Qlink did a great job porting my number and quick delivery of sim card. The service however, frequently drops for longer than an hour. Also thought I was getting a tablet but I didn't.

I read some reviews of people complaining about getting used phones from qlink I got mine yesterday and it was brand new all set up and ready to go for me I'm grateful for the free phone program

Terrible Service!
September 7, 2022

We got one of the services and bought the $10 tablet for our daughter's upcoming birthday. This will be her first birthday since leaving an abusive situation, so we wanted to give her something nice on a budget, hence the tablet. Ive heard of people getting LIGHTLY crumpled packaging, but this was $#*!ing insane. It came in a box that looked like mini Doritos should've been inside of it, it looked like they threw it as hard as they could on the floor multiple times, and when i plugged in the tablet, THE SCREEN WAS SHATTERED. So don't buy the tablet from them. Its a $#*!ing rip off and a scam. After telling them about this through the customer service line, they gave me a number to the warranty hotline and I had been on hold for an hour and it made me leave a voicemail. Then 5 seconds into the voicemail, it hung up on me. Qlink doesnt want to take responsibility for what happened to the package in THEIR care. $#*! Qlink!

A joke

I ordered a replacement phone paid the $25. It says it'll be shipped out in 7-10 business days. It's been more than 10 business days an I've called customer service 2 times already. First of all your connected to someone in India who has no common sense. Why don't we have all our call centers in America? I'm explaining to "Stephanie" (yeah right that's her name) that this happened in 10/18 I was given the same excuse at that time... they are having a delay in processing the phones because there isn't enough phones or the company hasn't sent them the phones yet. If this was the issue in 2018 why has the issue not been corrected. It's going on more than a year an I'm getting the same lame generic excuse from steph that "Stacy" gave me last year. Come on get your $#*! together. Free or not believe me Qlink is getting paid a pretty penny to send us these gov phones. I don't give af for their lies and fake answers. On top of that the phone that has been updated in my account is called a pepper or something similar to that and has a Chile on the back of it? Joke joke joke. I could go on an on. Nothing is going to happen to them because corporations are corrupt (I mean Epstein didn't commit suicide An Hilary is still running around a free woman) so what's going to happen to a government ran fake phone company. The owners will just get a raise.

I recently got a new job and needed a higher quality phone for the job. I ordered a new Nokia 5.4 10 days ago and cannot get ANY answers as to WHEN the order will even be processed let alone shipped! There's nothing left for me to do besides CANCEL THE ORDER AND CHANGE PROVIDERS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Absolute trash! Had to call about 20 times (waited about 1 hour each) to finally get SOMEONE who only turned us over to a "higher technical consultant" because NONE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO DO A SIMPLE TASK! Eventually had to wait 2 months for them to tell us that they couldn't do it! Called again and a lady gave us exactly what we needed in about 30 seconds! They told us that they messed everything up so badly, that we would have to RE-APPLY, get a NEW NUMBER, and wait nearly FOREVER for the service to be on our phone and for everything to straighten out again! WORDS CAN NOT DESCRIBE HOW TRASHY AND USELESS THIS WHOLE PROGRAM IS (especially customer service)! Would NEVER EVER use again or recommend to ANYONE! Don't waste your time!

I live in wildwood down by the beach and one day two of my buddies and I decided to go out fishing and we get out to the 2 mile bouy and one friend asks what is the weather supposed to be like in an hr i said Check your phone he said he did no service and he's with AT&T my other Friend says I don't have service ether he has sprint so I check mine and I had 4 bars an everything was working fine I always have service never any problems i called to ask for help to switch a phone over and there customer service is amazing too hands down great all around company and I'm beyond satisfied with their services

I went thru all the red tape, got my free smartphone. It kept getting overly hot and could not turn off. Tossed it. Service could be better. Changed to Tello.com, and love it!

I am Greatful for this service, because it allows me to be able to connect with other numbers that's not in my area coad. I can call in to prayer every morning at 5:45 and get spiritual help.

You cannot get a live person on the phone you leave a call back number they never call back I've done it three times it's the worst wireless service on the market they're ripping the government off and you if you use their service no customer service no call back you can't talk to a real person I've been trying to get my phone number from them for days now I've wasted hours on the phone they're the sorriest no customer service they're lying with that five-star rating I give them a minus five star rating

Bad phone
July 17, 2018

Never had an issue until I recently had to replace my phone. I paid $25.00 and received the worst phone ever! It's the ZTE N818S. I FINALLY talked to a human on the phone (whom barely could speak English) Just for him to tell me that even if I send the phone back, there are NO return of the funds I spent for it. In broken English I was repeatedly told, "all sales are final. " Needless to say, I am EXTREMELY UPSET.

I loved being with Qlink. In some areas it won't pick up, but it really is free everything. Only things I didn't like was the tablet and phone were horrible. Bring your own phone and it's great.
