I Have sent email correspondence to your organisation about my dissatisfaction with your product and you have not responded. After waiting over a month for my case to arrive, the case when on the phone is not charging the phone. I cannot use the silence button on the side of the phone. The case did not come with a charging cord. I feel like I have wasted AU$140

I returned my punkcase for warranty replacement after just three months of light use. It would no longer charge. I returend the case UPS with confirmed shipping. For the last five months Punkcase repeatedly claimed they had not received the item. I provided the tracking number and screen shots of the confirmed delivery. I filed a claim with the BBB Better Business Bureau online, which it took about 7 minutes. I emailed Punkcase that I had filed a claim and provided them with a claim number. 3 days later I got a full refund. I had threatened to file a claim two weeks earlier and they did nothing. You have to actually file. The BBB has quick automated response by email and they got me my results. I hope this helps someone get help and others not to buy from Punkcase, their service is truly terrible.
My punkcase stopped accepting a charge. I returned it for warranty replacement. I sent it UPS with delivery confirmation. They claim they didn't receive it. Liars. They do not honor their warranty and their product is prone to failure. Do not buy from this dishonest company.
I'm very satisfied with the performance gadget from Punkcase. I have bought my 1st Battery Case in 2019 if not mistaken, for my S9 Ultra. Still can use and handed to my son together with the phone. And this is my 2nd purchase, for my S20 Ultra. Recommended to all who is looking for battery case. Btw, thanks for the gift "screen protector"
I purchased a battery case for my aging Galaxy Note 9 at the beginning of the year, but my medical monitor wouldn't scan through the case so i removed it for two months. Shortly after beginning to use it again, the USB charging port became loose and wouldn't hold on to the charging cable, so the case would not charge, unless i propped the cord up in a particular way after jiggling it, and even then, 12 hours later, not fully charged. I reached out to Punkcase customer service, and they eventually replied that they'd send a new case, after a frustrating half dozen unreplied mail/contact attempts. 5 weeks later, still no shipping info, no replacement case, and the company hasn't responded to any communications in the last 2 weeks.
I assumed Punkcase was a reputable dealer...I was wrong! I bought a new Galaxy S23 Ultra, and was excited to put a nice Magsafe case on it. Look what they sent me!
They would not respond to my requests for a refund, but PayPal got it done.
While looking at their website, I started to notice little things that made me get suspicious. First, the Title of the particular case says Iphone12 then in the description it says "ONLY FOR IPHONE 11" a few times, then further down it goes back again saying "this case was designed only for iPhone 12."
Also, they don't show pics of the different colors of all the products. Like I'm not gonna spend money unless I can see what I'm supposed to get. The cases are "marked down" by close to 70%. I'm really glad I decided to google if this company was legitimate. I will NOT be submitting my order now. Thank you for all the other reviews!

I ordered a case on April 24. I even paid $15.00 extra to expedite shipping to 7 days. It's now May 15. No case. Emailed them. It's back ordered. Were they upfront about it? NOPE. As it hadn't shipped yet, I told them to keep it and refund my money. NOPE. I was told that I had to wait until it arrived and then return it. Why? They still have it! Seriously, WTF?

