolutely nothing. Unbelievable.
The customer service you guys give is absolutely trash. I ordered a package and it has yet to be processed and unfortunately added my old address by mistake. Any other online store this happens with you will get the help and they change the address no problem. HOWEVER, pretty little thing, says they cannot change it or cancel my order. Which is bizarre seeing as it hasn't even been confirmed or processed. They told me that I can't do anything about it and I'll have to wait and "maybe" they can help me with the courier. It's pathetic. You guys don't help at all. I don't get how you guys are still in business seeing as this seems to be a problem for a lot of people. Learn customer service or don't have a company. That simple.
Since I first opened my account I spent a lot of money of your website but it's been 3 moths that every single time wrong items come. It's unacceptable. People cannot spend their days at the post office cause of your mistakes I have never had this problem with other websites. I'm sick and tired of this. If you don't do something immediately I will close my account and I will encourage everyone to stop ordering from you.
Ok I love their tops, but not charge $40+ on tops if you expect a top to be that short behind that mommy jeans do not cover the back. How are we supposed to wear this? The abstracts are beautiful and unique but this are made for toddlers not for teenager or regular adult back. Some fit different then others and most have baggy cup front. Ive always shopped here but if a top or corset the back is that short that its shorter then baby top, not for me showing way too much skin and its not classy nor cute.
Horrible experience didn't deliver all items ordered, many different reps gave me the run around. One stated I should have gotten it another it was split into different deliveries, another that there was errors in there system so they couldn't see. Everyone had different excuses and they never sent me a confirmation email or tracking number kept making me wait refusing to give me a refund for days until I said I would contact my bank and report fraud was when they gave me refund. Absolutely ridiculous, complete fraud won't deliver all items paid for. Never ordering from them again.
I ordered my package over 3 weeks and it never arrived even though it said it was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago. I emailed customer service and they only got back to me once ever since then they stopped repaying and have been very unhelpful. I've been asking for a refund but I don't think i'll get one. Ordered two items from PLT and only received one. They did not put my apartment letter on the package. FedEx put in the wrong parcel and someone else received a free dress. The next other item took 30 minutes to track and was found before someone else could get it as well. Customer service is terrible! I am out of money and dress!
A complete waste of money! You can find what they sell on AliExpress for a quarter of the price! The dresses are so falsely advertised, it is paper thin and impossible to wear in public without looking ridiculous! Sizes are totally off! Bathing suit was tiny and the order was for a size 10! Doesn't even cover a body part! They make it so difficult for refunds please reconsider before making a purchase! It will not be at all what you see on the site! I've also order over 8 Items and was not satisfied with one!
I was excited to shop on this site as the pictures of the clothing look beautiful, but when I received my items the clothes looked horrible. For 1. The clothes are not true to size 2. They don't look like the photos (they look cheaply made) 3. The shoes I ordered won't be used because I'm scared to wear them and break my ankle. I'm terribly disappointed and won't ever shop here again. I don't want to come out of pocket to return so I'll take this loss and donate everything. It seems like influencers get better material items than what us consumers actually receive.
I order my jacket back a few weeks ago, I put my exact address. However, they $#*! my order over by not putting my apartment number and sent delivery TODAY to someone whos from New Jersey. I have been trying to reach out to their customer service, they never replied back for the issue. Thankfully I didn't spend 100+ dollars but, it still upsetting because all I wanted is my brown jacket. I wouldn't recommend this place and this is my first experience shopping there too.
Very disappointed. I placed an order 2 weeks ago still no package that gave me an expected delivery date of today. I ordered something from China a few days after and Ive already revived it. As cheap as the items were its honestly not worth the wait. When the items arrive I pray that they fit because I can imagine the return policy and the expense to even send it back. Originally when I ordered I had so many good things to say to my friends and told them I wont be ordering from Fashion Nova because Pretty little thing will be my new go to but after this experience I cannot say the same. I will definitely not be ordering again, thank god I ordered it way in advance. A friend of mine told me only celebrities get special treatment, I guess she was correct and I will be relaying the message. I regret telling anyone to order. The dress I ordered is entirely too small. I wear a medium size 10 in US and the dress has the size #10 written on the tag, but it did not fit like a Medium or even a Small. More like XS. The material was also nothing like the material in the picture. If the material was stretchy, I would have at least been able to fit it, but I could not even get the dress pass my bust area and I have very small bust. Needless to say, I believe this company just plasters pictures of models wearing clothing, price it, have customers pay for it, then try to make the best replica possible they can. They throw the cheapest materials together with a sewing machine, no measurements or nothing, throw it in a bag and mail it out to us. What a total waste!
I purchased A dress for A wedding online in the US. I never received A email confirmation or order number but the funds were taken out of my account. I contacted them on their chat system- and got nothing. I contacted them on fb since their is no phone contact info- and all 10 reps that I spoke to each asked for the same info which was provided to them and then they would ghost me and another rep or robot would come in and ask the same questions all over again. Offer A fake apology, ghost, and repeat. They stole my money! Do not buy from them!
I must say if you're looking for cheap quality and poor customer service then this is your ideal place to shop. I would avoid shopping here. I ordered a dress, wore it once to dinner as I was sitting and eating dinner the sleeve tore and even the back! I was shocked!
When I had notified customer service it was a automatic/robot who just repeats itself and doesn't refund you or send you a new dress.
Cheapest quality every thing is made in China. Terrible customer service. If you're looking to waste money and time then order from here. Not to mention their website is completely racist. Not a single white lady as a model for their clothing. Talk about division and ignorance. I suggest if you want people to keep ordering maybe be polite to ALL consumers and up your quality
