Ripe off company

I paid for a phone called gave them my new address they sent to old address they willnt refund or replace phone so they scammed me any legitimate company would take care of they customers after they made a mistake I just read they got raided last year for money laundering they still are what if I would bought one of the iPhones I would been out bunch money I wouldn't give them a cent a company who rips customers off take your phones and free tablet and shove it

Bad service

I ordered a SIM card from q Link it never arrived so they sent me a new SIM card the problem with that is the number belongs to somebody else I'm receiving all their calls and they're asking me about drugs along with telemarketers I call q Link and ask them for new SIM card or to change the number they want to charge me $5 for their mistake I refuse to pay it I would never deal with this tight company ever again. I'm so pissed off right now I just spoke to the supervisor and she act like she couldn't wave that $5 fee there's an Obama phone free service you want me to pay $5 for your mistake what a bad company the phone belongs to somebody else the phone number belongs to someone else

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO TAKE THEMSELVES OFF OF THE MARKET THEY F*** EVERYTHING UP AND ITS THE SIMPLIEST SH** BUT WHEN YOU CALL TO GET AHOLD OF THE THE AUTOMATIVE ASSISTANCE WHICH BUGS OUT AND IS STATIC RUNS YOU IN CIRCLES THEN HANGS UP ON YOU WHEN YOU FINALLY GET THROUGH TO SOMEBODY YOUR PUT ON STUPID HOLD TIME IM TALKING 30MINS - 2 HOURS (EVEN CALLING WHEN THEY OPEN) THEY GIVE YOU AN OPTION TO CALL BACK SOMETIMES BUT ITS WITHIN 24-48 HOURS (I NEVER GOT MY CALL BY THE WAY) IVE BEEN PULLINGMY HAIR OUT FOR 2 WEEKS TRYING TO SWITCH FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MENTAL HEALTH AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF NOT TALK TO A THERAPIST BEFORE YOU DO OR SAY SOMETHING STUPID.

I had my number for last 8 years which i lost it because of this company employee without my permission. I saw their ad and I went to their website to get approved for tablet and I was trying to pay for it. But it was not working at that time. So I just let it go. Then after few days I got the mail from them and it has sim card in it. I put it in my drawer because I never apply for this. Then just my bad day started that I decided to use this thief company sim card. First it didn't work on my personal phone then I had to wait and buy new phone which will works with their company. I got my new phone on July 3,2022, So I put the sim card and wait till monday to work for this phone which I did. But out of blue without my permission. My number was disconnected from this company and send it to other carrier. While I didn't know my acct number and my pin number. Who is the owner of the sim card doesn't know and still able to transfer other company. So its very clear that someone from the company employee did it because they knows acct number and pin number. I was only able to use this sim card rarely few mintues. Now they don't even know which carrier i am been moved. I am very mad because this number was with me for last 8 years.

I signed up for Q-link over a year ago and it's been a nightmare. It took almost 3 weeks to get a SIM. It took 2 days to get someone on the phone to activate the service and bring my old number to qlink. They have a list of 5 standard responses to everything. And they just keep repeating them over and over and over and over ad nauseam. I think T-Mobile should be ashamed that they actually use q Link as their ACP provider. It's abusive really and nobody can give you and solve the answer to any question. The answer to where's my sim is we can't give you a delivery date. If you ask is it a week, or a month, they can't tell you. I try to blame it on the post office but the post office tells me that qlink to to assign a delivery date and they have to wait until delivery date is assigned. That could be anything from days to weeks to months. I know one person who waited 2 months for a SIM card from qlink which makes the service worthless. So now I'm without service until Q-link decides that they are going to deliver my SIM card which could be 2023 or could be 2024 who knows. In the meantime I will be forced to choose another service.

They cut me off after 3 days and 15gb of use, claiming I was abusing data and just need to use wifi. They refused to restore data and payment is nonrefundable. Do not waste your money!