About a year ago I was given a case as a gift and loved it. I recently got a new phone and wanted to get one. I ordered a clear one and got black which was the wrong color then when I received the email confirmation it was red a completely a different color then what I ordered. I tried to email the company which took a week for an answer. When I got the email I was suppose to pay for shipping back. I emailed and requested a label no answer. I have called and emailed everyday still no answer. No one answers the phone either. I am requesting a full refund and never ordering their product again ever. Thanks for nothing punk case
Punkcase took 4 weeks to deliver the wrong product. Refused to provide a refund, even when returning the product. Did not provide a return envelope. In the end, it will have taken them 3 months, that's a quarter of a year, to provide the correct product - one month to send me the wrong product, one month for me to return their product via their courier, and the third month to send me the correct product. That's if they manage to send the correct product the second time! What good business thinks that is ok? What person is going to leave their phone vulnerable to damage for a quarter of a year waiting for this terrible company to do what they were paid to do. Don't waste your time or money.
Don't order unless you want defective or the wrong case sent done ordered several cases got the wrong one 2 before getting the right one but had to pay for each one until i sent and paid to send the 2 wrong ones back then bought 3 more 2 for note 10 plus 1 for s9 plus got the s9 plus other 2 says delivered but never got them? Punkcase is a joke but the metal one i did finally get are nice cases if you can get it
The clear cover is great looking.It has a good grip on the side and smooth on the back. It took me a while to notice but the sides have a slightly wavy exterior for a comfortable grip. I have ordered it from their website, the shipping was prompt, the case was clean, the pack wasn't damaged. Thank you!
This is an absolute joke of a company. Don't bother placing an order because they will send you whatever they feel like sending you. I ordered a case for a galaxy note 9 and they sent me a case for a galaxy S9. When I emailed them and told them they made a mistake they said I have to send the wrong one back at my expense and then when they get it they will send the right one. Seems like since they made a mistake they would rectify it but no.
I looked at a ton of phone covers for my new s21 ultra. The reason is because the phone looks so nice without a cover that I wanted to make sure it still looked great with a cover. It does with this one and it feels great when holding. I haven't dropped it yet (thankfully) so I can't speak to the durability but feels stable and like it could take a drop on the back or sides
I ordered a phone case for an s10 plus. Less than 24 hours more like 12. I asked to cancel. They offered me discounts. But I asked for a refund because I sent the phone back and I did not have a need for it anymore. It was $33.00. I said no, I want a refund. And after all that they say oh its been shipped. I call bs. They get the product internationally. So most likely China so instead of canceling and refund, they are putting me through a night mare of returning and waiting for 2 plus weeks. Shady company. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORTHLESS. Buy somewhere else. Where they are not pushing product down your throat when you change your mind.
Like all the other reviews, my order was short shipped one item and the back and forth rediculous exchange with their pseudo customer service is laughable as they kept asking me to return the item to their booklyn warehouse that was never shipped. For several days the insane emails kept prompting me for the same actions as I believe it is their tactics to exhaust the customer`s patience in surrendering to their frustration. My only recourse was to contest/reverse the visa payment with my provider, which will take time but at least, it will calm my frustration. Not to mention my last email to them that was a pure joy to write with colorful words expressing it all...
I received the case I ordered almost 2 months ago, it is NOTHING as shown & described on the Punk Case website. It is the cheapest garbage, thin piece of single layer plastic ever seen at an extreme expensive price. I called, left voicemails due to never anyone answering the call, numerous times, 1st email was responded to without a complete solution or any responsibility taken. After that when I had more question and a request for return label, total ignorance and arrogance, I emailed numerous times. NO reply. NO RESPONSE what so ever. Never, Never Fall for their False Advertising.
In the UK you have 14 days to request a refund under Consumer contracts regulations - regardless of whether you've received the item or not. As soon as I mentioned this, they settled my paypal dispute (after previously refusing a refund in emails).
This company is a total scam - they don't say the product is being shipped from america, and only offer refunds on items within 30 days of the ORDER DATE. They say delivery can take 4 weeks - leaving 2 days to return a product overseas for a refund... total scam company. If you see their ads on facebook, amazon etc - REPORT THEM!
Dropped my phone onto the floor from my bed, and didn't think nothing of it because the case wasn't hurt... been having trouble with my speaker on my phone the last few days so I finally took the back off it... realized that it was smashed on the back... right where the kick stand bevels in inside the case... 1500 dollar phone now fked... and I'm guessing about all the reviews on here that they wouldn't give a $#*! to learn this about their wonderful water proof shock proof protect your phone through all the elements crap they put on their website! DO NOT BUY! Would take a picture of the case and my phone side by side but the man ain't home and I'm mad now!
