I was able to get my cash back. I clicked the easy button on a purchase I made but I guess it didn't register or whatever the case may have been. I inquired through customer service and was able to get rewarded for my mishap. I didn't think I was going to because they couldn't find my shopping ticket. But I was able to prove my purchase and received my cash back. Thank you ebates. 2 thumbs up.
Very professional customer service. Asked them about my cash back and to my surprise the response was unbelievably prompt. Very impressed. They credited my account with the missing cash back within minutes.
I deposited my Ebates check, which was a few months old. The check was returned by the bank, stating it was a Stale Check. I notified Ebates, asking to have the check re-issued. I received a very quick response & the new check will be sent out to me. Great customer service, polite & efficient. I appreciate it!

I had an issue with one of my purchases not showing my cash back. I contacted customer service and in less than 24 hours they resolved my issue and my cash back from the purchase was in my Ebates Account! Ebates is awesome!

By the end of May when I didn't receive my rebate check, I contacted Ebates to inquire. The response was immediate and they reissued a new check.
I am now waiting to receive my payment and I was very impressed with the quick response to the situation.
I joined ebates and referred the friends too... I got approved with $50 referral bonus and I got 26$ as cash back. All of a sudden ebates showing only cash back 26$ only. No response so far... feeling cheated.

I have generally had a good experience with Ebates.com, but today was my first major disappointment. I tried numerous times to go to a store through their site, but doing so prevented me from placing the order (I kept getting thrown into a checkout loop and then it would empty my cart). I tried using different computers and got the same results. I contacted the store's help center and they told me to try different ISP's, which I did. This still didn't work. They told me that it might be an issue with Ebates, so I finally went directly to the site and was able to place the order. I contacted Ebates to let them know that I did have several tracking tickets for store today, but that I was not able to place the order when using their website. I sent them the correspondence from the store's help center and the receipt of the purchase and they will not honor the purchase. Seems a little unfair that I did what I was supposed to do, but was penalized for their site not working.
Purchased something with Home Depot for over $50 they recorded it at $4.50 and gave me 14 cents credit. Have made thousands of dollars purchased between Home Depot, Walmart and others and never got any credit. It is a rip off and they do nothing to fix the problem unless not paying as promised on their websife is part of their game. I gave them a lsit of purchases with order and tracking numbers and they refused to investigate.
I sometimes forget to make my purchases through ebates, but they always let me add my order to my ebates account when I contact customer service. They have the best customer service team ever! They always respond immediately when contacted and resolve the problem quickly.
I always have the best experience with Ebates. First of all, I got a free $10.00 gift card when I first signed up and earned cash back through them. I get a check sent every few months in my mail, never had a problem depositing it. Whenever my cash back is not awarded, I just reach out to customer service and they have ALWAYS been able to resolve my issues. One time I did something wrong, so I wasn't supposed to receive the cash back, but as a one-time courtesy, they credited me anyway!
I tried to use Coupon Cabin recently for a different purchase because they advertised a higher cash back for a purchase I was going to make. It backfired on me, I ended up not getting anything at all! I wish I would have just stuck with trustworthy Ebates instead.
