Took 2 months to arrive, then was the wrong case! Now they won't even return my emails. Would have rated lower if I could. Don't waste your time with that company, many reputable cases out there. Brent
Ordered a screen protectoe since January 2nd and it has not arrived yet!. Left a message on there useless answering service and even sent emails after emails. Too which they replied with a generic response of "Your order might take some time to arrive. Give 2-3 weeks blah blah blah! Second email said it was backordered. Total bull$#*!! Don't even bother calling. No one picks up the phone!
1. Advertising as Punckcase NZ. This is not a New Zealand company.
2. Took 7 weeks to arrive. Bad tracking coms
3. Ordered 3 items. $67NZD. Only 2 items arrive. 1 faulty fast charger. Doesn't work. 1 bad quality waterproof case, the car mount item was missing.
4. Offered me "20% discount".
I disputed, they have started to ignore my emails. No refund has come through. Really disappointed.
I purchased what was supposed to be one of their tough cases. It virtually started falling apart after about 4 months.
It started with the home button for my Samsung S8+ then the lining came apart on the screen.
I wouldnt mind it not lasting as much if it wasn't such a long, drawn out process for the warranty. Their aftersales service is extremely poor and absolutely sub standard. I emailed them twice chasing the warranty then after 5 weeks I followed up to which they asked for the same details that should have been recorded already.
I certainly will never purchase their case again and strongly recommend staying away from them.
I have had this case for 2 weeks on my iPhone 12 PRO and I am very satisfied with it. It seems pretty sturdy, the sides are sufficiently grippy and I like the fact that's the back of phone is protected. I also like that the front rim is slightly raised which allows me to place the phone screen down without worrying about damaging the screen. Of course I also installed a screen protector for added protection. Ditto about the camera enclosure so now if i place the phone facing up, I'm not worried about the camera being in direct contact with the surface. The case also doesn't add a of heft to the phone. Now I have yet to drop the phone so I cannot comment on that but I'm hopeful that it will hold up. I haven't used the magnetic back and doubt I will do so, so cannot comment on that too.
Received wrong case a month after order. Got it reshipped & wrong case again. Won't return my calls, answer phones or return emails. I should have checked BBB rating first before ordering. You guessed it. They got an F from BBB. Don't deal with this company. You might not get right product or color or case or all contents and you won't get your money back either. This company should be investigated. They are scamming people. They do okay business because they made their website look really good but that's just a cover up for their poorly ran company.
I order a black case. But was sent a Pink one instead. When I contacted them about this they said to send it back. When I asked if they would pay for the postage they said they wouldn't. So there you have it. They Don't care about customers service..
I have purchased several cases in the past and thought this purchase would be the same. I have read most the negative reviews and thought it just people being rude and obnoxious. I received the wrong item, provided the company with my order to get issue resolved. I have received no response after multiple emails and phone calls. I would like to continue doing business with Punkcase as I really like the product. The customer support for the company is not what I expected and may have to take my companies business elsewhere if this issue is not resolved soon.
This company is a SCAM. They send whatever they have on hand, won't send anything but non answer responses to emails, and their guarantee is worth less than the virtual data bits it's written on. STAY AWAY!
Id purchased two s8+ cases took 6 weeks till I had received with no tracking. Which the order
Was the wrong cases s8 to small. Punkcase did not supply a return lable for this and told me to seal the cases back in the package it came in and return to sender. The post shop told me I wasn't aloud to do that so I had to pay for the return. Its been another 6 weeks where iv emailed them if they have received the returns and if I can have my original purchase the s8+ cases I still haven't received a proper answer on whats going on. Its been 3 months now with no answers and when they do decide to send me what iv order its probably going to take another 6 weeks so im taking this as very poor.
I think it is a brilliant case for the phone. It is of a smooth, sleek, rugged, yet beautiful. Fits perfectly for my Galaxy S22 ultra. It is really waterproof and shockproof. I have tested it with several times when I dropped my phone occasionally. At the same time I have tested it under water right after the purchase.