Qlink is the worst subsidy company of any lifeline with safelink in my opinion being top notch.The service is horrible my phones says no service in 5G area can't make calls off n on very bad customer care barley get in touch with anyone.The sign up process I must admit is simple n easy n flawless otherwise their service sucks I RECOMMEND ANYLIFELINE USER SAFELINK OR AIRTALK BEST

I ordered a replacement phone, it never arrived, i called back to make a claim they tried to sell me another phone, they wouldn't call ups to make a claim, so I am literally stuck without a phone and was charged for it, qlink is a complete SCAM they will take your money and not help you in any way at all to recover it!

Horrible and rude

When I first got qlink service, they data stopped working. They tried to fix it by telling me to put a bunch of codes in the settings and that basically broke the mobile data function. They didn't know how to fix it so they left it unresolved. A couple months later, they started pushing a discount tablet on me. I ordered it 5 months ago. When I ordered it, I got no verification the order went through so i thought it was just a hiccup in their crap website and it didn't work. Whatever. 5 months later, I move to tucson. A few days after that I got an email telling me the tablet was delivered but it was delivered to the old address. The tablet was then lost and could not be retrieved. I called the post office, amazon, and qlink to help and nobody would. I called qlink and the lady was argumentative and talking over me. I told them I wanted to cancel my service several times and the lady was just trying to get me to tech support to fix my data. I told them if they can't fix it, i'm canceling my service. Anyway when I got to tech support the guy told me to put a bunch of codes in the settings again and everything he told me to do didn't work, after a while, he told me that data should start working in 48 hours and told me some technical mumbo jumbo about cell phone towers. I am past the 48 hour mark and the is still no data. When he first told me the 48 hour thing I was skeptical. Now I realize he lied to me to get me off the phone. I will be canceling my service next month. I do not recommend this fly-by-night business to anyone.

Poor quality products

I am on the ACP plan with Q Link Wireless my phone was giving me a lot of problems but I did not have a lot of money to spend on a new phone so I went on Q Link and they had a phone that was regular $80. I got it with a tablet because of the Acp program for $30 off so I ended up paying $50. When I got both the tablet and the phone I was so disappointed because I cannot even answer my phone most of the time the phone runs so slow you cannot hit the green button to answer the phone because it won't answer it before the call ends runs out of rings cuz it just runs that slow you can't run any apps on it nor the tablet for it's the same These tablets are giving because the government is paying $100.00 toward a device that will go online and they're trying to make sure everybody has a way of getting on the Internet. I think it is terrible for a company to take advantage of people they already know can't afford these products and give them a product that they cannot even use.I have a phone and tablet that is useless to me because it won't stay charged or it runs too slow to complete any. I don't have the money to buy another one because I've dspent my money with a company I thought I could trust apparently I was wrong.The one star is because I had no choice but to rate it with a star just to leave the review

On the 20th of January, I received a text from QLink stating "You have UNL minutes & Unlt'd of data remaining on your monthly Plan..." Then 2 days later, I receive a text stating, "You're run out of Data for this month..." No warning at all. So for the rest of the month I went without data because I refuse to give them any of my hard-earned money. I am so frustrated with them that I have switched my service provider.

When I first signed up with their company, I was promised a tablet and after 6 months of waiting for the item, I called their customer service and asked them when I could expect to receive it. They told me it was on back-order and they could not provide an estimated time to fulfill the order. I sent them a message letting them know I was not satisfied with them and I would be looking to switch providers and surprisingly, I received my tablet within about a week. I'm sure had I not said anything I would still be without the tablet now.

Just overall very dissatisfied with the company. Not very professional in how they operate and communicate with their customers.

Q Link Wireless is super mid. I have the unlimited data plan, but the data is VERY MUCH LIMITED. When I'm at school, it stops working in some classes. Today, it quit working, it says my data is working, but it literally isn't sending my messages. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED TO ME.
Q Link Wireless is not worth it. It's super annoying, and SO slow. I shut off my phone,sp I turned my data on and off, I've done so much, BUT THE STUPID DATA WONT WORK.
