Punk Case

Heading into week 9 waiting for my product. As a good customer, I followed up several times to check on my order & I'd always receive the same automated reply saying it takes (2-6 weeks) for international shipping. They had the nerve to send the same (2-6 weeks) automated reply when I inquired on week 9. I had to email them asking them to read the F'@$king message before spamming their own clients.

I even paid $30 for express shipping. If it isn't possible to allow for express shipping, some sort of notification would have been nice. On their website, they could simply prevent you from proceeding with payment when your location is entered if it's not possible for express shipping. NOPE just let me waste my money.

Finally, I get a response saying they're sorry, their product really is great. For my troubles they'll offer 25% off my current purchase and let me keep the product. I reply again saying, I never received the product, please consider a full refund given the extremely poor experience... I receive a somewhat copy & pasted reply now offering me 30% off my current purchase.

I don't expect I'll get a refund at all. Sad they operate in this manner.

Ordered on the UK site. No warnings that the case would ship from the states and have a long wait. After 3 weeks I emailed. Was told could take up to 4 weeks. Emailed after 4 weeks asking for a redund was told could take up to 6 weeks and no refund could be given until after this period ( robot like responses to every email). Emailed after 6 and said again that I wanted a refund. Was told could either get a refund or the case reshipped. Emailed again saying I wanted a refund and eventually got my refund. Except they still charged me for the shipping!? Only 2 quid but come on Punkcase. Why should I pay for shipping on something that didn't even arrive. I will never buy anything from them again. Shocking service and although I do have another Punkcase product I would say it is OK at best and definitely not worth the money. That is if you actually manage to grt anything from them in the 1st place. Other option is to donate 2 quid to their company which is essentially what I have done

This company is an absolute joke. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase I've made in my lifetime. I paid 30 dollars for 2 to 3 shipping. A week after my purchase, it was still sitting in NY. I sent them multiple emails and got the exact same reply for each one, like they copy and paste their replies. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT DECENT SHIPPING. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! ONCE YOUR MONEY IS IN THEIR POCKET, YOU ARE FORGOTTEN. 2 WEEKS NOW I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PHONE CASE!

I have been calling, emailing and chatting. No luck. Since November 2022 I been waiting for my order. No one helps. BEWARE this people don't care

This was the third case I bought for my iPhone 12. I returned one because I couldn't use the magsafe charger with it and couldn't see the color of the phone through it. What's the point of getting an iPhone with color and having it covered by an opaque case? I then bought Apple's clear case for the iPhone. It had no texture to grip it and didn't fit the buttons very well. I returned the first two cases and bought a case from Punkcase. The case is great! It is clear, flexible, substantial and has texture along the sides to grip it. Magsafe charging works, and the phone sticks to a magnetic vent mount I have in my car. I would highly recommend this case!

I returned my item as it was not what I expected. It went to NY from Montreal so probably took a week to get there. I kept checking with them and they kept telling me they hadn't received it. When I checked with them again 2 days after the 30 day refund policy, they suddenly received it but couldn't give me the refund. DISHONEST COMPANY! Do NOT buy from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DIRECTLY! I made the mistake of ordering from this company from the UK not realising they are based in New York! They ripped me off by sending by far a lesser quality phone case and wrong colour to what I ordered! All they could offer me was a 20% discount or a full refund if returning. AT MY EXPENSE FROM THE UK TO USA! SO WRONG! Disgusting customer service as well. I want at least my 20% off!

I love that this product isn't overpriced, the grippy sides and buttons have a good feel and most of all that this is the THINNEST CASE that fixes the stupid camera bump. I'm happy to report that this lies flat on a table–no wobble! I've used the case for 5 months and it's shown virtually no signs of wear and that includes me taking on and off the case about every other week for the rare instances when I need to wirelessly charge it.

I ordered a Carbon Shield Cover and Punks sent me a $1.50 useless neoprene piece of crap from China with a hunk of potch metal on the back which scratches all my furniture. This piece of crap the Punks dug up in the "under $1 basket" on eBay was a real slap in the face. If I did see this piece of Punk Crap in a $1 throw out table at a Supermarket (because no reputable computer or electronics store would have this PunkCrap in their store) I would grab it, squeeze it, and while it was still wobbling (so unfit) chuck it in the corner or underneath the other throwouts so no other fool could waste their time and energy picking it up. I was warned about PunkCrap but I had already paid for it, no my friends are not just telling me I told you they were robbers and cheats, I am suffering the pain. It implies the potch metal rotates, it is just spiked to the crap neoprene and fell off the first attempt to see what is this crapcase

Hi guys, I picked up my new iPhone 13 today. I wanted a case to protect it as soon as I brought it home. The phone is not inexpensive so a good case is a must. I went online a few days ago to see what might be out there already. I came upon this case and based upon the description and the look of it I thought I'd give it a try. Compared to many other cases it was also much more affordable. It doesn't happen often but I feel like I hit the jackpot with this case. It is strong, provides a good grip in my hand (is not too bulky) and cosmetically it's just what I was looking for. I got the solid black case because I'm just not into what I find distracting in more ornate case designs. Quite honestly, I knew that had I not been pleased I would've had no problem returning it but trust me this is a keeper. I like it more than the otter box that I used with my old phone. I even was looking forward to buy another case from them for my old phone and use two phones at the same time ;)) ) But anyways, this is a really nice case.

I purchased a case 3 months ago and it never arrived. I have made several attempts to contact Punkcase but to no avail, my emails are being ignored. I am so upset and frustrated. I have requested a refund and that too has fallen on deaf ears! What brazen and disgusting way to make money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

My note 20 loses charge when plugged in to the punkcase. Also the blue case is almost indistinguishable from black. I've changed power cords but charging still seems intermittent

Useless customer service, been waiting 2 months still havnt received wouldn't bother using them much easier to go to someone else then deal with these guys

I ordered Red case for S21+. Wanted 6 weeks and got a white one.
They want me to send it back at my
expense before they despatch the right one. No wonder they're called PUNK. Sean UK

Hi, i have bought the s21 ultra case couple of months ago. I want to state, that it is much better fit than the Otter Box. Will be buying these ones from now on.