This case has a relatively smooth back (to make it easy to slide in and out of your pocket, but it has kind of a "crinkly" pattern molded into all four edges that make it much easier to hold. Although it took me a couple of weeks to notice, it also has four subtle indentions on each side, which further help you keep a good grip -- yet they are nearly invisible and don't detract from the good looks of the case.
I have bought this case couple of weeks ago and now i can honestly review it. First of all, i want to say, that it has a great shape, grip, and durability. Holds up well and gets compliments. For the price it's 6/5, exceeds expectations. Now coople of words about shipping and costomer service. There were no issuesm the case came exactly as advertised. I didn't have a chance to contact the customer service, but its a good fact i suppose. The shipping was fast, i am completely satisfied with my order and with this company. Recommended.
I have not received an invoice for this purchase. I do not even have an order number! Punkcase is not answering their phones nor are they responding to emails. Upon further research there are literally hundreds of negative reviews posted in the last 60 days about the company not sending products for months and no responses to emails or voice messages. Punkcase should stop selling items they do not have or cannot obtain. Covid is NO excuse for taking someones money and not responding to customers concerns. Shut it down until you can handle the demand once again. Ship my item or cancel my order if it isn't available.
I bought a punkcase and on the whole i was happy with the case. That is until the power button broke away on the case leaving me unable to use my phone when in the case. It was within the warranty period so I contacted punkcase. They asked me to return the case and they would send me another. I sent the case back and waited, and waited and waited. I contacted them again and they acted like they didn't know anything about it. Even though the conversation trail was in the email I sent. Lots of emails back and forth, asking for an order number (Which was in the email subject), then saying it wasnt recognised, even though it's in the same email feed as the original purchase email from them. Now they have just gone quiet. Ignoring my emails. I will never buy from these scam artists again. Judging by other reviews they do it to a lot of people. Stay away well away.
Customer service is a joke
Review by Anonymous UserI purchased a case in Feb, they charged me immediately. 10 weeks later no package so I tried to contact. Someone got back to me 1 time telling me pleade allow more time for international shipping. Then I had to email every couple of days in hopes to get someone to answer my email. When they finally respond 14 weeks later ordering it's "we will assume your package has not been delivered" to which they offered me a refund. Ever since every " 5-10 business days" I email to let them know and everything a generic response of "your money has been deposited please allow 5-10 business days to reflect back in your account.
Needless to say, I'm still waiting for my refund, still no sign of any package, same generic emails that do not help, and since they sent me an apparently pretentious email after my order that said "YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT...but I have since week 10."
Absolute joke, con artists stealing from people. If they do reply it's lie after lie. Take your money and never received case.
I ordered a case and 2 screen protectors. I recieved only the case. It was the wrong color at that. Emailed to the address i was told too and still no refund of items not received. They just keep telling me to send back items for a refund. I didnt get the items to send back. They dont seem to get it or care. Bottom line... Do not do business with this company!
I placed an order for a case is a specific color that was higher priced than an alternate color. They sent the alternate color that was clearly marked with a different code that the order and receipt. After contacting Punkcase they offered to let me keep the order at a 20% discount which would have made these incorrect cases cost more than I would pay if ordering them intentionally. I said I did not want the incorrect cases, and they said I would need to return these at my cost. I suspect they don't even have the correct color in stock, but the service is terrible and I would not recommend this site.
I placed 2 orders. The first was in March, 2022 for PunkJuice S10 Battery Case Blue - Fast Charging Power Juice Bank with 4700mAh × 1. It never arrived. The second one I ordered was December 4,2022 for a PunkJuice S22 Battery Case Blue - Portable Charging Power Juice Bank with 4700mAh × 1. There is no way to call them. Emails that come back to me are automated and just say: "We normally ship the next business day depending on the availability of the product. We will email you the tracking number once it ships. Standard shipping can be anywhere between 5-8 business days and expedited shipping is 2-3 business days. Please note that international shipments outside of the USA can take up to 4 weeks for delivery." This does not solve customers problems. If you do get one, they are a pretty good product.
Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.
