Punk Case

Ordered a phone case and charger for my boyfriend as a birthday gift from his little girl, ordered 2 weeks prior so plenty of time. When delivered the charger was for airpods not a galaxy phone. 10 emails later and a day before his birthday all they will offer me is to pay to return the wrong item still no offer to send me the actual item I have paid for and also the item I ordered was more expensive than the airpod charger they sent PLEASE Don't use this company - they have completely ripped me off

I've came accross their website and purchase for an S10 case it took forever and every time I follow up they said it takes this weeks and no tracking at the end the product was a total different item from China no branding and was for an S10e which was a smaller phone and ended up causing moisture build up warrning when try to plug in. I've contacted them for a refund they came back saying will log as lost in transport and offer again to send me another one or get paid I ask again for my money back and no confirmation was given followed up got the same auto reply your product will be delivered in couple of weeks. Obouisley this is a dodgy website and a money grab.

I don't know why, but I am skeptic of phone cases. Perhaps it is because new phones cost so much. So, I was prepared to think this case wasn't worthy of my new iPhone 13. Surprisingly, I really the case. It is thin, grippy on the sides, and is thick enough to protect the cameras on the back and face on the front. I haven't tried the drop test yet, thankfully, but it seems up to the task. The buttons on the side have just the right amount of give. All in all, good case and good value.

I purchased a case on Feb. 8. I realized that I ordered the wrong case and ordered the right case on Feb. 10. I kept watching the tracking on my package and it never got to the warehouse. Both of them. After 10 days, instead of trying to work with me, they said they will refund my money for both cases. I don't think they ever had the advertised case. If I do not get my refund within 10 days, I will report them to the BBB. They are Sketchy and Shady. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have been using phone cases from Punkcase for several years. These cases are the highest quality and always fit the phones perfectly. These cases don't add bulk to the phone and offer great protection. I have dropped my phone several times and the phone has no scratches or dents. I have pre-ordered the S21 Ultra and cannot wait to get my phone because I already have the cover that my phone will go into. Thank you guys for keeping the quality of your products high!

First they sent me the wrong product, and they dont want to issue a refund and are giving me the run around. With so many bad reviews you would think that someone would have opened up some sort of case with the BBB. I am definitely going to issue a report with the BBB and going to ask my credit card company to dispute the charge. STAY AWAY from them.

Hello everybody, jusr recieved my new s21 ultra case from these guys. The shipping took 1 week adn the case was delivered on time. The case itself is great. A nice sturdy case if you don't like that bulky ones. Low profile and protection. The grips on the side help hold the phone easy in your hands. The price is reasonable too. High quallity case from a high quallity company. Thank you very much.

Buying from punkcase is like a raffle. I stupidly did another order expecting things to change but NO.
When purchasing a case from pink case don't expect to get the case you ordered. It appears to be a raffle system where they just put in any case - size, style, colour. I ordered 3 cases in the last 3 months and have not got 1 case I ordered. They refuse to refund the purchase and expect the buyer to pay return postage or buy another case at 20% off. Even with this option you are still unlikely to recurve the case you want. WARNING DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I bought the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Case, Punkcase [Extreme Series] Armor Cover W/ Built In Screen Protector [Black] 20 11/30. The protective screen separated from the case after 24 days. Punckcae has not been responsive in honoring the 30 day return policy. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this overpriced poorly designed product that the company won't stand behind.

The site has multiple versions across the world. The scam, is to take so long to deliver (8 Weeks) technically outside their published returns/refund policy. Deliver poor quality product in great looking packaging (plastic moulded case - not multilatyered as advertised) typically wrong colour and incorrect size. Insist on shipping to be paid by buyer which is very close to the item cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IF YOU DO, USE PAYPAL SO AT LEAST YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Scammed me out of $75 and no product yet. Sent emails after email with no reply. Looking at other reviews, these people should be reported to Commerce commission. Which is what I am just about to do.

Ordered the S23 Ultra Waterproof case and went thru the PayPal motions and when we got to the invoice it read I purchased a completely different case S22. No customer service reply until 10 days past and it was automated talking about just receive it and then ship it back (at my cost) and they will issue a refund LOL

They have a front office in Ottawa and in Brooklyn NY Our investigator found out they are essentially taking your order on their website and then (when they actually send someone a product which appears to be about 60% of the time they literally use shopify to reorder with amazon. I also think there is a language barrier. DO NOT PURCHASE get it yourself from amazon.

The service is not great I ordered cases on April 27th we are now in june and still no cases. It took 3 weeks for the first order to arrive. Then when it showed up they were the wrong cases. I spent 9 dollars to ship back for the correct cases. When they arrived the second time they shipped me only one case when I originally ordered 2 and the order was still incorrect I called and they said they would give me a label to send this one back and they would ship the 2 correct cases, still a week after that no label. I called and they said the system was slow and I would get the label in a couple hours 2 days later no label. I have no problem paying for shipping but thats not the point they should make this right and at least give me a label. Save the hassel and go with otter box the cases I was sent seem very cheap go withsomeone else 70 dollars later and still no cases.

Sent me the wrong item and had the cheek to offer 20% off a USELESS case or put it in the postbox with return to sender on it so I "wouldn't need to pay postage" then I would have no proof I sent it and if something happened to it then it would not be their problem! They are so slow at responding - I think on purpose so it's past the 30 days return policy. Absolutely disgusting service!

Do not use this company, such a scam... I had ordered the Note 10+ Battery Case from them a month and 2 days ago. Still has not arrived. Since I have contacted them they have taken me on the BS train. The last message received was:

"The item that you ordered is a great product but at the moment it is only available for pre order It should take in between 2 weeks for the item to become available. In the meantime your order has been placed on hold."

Like wtf?. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

I ordered a red waterproof and shockproof punkcase for my Samsung 21 ultra 5g on Sep 14,2021. I haven't even received it and the shipping says it's still sitting at their facility. I've also called them and emailed them with no reply back. This site is a total scam! They scammed me out of $50 for a case I've never received. They are also emailing me every day looking for a review for something that was never shipped or delivered. Stay clear of this scamming site!

I ordered a juice case for my iPhone, what I received was a Maximus case that is half the price of what I paid according to their website. I tried to call, sent emails, what finally got a response was the bbb. I still have no resolve as the company wanted me to pay for shipping the wrong item back - I told them if they sent me the correct item then I would return the item they had sent to me - as a customer I should not have to pay for their mistakes. Punkcase would not make it right and I payed 2x as much for a product I did not want or need - I have a life proof case that stands behind their customers and has a 0 question warranty
