I switched to Qlink about 2 months ago and get lousy reception, I have to go outside and find a signal. My daughter in law was using the phone I bought since Qlink does not give free phones like every other lifeline company, she gave me the phone because it quit working in the middle of her call and the screen was white, you can't see nothing except a white screen, I took the back off and found out the phone is 3 years old. The battery is dated 9/4/2019. If the battery is that old then so is the phone. I paid for a new phone not a junk 3 year old phone that didn't last 2 months I guess the age has a lot to do with why it's a useless piece of garbage now. Do not even think about switching to this company. When you have a problem and try to speak with a person you get a message that they will contact you back in 48 hours. If it takes them that long to answer customers I can just imagine how long replacement phones take and they will most likely expect me to pay for another junk 3 year old phone. I'm done with qlink and am switching to Assurance. Stay away from Qlink unless you like throwing your money away and can do without a phone for a month or two.

All I am going to say here is, WOW! This phone service came in my life at the most perfect time. I had just lost my job due to things going on in the world which in turn caused me to lose my home, vehicle, and just about everything else I had ever owned. I couldn't barely keep food in my stomach so I know I couldn't pay for a phone and bill. Someone told me about this Qlink program, so I checked it out and filled out the application and whammo, a week later I had a working phone. It brought about so many lifesaving changes and I know for sure that if not for this phone program I might not have been here today to write about how kickass Qlink is. Thank you.

Worst most ridiculous experience ever! Qlink turns the service off out-of-the-blue, have to requalify all over again, the state approves it, Qlink says it's pending... and pending... and pending for months! The state says it's them, they say it's the state, round & round we go! Same b. S. over & over & over... a catch 22 cycle neverending pending without any answers or resolution. What a joke! If they weren't free they'd be out of business cuz they'd lose all their customers due to having the worst service ever imaginable! Boo! Hiss!

No answer to emails and phone calls to speak to a person put you on hold for EIGHT HOURS when you need EMERGENCY HELP like a new sim card! You are SOL if you need a live person. Do NOT use this service. What a waste of my time.

I also experience the same problem that all these customers has experienced... The phone freeze up and doesn't work@ all. When you try to call customer service it's a COMPLETELY A JOKE. No one never answer@ all? This service need to be REVOKE NOW! IT'S SUCKS

I had qlink for several years but the last 6 months has been terrible! My phone (after I went and upgraded because my phone was not getting internet) worked for about three months and have not been able to get internet service since. Every time I tried to update ANYTHING it always said "checking info" and would not go any further, in fact I would have to restart my phone to get out of that screen. FORGET calling customer service because you have to wait on the phone for over 20 minutes at a time and then if your are LUCKY enough to get a live person they are very hard to understand (no disrespect but the accents were so heavy you could not understand them). And even worse is the website. I tried for weeks to get on the website but every time I tried to sign in it took me right back to the sign in page. I NEVER get any emails from them letting me know what is going on or keeping me updated on ANYTHING. I finally threw in the towel and changed companies.

Go elsewhere - horrible everything from customer service to getting vital new SIM for your phone to work. Talking to someone is impossible and then you are stuck without a phone.

QLINK WIRELESS is the best phone service that I have ever had. I have never had an issue with my service not working, which is nice because I live in a country area. The internet service works well and the phone is easy to use. Thank you!

I ordered a phone that was to be delivered on April 22nd. On April 20th the tracker said pending acceptance at post office. With all the covid stuff going on I waited 2 weeks no phone. Tried calling qlink tried emailing got no help. I called post office they said they never received it. Called qlink back they told me 2 weeks later. They tell me I will have to go to post office and find my phone or buy a new one. They will not refund my money. I ask for a supervisor they tried telling me the same thing. It was obvious from tracker that it never was sent to my home so why should I be responsible for it. It is thier job to get my purchase to me. When I said what is this a scam and you guys took my money and never sent me a phone? All of a sudden then she offered to refund my money 1 HOUR LATER. We will see if they actually refund my money. They said it is thier policy not to send another phone or refund your money.

Since the new year qlinks cut back my unlimited data plan to 5 mb service. Automated recordings say I have unlimited service,customer service says I have unlimited data plan but if I need more I can purchase more. Wtf? Customer service is the WORST EVER,can't understand them,rude,no help,supervisors no help,I need help to find an attorney to claim false service,fraud or whatever this is

I'm giving these people 2 stars because they sent me my new phone in the mail which by the way they turned off my old phone and left me without a phone for 3 days once I got my new phone I discovered it had no SIM card so now I can't use my phone because I need to get a SIM card I tried to find out where I could get one but to no avail! They say their phones don't require a SIM card but mine does, ridiculous that they didn't send one and now I'm left without a phone for another few days! Thanks Qlink you suck! Hope I don't have any emergency to where I need a phone! Jerks!

I noticed you all don't read emails it's more like one sided I been asking for a tablet because mine was lost in Philippines at airport like a new one I also been telling you all that the promotion you send me say I don't qualify I been sending emails but all I get back from your email is don't forget to receive your free two months Amazon prime so review in emails is one way you all don't answer me but you all do get my reviews I guess not sure because once again I get no reply back from you all your support however is excellent plus your company helping others is great too just not on returning emails in my problem with your company guess that's it

I recall caller using Q Link with a *******185 # which us out of Atlanta. He stated he was calling from "Washington D. C, Norton Security". The more I questioned where he was he threatened to charge my bank account and hung up. This was foreign accent. I was made to understand that this is a free phone service. Q LINK NEEDS TO BETTER CHECK WHO YOUR GIVING FREE SERVICE TO. UNACCEPTABLE as far as a rating... I'd give a minus if I could. No one alive to talk to and your "giving" free lines to Scams

Nothing is free

I received my SIM AFTER 2 & 1/2 WEEKS OF WAITING, THEY STATED UNLIMITED FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS, HOWEVER AFTER USING 2 GIGS OF DATA WITHIN 3 DAYS, MY DATA STOPPED AND TRIED TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TAKE CARE OF IT AND GOT THE RUN AROUND FOR DAYS WITH NO DATA. THE MOST HORRIBLE THING IS I PORTED MY BUSINESS T-MOBILE ## OVER TO THIS PHONE, BIG MISTAKE.

I was working with a client of mine and was assisting them with trying to receive the previous free phone promotion, which they never sent to her and were now FORCING her to purchase a new phone or lose services. Q-Link is now requiring all customers, whether you qualify for the free phone service or not, to pay for your phone separately. During the phone call with their customer service, they kept reading a scripted response and did not offer any solutions. We then asked for the supervisor who repeated the same script and then proceeded to hang up on us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
