Punk Case

One of the best covers I have had for the environment that I work in. Very find metal dust particles which ruins the internals of the phone. I also spend alot of time around water, and have never had a problem.

Been digging the case! Crashed into an iceberg in my boat on the river trolling for hogs and sunk the boat along with several nice rainbow trout ugh. Upon retrieval diving found phone in the mud with some fishing gear and still works perfect! The boat on the otherhand well woopsie haha! Cheers!

Sup everyone, I have purchased the s21 ultra case from this company. I have had no issues with shipping or customer service, everything was smooth as a butter. The case itself is great, fits the phone perfectly... and the little customizable side buttons are literally the cutest. I will definitley buy again from them

My family and I all got iPhones together! We decided to order our cases online to save money. I found the pink case site and ordered a lovely purple case. Over the next few days everyone but me received their orders. They ordered from Amazon. It has been months since we ordered. I have already purchased a different case from my phone store and run through it. I was getting ready to order another one from Amazon obviously LOL and low and behold a package showed up in the mail today! Unfortunately the case is cheap and looks likeA toy at best. It is all black does not have any purple on it at all. This is not the case I ordered. Do not order from the site it is a joke. A bad joke on me!

So I've used them for years. I've gotten many of cases and recommended them to everyone. But now it's tike to let the truth out. I ordered a case from themAug. 13th 2021 and have sent over 30 emails to them because they sent me the wrong case. I had to pay $16 out of my own $#*!ing pocket to pay to ship the case back to them that was their mistake in sending. I've sent countless emails asking for 1. Refund or 2. My correct case. They have told me for 3 $#*!ing months the case is out of stock and won't give my money back. So now I'm leaving reviews everywhere and getting a lawyer involved. They better get their $#*! together.

Ordered an S8 case, shipping to Australia took 3 weeks, then when it arrived opened the package to find that it is the wrong case - far too big for an S8 (even though it said S8 on the box).
Customer service is absolutely terrible, they're now telling me I have to send the case back to New York at my cost, and they'll only send me the correct case after they've received the one I send back to them?!
Steer we'll clear of this company, I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered from them - they are crooks

After my previous review they sent an automated response with a phony email address to send my issues to. If they respond saying to contact Kristina on an email address don't believe it, it's just a delaying tactic. No response after a week and then they proceeded to block me off Facebook and Messenger.
I lodged a grievance with Paypal and after 3 or 4 automated responses from Punkcase I wasn't going to take no for an answer. I just received a refund from Paypal.
Anyone else having an issue and you have payed via Paypal go down this road and push it.

I would put negative 5 stars if i could. I bought a case from PunkCase. It was the wrong color and it came broken. They would not return it, but offered %20 off the broken case and said i could keep it...

Order wrong twice. Issue going on since beginning March. 10+ emails to this "just ask" later still not even an acknowledgement that they have read it and are dealing with the issues. Advice? AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Also if you have a poor review to leave do NOT leave it on the punkcase website. I've left 3 - they delete all reviews that are bad. Surely that's not supposed to happen. If I could have reviewed these thieving, ignorant, incompetent crooks I would have but it wouldn't let me. I would like to make it very clear that I actually rate punkcase ZERO NOT ONE.

The case never arrived. They keep sending me an automatic reply. It has been going on for months. Many others have had the same issue.

The overall appearance of the product seems cheaply made and put together. I would rather spend a couple extra dollars on something that had seemed more protective.

Hi guys, as for me, everything was good. No issues with the shipping, the case came exactly as described. Ofcourse it wasn't an insta shipping, you have to realize that the warehouse is somwhere in US or even in China, so it can't be delivered next day... Anyways it was worth waiting, the case is great

Highly upset. I got a case for my Galaxy s22 ultra. Right hand side little lens cover comes half popped out and dust, dirt and anything else now just gets right in through that spot. Plus pictures suck. Why can I not speak on the phone to one of their representatives? IDK! If you ever get ahold of them your selves please ask them for me! I lost my emails so I can't get my order number. But I know we'll enough they can find it with a name address and payment type! They better fix this! Also yes it's been used since purchase but I've been trying to contact yal since the beginning of the month when it came broken. So yes I've been using the piece of broken merchandise for my very expensive phone because I can not go buy another till you make right by this. Also lens cover material is highly scratchable. Fix this Punk Case!

I have bought the iphone 12 max pro case couple of months ago, what can i say guys, its a pretty nice waterproof case for my iphone. Fits perfectly, the touchscreen works good too. I tried to drown it but it didnt let the water throug as it was said. Anyways this is a nice case to use.

I like the look of this case, the material and construction. It is really grippy but not bulky at the same tine. I have Punkcase cases on all my Samsung phones. I love the clean, minimalistic look and the sturdy protection. This is a really good vendor. I recommend! Thank you!

I'd recommend Punkcase cases. As one who has purchased many cases for iPhones over the years, I can say I'm very pleased with this particular case. I was actually a little hesitant at first about the grippy grooves on the sides. Wasn't sure about the feel and aesthetics of those finger holds. But they are actually very nice and grippy, and the way they are structured are actually not obtrusive at all - the front facing rim hides them. The case also feels very nice. My one slight complaint is that although the front edges do extend out a bit for some protection when laying the phone face down, the edges could be a little more prominent - I've had cases that were such. Anyway, one can't go wrong with the quality of this case at this price.

So so so happy to worry less yet have a beautiful and sleek case! I expected what everyone expects with a protective case- but this is gorgeous and very minimal it looks like there's no case at all. Website has a lot of selection but I love what I chose because it's teal AND shows the phone through it. It came in a beautiful color only 4 days after purchase, great packaging with instructions for optimal use and cleaning cloth and wristband included! I'm blown away that this could be so functional and still waterproof and protective as I am an outdoors girl, beach and lake addict, my lifestyle is very busy, I work in a restaurant and do a lot of cleaning at home and so keeping my phone dry and clean before finding a good case like this has been very time consuming and stressful. This one types better than my phone did alone I'm so serious- touch sensitive screen. I will buy one more of these as a back up and some for my brother and parents so they can enjoy these benefits also and take it on vacation use it in water/ beaches and have fun.

Do not order from that website! They have a beautiful website. They use a lot of great pictures on it. Big words "ultimate protection, lifetime warrenty, waterproof, shock proof, dirt proof, mud and snow proof." Unfortunately thise cases do not exist. They either copied cases from another website or just photo shopped the images. When I complained they told me to send my case back but at my own cost. I live in Canada. It would cost me as much as the case. I dont want another case I want my money bck. The case i got is very cheap case that looks like my $2 case from ebay. $2 I would pay just to have a decoration case. Not $20 (on sale) that claims to protect my case with lifetime warrenty. JOKE! Check out the pics. Also the case comes with "shield screen protector". In reality it's a thin piece of plastic. Not even a glass screen. Here is pictures to prove. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM. I ordered straight from website. I received cheap case from China instead.
