I had trouble with my order, so I messaged the pretty little thing fb account and got a reply within half an hour! Which was very helpful a life saving. Big ups to Heather and Jessica for helping me out!
Run, and do not waste your time shopping at this store. I ordered sweatpants and a shirt and never received the shirt. I tried filing a complaint about not getting the shirt, but they told me they watched the footage and saw both items being packed together. I received the pants and filed the complaint because a week later, I still didn't have the shirt. I was told that customer service was horrible, but against my better judgment, I ordered from them anyway, thinking it couldn't be that bad. It is bad, so stay away because they could care less about your missing item that they didn't ship. They have already been sued for lying about the prices as if you're getting something on sale. I had to learn the hard way and learn about how bad this place was because I did my research after the fact, but you have the chance to run before it happens to you. I gave it a 1STAR, and If I could have, it would have been a 0.
Ordered two items from PLT and only received one. They did not put my apartment letter on the package. FedEx put in the wrong parcel and someone else received a free dress. The next other item took 30 minutes to track and was found before someone else could get it as well. Customer service is terrible! I am out of money and dress!

I ordered my package over 3 weeks and it never arrived even though it said it was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago. I emailed customer service and they only got back to me once ever since then they stopped repaying and have been very unhelpful. I've been asking for a refund but I don't think i'll get one. Will never be buying from there again.

I was excited to shop on this site as the pictures of the clothing look beautiful, but when I received my items the clothes looked horrible. For 1. The clothes are not true to size 2. They don't look like the photos (they look cheaply made) 3. The shoes I ordered won't be used because I'm scared to wear them and break my ankle. I'm terribly disappointed and won't ever shop here again. I don't want to come out of pocket to return so I'll take this loss and donate everything. It seems like influencers get better material items than what us consumers actually receive.

A complete waste of money! You can find what they sell on AliExpress for a quarter of the price! The dresses are so falsely advertised, it is paper thin and impossible to wear in public without looking ridiculous! Sizes are totally off! Bathing suit was tiny and the order was for a size 10! Doesn't even cover a body part! They make it so difficult for refunds please reconsider before making a purchase! It will not be at all what you see on the site! I've also order over 8 Items and was not satisfied with one!

Very disappointed. I placed an order 2 weeks ago still no package that gave me an expected delivery date of today. I ordered something from China a few days after and Ive already revived it. As cheap as the items were its honestly not worth the wait. When the items arrive I pray that they fit because I can imagine the return policy and the expense to even send it back. Originally when I ordered I had so many good things to say to my friends and told them I wont be ordering from Fashion Nova because Pretty little thing will be my new go to but after this experience I cannot say the same. I will definitely not be ordering again, thank god I ordered it way in advance. A friend of mine told me only celebrities get special treatment, I guess she was correct and I will be relaying the message. I regret telling anyone to order. I order my jacket back a few weeks ago, I put my exact address. However, they $#*! my order over by not putting my apartment number and sent delivery TODAY to someone whos from New Jersey. I have been trying to reach out to their customer service, they never replied back for the issue. Thankfully I didn't spend 100+ dollars but, it still upsetting because all I wanted is my brown jacket. I wouldn't recommend this place and this is my first experience shopping there too.

The dress I ordered is entirely too small. I wear a medium size 10 in US and the dress has the size #10 written on the tag, but it did not fit like a Medium or even a Small. More like XS. The material was also nothing like the material in the picture. If the material was stretchy, I would have at least been able to fit it, but I could not even get the dress pass my bust area and I have very small bust. Needless to say, I believe this company just plasters pictures of models wearing clothing, price it, have customers pay for it, then try to make the best replica possible they can. They throw the cheapest materials together with a sewing machine, no measurements or nothing, throw it in a bag and mail it out to us. What a total waste!

Do not purchase from them. The clothing is not as it appears. The material is cheap and the size is 2 sizes too small. I don't think they measure their clothes correctly before they make them.

I must say if you're looking for cheap quality and poor customer service then this is your ideal place to shop. I would avoid shopping here. I ordered a dress, wore it once to dinner as I was sitting and eating dinner the sleeve tore and even the back! I was shocked!
When I had notified customer service it was a automatic/robot who just repeats itself and doesn't refund you or send you a new dress.
Cheapest quality every thing is made in China. Terrible customer service. If you're looking to waste money and time then order from here. Not to mention their website is completely racist. Not a single white lady as a model for their clothing. Talk about division and ignorance. I suggest if you want people to keep ordering maybe be polite to ALL consumers and up your quality

I purchased A dress for A wedding online in the US. I never received A email confirmation or order number but the funds were taken out of my account. I contacted them on their chat system- and got nothing. I contacted them on fb since their is no phone contact info- and all 10 reps that I spoke to each asked for the same info which was provided to them and then they would ghost me and another rep or robot would come in and ask the same questions all over again. Offer A fake apology, ghost, and repeat. They stole my money! Do not buy from them!

