I ordered a case from the UK. They sent a case for a different phone, and in the wrong colour. Clearly they couldn't care less. I had to pay for international postage to return the case to them, despite the error being down to them. DO NOT BUY FROM PUNKCASE.
Sent the wrong item and have been entirely unhelpful about refunds and returns. A company based in the USA using a co.uk domain name, making returns very tricky.
I've been complaining about it they've been asking me for my number so I complained again all they asked is your number number the 2 phones about it's a joke trying to get my money back and I probably won't because they're a bunch of $#*!s. I did review on them and there was nothing positive saying then positive saying I went on their website and is there website and I saw my complaint they complaint they literally took my review and I review and what I said to them they literally took it and turned it around like they were wonderful So there reviews that we read they're all bogus that is my opinion And I'm just saying people beware I got screwed by them JM
Do not buy anything from this company I bought a case for my Samsung galaxy note 9 it cost me $43 au... the site said punkcase au... ha the shipping notice I received was from USA 4 weeks later I received the case only to open it to find it was for a Samsung s10 and what a crappy looking case. I have sent 3 messages to this company and they will not reply. So now I have no case and wasted my money with this company... my advice is DO NOT BUY FROM PUNKCASE AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

Loved this case for my iPhone 8, and the one for my new iPhone13 is no disappointment! Better grip surface on the sides, durable, should provide exactly the protection I need!
I love this case and this company. Great products, great marketing, and you know what else is great? Their English. It's refreshing to buy from an American company. I won't buy phone cases and screen protectors from anyone else - not just because they are based in Texas, but also because they truly have great products, yet still at great prices. They are doing it right. I had a case from them on my last phone for years and it held up like a champ. Was like the day I bought it two years later when I got a new phone, and I put my phones through quite a bit. Love the grip - it just feels good in your hands and I'm sure the extra grippy sides have saved my phone from many a drop. It fits the phone like a glove and has just the perfect amount of raised edges for protection without adding bulk. The buttons all press easily and naturally. This one even has an ever so slight waviness to the sides that I didn't even notice for awhile that make it even that much more comfortable to hold and also not go flying when your juggling your keys and three bags of groceries and your wife calls... because you are a good husband and always answer your wife's calls no matter what.
They will gladly sell you a case for the price they ask and then gladly warranty their case however they will not cover your phone that their case Is claimed to protect!
I like the clean look and feel of the cell phone cover. I have actually dropped my phone twice already (once on gravel and second on pavement) and have to say that no damage appeared on my phone.
I made a mistake to choice the size and required to change the size after 2min from the purchase, but they sent an email a day after and also say no they can't.

First I ordered a teal waterproof case. It came in the mail. It's missing the plug for the headphone jack so it isn't waterproof. The case is also the wrong color. I called the customer service number. That's when big red flags started. There's a voicemail box that's always full. What? What customer service department forwards you to a voicemail box that's always full during normal business hours? I finally, by some miracle, reached someone in customer service. I explained the situation and asked why they sent the wrong color case as well? She said they were out of the color I wanted. Wait what? So you just pick a case I didn't order and send it to me?!?! She said they'd said me a new case. I asked for an email specifying this and was told they don't do that. I was sent an email with a DHL tracking number. Which was obviously fake as it was stuck on showing it was enroute for two weeks. I called DHL they said I needed to contact PUNKCASE. After numerous attempts I haven't reached anyone and can't leave a voicemail as their voicemail is always full. They have an email option but I'm sure they'll ignore it. I'd give these thieves a zero if I could!
I order 2 cases for me and my husband, the order never had expected delivery date, next day I got tracking number but after they took over 10 days the tracking number stills had nothing show up. Then I contacted customer service they said the case are MAKING AND IN PROCESS. WHAT?
Really? The cases not even make yet but they took my money 10 days ago, then I ask to return since not even ship yet, they reply ONCE asking me for order number, I provide order number and they actually remove my tracking number and disappear forever.
So until now over 1 month, money still never returned, no one ever reply to me even I sent like 5 emails. So they just took my money and disappear on me.
I try to find them on Facebook messenger they and as most professional way I explain them my situations bc they seem like answer every one there. They blocked me and remove every single comment on their Facebook page.
They are 100% scam, they just steal my money and never sent product. So frustrated and waist of my time.
I just want to let every single person want to buy from them dont support them and be careful.

I order a Spartan Case for the S10E. Waited a week. Package sent to me on a Saturday opened it up its the wrong case they sent me the Studstar case the way it looked would have held my phone I don't like it.So I sent PunkCase a message saying they sent the wrong case. They want me to send it back for someone elses mistake I would have to pay to ship it back NOPE and I mentioned they should send me a return label On June 25th I was told they were going to send me the correct case. I sen Punkcase a message asking if the Spartan Case was on its way.Its June 4th no word from them when to expect my case and still waiting unhappy with the case they sent me and not happy because its taking so long to get my case.
