I ordered 2 table cloths which I paid over $600 for just for them to arrive with my logo pixelated. When ordering, I sent a file of my logo and they immediately said I needed a higher resolution. I sent a second file, and they said nothing of the quality and sent a proof for me to review. Of course an online proof on a 13" laptop screen would not look pixelated, so I accepted the proof thinking that if there was an issue, they would let me know. Shortly after receiving my order, I reached out to the customer service team who told me I should have read the notes, aka fine print, and that they would only offer me $40 in store credit for my next purchase. Ha! Like anyone in their right mind would pay $600 for table cloths and be ok with less-than-perfect printing.
Moral of the story, their "300-point inspection" is just a phrase used to gain your trust, not a promise to deliver.
The flyers I received were really bad quality starting with the edges, colors, letters, the picture within the flyer looked distorted. I called requesting a refund, and they declined it. The representative was extremely rude, she said "you approved the work" I approved the measurements, not a blurry distorted flyer. I explained to her that another company was able to print quality flyers using the same template & she said "we don't compare our work" of course they won't because it's horrible quality. Do not use this company unless you want mediocre work. This is what I received, and they refused to give me a refund. I paid a lot of money for flyers that are trash now. I will put this all over social media because companies like this shouldn't be ripping people off.
Print runner is awful. They took two weeks to send a print approval to my email before printing. This caused the labels to run late. Instead of recognizing their mistake and making it right they charged me $170 to overnight the postcards. Once the postcards arrived, 90 cards were missing and they will not print more without having a photo of the shipping box. I do not have a photo as the postcards are sent to a fufillment center and they destroyed the box. It's 90 postcards that probably costs the company 1 cent to make and they will not fix their mistake. My company has been a customer of print runner for 5 years, but I will never use them again.
My first call for help reached a man who seemed new and inexperienced. He didn't know how to help me and didn't suggest alternatives, but he tried. Somehow the call was lost and I called back. This time I reached a woman who was very helpful and gave me an alternative that worked out perfectly. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived in a week, much shorter time than I was told or expected.
We made an order for our family small business during this cover pandemic, we paid over 1k for stickers and they arrived missing elements of the images and they will not refund or reprint. They wear you down with email after email requesting the same photo over and over again. All this after a discount was promised from the beginning and never received. Horrible horrible company to deal with. Spend more elsewhere it's not worth the time or worry.

I ordered 2,000 matte stickers. They came to me with a very shiny finish. They told me that they would send me samples of other products to see if any of them would work. Those samples never came. They told me that I could send them about 30 stickers for review of the finish, but would only guarantee a fraction of a rebate. They get you caught up on so many phone calls and emails that you just get frustrated with them jerking your chain.

I made an order, stickers and they delivered totally out of line when I opened a complaint with pictures and everything else they opened a "call" and claimed that they had sent me an email that I did not respond to. Lie! With that excuse they just stole my money. They are not. Reliable at all and the quality is horrible. Look at the picture what we bought versus and what they delivered. Totally poor quality and wrong. Simply a shame for this company

What ever you do, go with a different company. I ordered a small batch of labels which they got wrong 3 times. When I called about a refund they proposed a refund process that required me to do work. They insisted that I pack them up and send the labels back.
When they get your order wrong, the refund process takes up to 2 weeks for the money to be returned to your account.
Customer service people lie and are rude! I hope people see this before they order!

We ordered plastic cards and they are barley thicker than the average business card. They are cheap and we cant use them. However, I really like the design and the print itself is good. We will continue to print our plastic cards at Vista Print though.

Answer: I actually did an experiment. I ordered 3 sets of stickers from 3 different places. Printrunner had the worst performance.
Answer: They will print your stickers, but the quality may be questionable and they will not make your concerns a priority! Watch out for fees!
