Punk Case

Good quality. Fit my iPhone 12 Pro well. Nice grip but not bulky and looks cool. The price is reasoneable too. If you want some quality item you have to pay!

Fit is bad, the screen ripples and scratches easily making typing dif. It let's in water, dust and grit. I spent more on this case than I have the last 5 cases and this is the worst by a long way AVOID AVOID AVOID!

They sent the wrong item, and expect me to pay to return it. They refuse to send the correct item. Never buy from this company!

I went to punkcase to purchase a case for my Huawei phone. However, after checkout, adverts popped up for punkcase own-brand products. The adverts were extremely confusing which several 'buy now' buttons on the same page. Unfortunately, due to the purposeful confusing layout I clicked on the buy now button which INSTANTANEOUSLY purchased the item. I immediately contacted punkcase via email and message board, however, I have only recieved automated messages. I am now in the situation where I have a $42 punkcase speaker I DO NOT WANT and no phone case, as it has not arrived. I have tried calling the company several times but nobody has answered.

I will never again use such a company.

I bought a tempered glass magnetic case for my Samsung Note with tempered glass screen cover, but they sent me a cheap plastic case with plastic film screen cover.
I quickly asked them to resolve the issue, which they refused. They asked me to return the case back (from the UK to USA) at my own expense. Also, there is 20% off refund.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MISTAKE I DID NOT DO?

PUNK CASE ARE JUST WHAT THEY CALL THEMSELVES, PUNKS!

They send you a cheap case not like what you ordered, then make is so painful to return/exchange that you can't be bothered. Do not buy from these people if you want the case you actually ordered.

They are either stupid or fraudulent or probably both.

IF YOU ARE DEBATING BUYING FROM THEM, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION AND DON'T!

I ordered a green waterproof phone for my vacation next week I spent extra on expedited shipping so I would get it on time, they sent me the wrong color they sent me white if it was blue or purple I would of just kept it but white the Plainest color ever and then when I email them and tell them they tell me they will give me 20% off me next order or I can send this one back and they will send the right one(maybe) if this was a legit business they would be sending me the RIGHT one with a shipping label to send back the WRONG one and if I don't send the other one back they charge you for it but no they want me to spend more money sending this back and not get the right one on time lesson learned NEVER ordering from them again DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Don't get me wrong the case is awesome well-built and all the features are nice but if something goes wrong customer service is absolutely horrible. I was sent the wrong color case which isn't a huge deal but I was looking forward to the color I ordered so I reached out to them by email seeing if there's anything they could do for me. It took about 5 hours to get a response and after we sent e -mails back and forth it is now a day later and finally they offered to either exchange it or give me 20% off the one I got. I needed a second case so I thought I would ask if they would just give me 20% off that so it took another day for the emails and then they told me go ahead and make the purchase and then they'll take the 20% off afterwards so I did that and I sent them several emails letting them know I made the purchase. Now they're ignoring my emails. So I just want to return it at this point but they're not answering my emails so I can't it has been 4 days without a response. So if they screw up your stuck with their mistake and they won't fix it. This is been a horrible experience I will never buy from them again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a case from Punkcase and was sent the wrong color. I immediately contacted them to ask for a return label in order to exchange for the case I wanted. After 2 weeks of email exchanges and no return label, I sent the case back at my own expense. I requested an exchange for the correct case and to reimburse my mailing expense. This was nearly a month ago. I attempted to call their customer service and left a message with little hope of receiving a response.

This place has a BBB "F" rating and deserves it. Sends the wrong product and makes you pay to return it and then wait for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a simple white, heavy-duty case and received a shiny, flimsy folding gold case which cracked the first time I dropped it. My initial reaction: No big deal, folks make mistakes. HOWEVER, I've reached out to the company SEVERAL times in SEVERAL different ways, taking into account the staffing shortage and such and STILL, 2 some-odd years later have not heard anything back. I finally unsubscribed from their email list because seeing them pop up is like rubbing salt into the wound. I'm using this as a learning experience to start checking reviews better again as I'm clearly not the only one who's had issues. Hoping this extra review helps solidify anyone else's desicion to choose(or preferably NOT choose) using this company. I've given VERY few bad reviews in my 36 years. It takes alot to turn me off as a customer. So congratulations, Punkcase, you are a winner! You may have punked me, but my chances of being punked by another company in the future are fewer now, so thank you!

Its taken so long to get my phone case ive now broken my phone in the meantime just waiting for the damn thing seriously just buy locally ill never use punkcase or dhl again

I'll start with, possibly, the only one thing that as yet, as far as I know is going well. That is the water and dust proofing. Working in construction, my phone gets very dirty on the surface and I can literally wash it under the tap due to the case.
Now. Let's get to the nitty gritty.
At no point does the website, who sold it in £ sterling, say that the item is coming from New York, USA nor does it say delivery time will be 5 weeks.
Opening the box, you will be greeted by the thinnest cheapest, most underwhelming, two pieces of plastic you have ever wasted your money on. It feels flimsy and the screen protector feels like cling film.
The does provide a firm full enclosure of the phone, no doubt, to the extent that the mic is rendered useless and I have permanently wear AirPods in order to make and receive calls. That is 100% fact, I'm not even mildly exaggerating.
Back to the screen protector, that cheap rubbish plastic. Just from taking it in and out of my pocket, the scratches are very deep and noticeable. Even after taking my job into consideration, the visible marks are way more than I have encountered from other products. The glare is terrible, faceID barely works. It's taken a new phone and basically rendered key elements useless.
The case is trash, made from trash and trying to make anything you put in it, trash.
Do yourself a favour and keep looking because this isn't the case you want.

NEVER DEAL WITH PUNK CASE. They never sent me the product I purchased on line... took months to admit they have done the wrong thing, now they are making excuses/ stalling me/ refusing to give me a refund. UTTERLY DODGY COMPANY- NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PUNK CASE.
