Drawn out much too long. Luckily showed up before i needed them still. Customer service was professional, however if I knew 1 digit would cause such a delay i wouldve just cancelled the order and made it again or bought off amazon.

The website is fantastic, very user friendly. Great communication about the item I bought. It arrived when they said it would and my wait wasn't long at all, maybe 3 or 4 days. I'll definitely be buying from Quadratec again and since I have a Wrangler, likely often!

Ordered plastic rivets to be overnighted. Two days later and they haven't even shipped yet. Promises promises and still no parts. Thanks for wasting my time Quadratech. Never again. I will order elsewhere from now on. Keep up the good work and you'll lose a lot more than my business.

This is just what I have been looking for, four walls, a bottom, and locking lid. It secures to floor using three tiedown locations/factory bolts. It pivots upwards if you need access below. Great customer service.

Doing a column rebuild on my cj5. New Jeep guy/heavy equipment tech. Crown bearings are a joke i would/will not buy again. I anticipate they'll need replaced again sooner than if I was to buy genuine gm restoration parts. If these were offered here for double even triple the price I would've bought them. I despise having "comebacks" on customers rides this type of quality is what causes them. Too late I'm sending it…it's together we'll see.

Ordered a cross member weeks ago, online says processing at warehouse. Still have not received part. No number to call, chat service was stupid, they have to get permission to cancel the order from the distributor before refund. No straight answer on when it will ship even though the shipment policy states 3-5 business days to ship. So at most part should be here within 10 days of ordering!. Do not go through these guys, specially if your in a hurry or need parts asap for a client's vehicle. Pay the extra for a good company! Hope this helps alot of people!.

Fed ex delivery is crap. They continue to leave all my packages on my walk way to the door. Unprotected from being stolen or weather. 10 more feet to covered porch. Never had a problem with UPS. Just sayin. Every thing on Quadratec's end has been great.

Lights are very good. Bright, sharp low beam cut offs. Easy to instal. Slight crookedness in the beams though. Shifting down toward the passenger side. Little annoying but I don't have time to return and do the whole process so I'll just stick with them because of the bright halos.

The most challenging part of the installation was sorting through all the parts and hardware (majority in one bag).

The parts list could be made more clear.

The instructions are OK but definitely take your time.

One or two spots where the fab was bad but what are you going to do.

I do not understand the plastic knobs. They would make more sense if you could slide cross rails but ya can't. Hope they will hold up with time.

Getting the front roof panels off doesn't look tricky, but taking the full hardtop back piece off would be tough without a friend who can navigate around the rack ll.

Love the new look! Quality product at a fair price. I had originally ordered from a different vendor. After waiting more than 3 weeks I ended up canceling that order and went with Quadratec. The top was delivered within 3 days. Definitely recommend.

Nobody in the industry provides better packing on large parts. I have ordered bumpers, skid plates, and now these rock sliders. They came wrapped with bubble wrap and foam, and then more foam protection. Welds are nice and clean. Only took about 30 minutes to install. I used a jack stand to support the other end rather than a helper. Finish is similar to original Rubicon stock sliders.
They mount very solid to frame. I saw a couple comments about needing shims because they rattled. I had no problems. There is only about 1/16 to 1/8 between stock sliders and these. I really like them. Nice step without looking like a bottle opener hanging down.

I bought a front bumper, running boards, and other items. Both motors went out in the running boards after 6-8 months and the "powder coated" (which looked like painted steel) bumper started rusting within a short period. After numerous attempts to get them warrantied I had to contact the manufacturer on both. Quadratec employees ether never followed through and even there manager wouldn't return phone calls. Keith Moore (the manager) finally sent me an email offering me $100 gift card. Worst customer service and warranty service ever.

I ordered a tonneau cover that was listed as in stock. But for some unknown reason the didn't even ship it until 8 days later. ETA is for it to arrive 12 days after the order. I could have purchased this locally or from any number of other online retailers that $#*! in stock items quickly. I'm planning to return it once it arrives, get it elsewhere, and never purchufrom Quadratec again.

First time I ordered a shift boot for a 98 Cherokee, they sent me one for a 89 wrangler, ok no big deal didn't cost much
Second time ordered gts headlight covers they come in a two piece set right side, and left side. They sent me two right sides, unusable. It seems to me like it's being done deliberately so u can return items and then they can then charge you give u back part of what u paid and pocket it, not the company, but an employee. Its something going on there so stay clear. It only takes a few gutter balls to destroy something that once was great..

Very easy to navigate purchases. Great place for all your jeep needs! Their pickers need to pay more attention to packing their orders... Received someone else's order and I'm sure they received mine... The mixup was taken care of immediately by quadratec!

I ordered door stops for my 99 jeep Cherokee sport here not only because this is the only place I could find them, but because of how easy they were to find. All in all it was a good experience and my parts actually arrived a day earlier than they were supposed to!

I have not yet had an opportunity to use this product but will when I return to work next month. My vehicle sits in a garage where the cover is not needed. When it is parked in the lot at work it should be enough protection for rain we get here in CO.

Shopping is quick and easy and the website is user friendly. Although its hard to source product right now, I feel like Quadratec has more in in stock Items than any other site. They keep you updated on your orders for any backordered items as well.
