Punk Case

Website is misleading "Punkcase NZ", but it's actually in America. The tracking and trace by DHL isn't very clear, the last update was 4 weeks ago advising its in the "Destination Country".

When I emailed the company they brushed off my query and said that international deliveries can 2-6 weeks, but brushed over the fact that the track and trace places the phone case in NZ 4 weeks ago.

Original order and payment was on the 27th of November.

No further response after my response email.

Should have checked reviews before buying from this company…buyer beware!

I had to wait 2 weeks for my case to arrive and when it finally did it was the wrong colour! Upon contacting the customer service team they just apologised and ignored the fact that I requested the colour I paid for be sent to me or I get refund of my money as what they sent me wasn't what I had ordered. Still waiting for a response for them to rectify this!

Also if you live in the UK you will be charged an additional 13.99 customs fee which they don't let you know when you are ordering the product!

Customer service is horrifically horrendous. They give you the email address to contact them and do not provide any further assistance to their paying customers beyond their sale of product(s). When asked to provide information to them, and the customer subsequently does so, Punkcase simply sends generic email responses with no resolution to their customers request/ problem. If I had it to do again, I would never have purchased anything from Punkcase. Seems the "company" is the Punk

The deals look great until it comes to the service. They must be colour blind because they send the wrong colour caes. A quick search and I found I wasn't the only one that got the wrong colour. They are slow to respond and basically offer a discount on your next purchase.
Please stay away.

I've only had this case a few day so. I didn't buy it for skiing and all that good stuff I bought it because of my job I'm a mechanical engineer and need a dust / waterproof case, currently impressed with the size not to bulky pictures are clear and I can still use the finger print, no scratches on the screen on the screen protector it has all round protection so first impressions I like it and I would by another if required typically my cases only last about 6 months before I can't see through them see pictures of the old punkcase.

Stay away. Please stay away. I ordered an s10e case in Australia as the site uses a. Au extension so they must have an ABN to get that domain (https://punkcase.com.au/). I found out it comes from the US. 6 weeks later it arrives. They sent the wrong one. I requested to send back for a refund. They gave me 20% back. Bad company and worse communication. If this review stops you buying from them then it's worth the lack of refund to me. Believe the other bad reviews and shop anywhere else.

So I paid $22 for a case I did not order or want.

Purchased a Punkcase for my wife's birthday in August 2020 for her new Iphone. We contacted Punkcase after just a couple of months explaining that the screen protector had cracked. Punkcase explained that cracks weren't not covered as that was the result of the case doing it's job. They offered us a new case at a 10% discount. We decided we'd wait. The other night we've removed the case for the first time since installing punkcase because the front camera was acting erratically while trying to use an app. After removing the punkcase, we realized the case was not cracked, but the phone itself was. We contacted punkcase again explaining the issue. They said they will provide a new case at no charge. They won't repair the phone against damages that their case is supposed to protect it from, but they'll now replace the case for free. Obviously I would never use punkcase again, whether free or not. Clearly it does not protect you phone.

Bought it online never mentioned it was pre order waited 5 weeks. I got an email saying that my order was being prepared but it was in Brooklyn in the u.s. Was given a tracking number that disappeared after a week now I am asking for a refund see how long that takes

I've bought these cases throughout the last 2 years. I am a builder and always used to smash my screens and the microphone filled with dust. These cases always keep my phone like brand new. Worth every penny. Happy with it, was what I was looking for. The shipping was prompt for me.

Product broke straight away. The quality of the bottoms are poor. The customer service is terrible and rude. After a lot of back and forth thaey eventually agreed to send me another one but then didn't. And when I got back in touch they asked me to go through the whole process again of proving it was broken and THEN they told me I could have a refund or replacement. And they don't acknowledge my repeated statements about them already agreeing to it. It's a horrible company and inferior product. DONT TOUCH THEM!

I got more excited with this case than with my new iPhone 12 Pro! The case is beautiful. Gives you very good protection. The lip over the screen is big. It is not heavy and bulky like my old OTTERBOX. It has Beautiful texture on it and sits in the hand very nicely. I'm highly recommending it.

I order 2 phones cases, and they sent me 2 wrong color cases. Sent them back and never got the one I wanted. Order one case still got the wrong color and the sound did got come though the case good, had to though the case away. Wast of money...

Excellent case, it has good grip and feel also good protection at the corners. Better grip surface on the sides, durable, should provide the exact protection that i need. The price is reasonable too. The shipping is not that fast, but the case is too good to complain. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely recommend these cases.

I LOVE the design! It's sleek, not bulky, and easy to grip. The material is not slippery in my hand. I feel like I have some "traction" while gripping it. The sides are soft and flexible making it easier to access the buttons. The hard backing provides extra protection for the camera. Punkcase is one of my favorite brands for cases. They have exceeded my expectations once again!

This is the 3rd case we've purchased. First 2 were great, received as ordered and product itself is great. My son even dropped his phone from 14 stories and protected the phone. Now fast forward to 2024 and we ordered a new case. Wrong colour sent and they wanted me to ship back at my expense (from Canada) to request an exchange. This was their error and they should be paying for the cost to ship back and send back the correct one again at their full cost including duty. They are now ignoring my emails. Seems like someone in their logistics dept. needs to be fired as it's ruining their reputation of a great product. Our family was going to be life long Punkcase purchasers, but they have lost our trust. Other posts have confirmed this isn't a one of. It almost seems like they ship out whatever extra colours are not selling and basically say oops. And profit off of their customers. Even if you order again, there's no guarantee you'll receive what you ordered. Way too risky -- Shame on them! So disappointed in an American company based company too (NY)!

Would not bother with this company at all. They are rude, liars and send out the wrong cases and wont refund you the shipping costs for returning a item that that you didn't even order, i ordered 2 cases from them, one turned up 5 days after order and was not the one i ordered and the other still hasn't turned up nearly 4 weeks after.

Love this case - sturdy but not bulky. The grooves on the sides are perfect for keeping a good grip on your phone. It gives a solid protecton and the design is nice too. Great value for the price - I would definitely buy this again and recommend to anyone.