I bought an item 2 years back & recently bought it again in a different size. It looks completely different from color to style. It is cheaper and they claim it's a new manufacturer which isn't the main issue. The problem is they are still advertising model in the old style which is false advertisement. Plus there was a little snag on the skirt which they completely ignored and keep saying new manufacturer and made me pay for return. I've had 25 emails back and forth with them. It's like arguing with an incompetent advisors. Waste of time and money, never shopping there again.

I purchased three pairs of jeans in November 2021 for Christmas presents for my granddaughter. Due to Covid outbreaks I was unable to see her until about 2 weeks ago. The jeans do not fit. Absolutely impossible and frustrating trying to contact this company. If you live in The United States DO NOT purchase from this company. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their return policy allows 28 days. Even if I had given them to her on Christmas Day I would have been over the 28 days. Shop elsewhere.

How is this company even in business still? OH WAIT it's because they'll charge you for your order and then never deliver it to you! This place is trash. I spent $300 and never received my order even though it says it's been delivered. NOPE. I even have a camera on my front door and never have anyone dropping off the order. Such a scam. Who is the inventor of this company? You should be ashamed of yourself. The customer service is absolutely awful as you have to contact them through Facebook, Twitter, or WhatsApp and you receive they same messages through each platform. You can't even call them? You can find all kinds of good pieces on this site. They often have reasonably good sales, however you'll always have to pay for shipping which I hate doing.
My main issue is that they have NO REVIEWS ON SITE. So you have to judge the model body type which let's be honest doesn't match the most of us. Go over the size guide of course but if they allowed reviews of products I would probably order more often. So that's a disappointing feature.
It's coming from U. K. so of course shipping is not fast.

I've ordered from here a few times, and it's always hit or miss with the sizes, even when I look a measurements, so try to gauge as best as possible. Quality is basic, the same as fashion nova or any other boutique. Clothes are cute, 3 stars because I couldn't leave a review on an item I bought, that I wanted to let people know the poor quality of the zipper, on one of the fuzzy coats, it's just so hard to zip that I don't want to wear, otherwise it's such a cute coat.

I got send an incorrect item (totally not my fault) and talked to multiple customer service reps through email. They were all unapologetic and unprofessional even after being provided with proof. I made a large order with Pretty Little Thing which they told me had been sent in two parcels. I contacted them as I had only received one parcel, and the tracking number they had given me had the wrong address attached. They are adamant - each time I message them I get a response from a different person who seems to not be able to look at the previous messages that have been sent - that both parcels had been delivered, but are too stupid to realise that one parcel had been sent to a different town. They keep asking the same questions like a broken record. My purchase was over $400. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I do a lot of online shopping. Tomorrow I will be getting a Statutory Declaration signed by my local post office as proof.

Never had such terrible service. There is no number to call them so I'm stuck in a massively long email chain about the fact I never got my item and my tracking validates that as the tracking shows they attempted one delivery then never came again. Incredibly CHEAP clothing. Super disappointing. Ended up just eating the return cost. Apparently when you order 2 different sizes and receive identically sized items with different tags, it doesn't qualify as a faulty item / faulty sizing. Side-note: oversized means HUGE. I'm usually a 4(US) and was still swimming in a 00(US).

If you are looking for Black Friday deals this is not the place. They increase the prices by 50% then give you 50% off when you checkout so that you buy it for the same price which it originally was. Even if you check the rest of their clothes they are all from 70 dollars upwards during thanksgiving week which was not the case a week or two prior.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The quality of the items as others have mentioned is not good. Items feel cheap and feel like they are going to fall apart any moment. Also, the blazer I ordered from them did not look anything like the one pictured on their website. On top of everything, their customer service is unprofessional and slow and told me to wait 28 days for a refund. It has been more than 28 days and I still have not received a refund. I recommend taking your money somewhere else!

I loved the brand but I recently purchased a bunch of dresses and got the wrong size. I should have gone a size down but didn't. I regret it because for returns I had to pay four dollars a package.
