I love this site because they have pretty much any kind of sticker that you could possibly imagine! I received everything that I ordered, and the stickers were very high quality! I was impressed! The only thing I didn't appreciate, was how slow the standard shipping is(it takes 7 days), although, it's not too bad... If you're looking to get your items in a more timely matter, I would recommend paying extra for the express shipping. Overall, I love my stickers, and I will definitely purchase from Redbubble again! Highly recommend! :)
RedBubble.com is an enemy of independent artists all over the world. Their recent change to a tier structure is literally robbing indie artists of hard-earned cash. How can I sell merchandise, RB take the largest percent of the profit, and then they charge me an additional fee because they've labeled my art a particular way? There are complaints from thoussands of artists who draw their art by hand, only to be labled a freelancer who "spams RedBubble with crappy and derivative art work." Why is it that a young artist with consistent sales cannot reach the "payment threshold" because each time he makes a sale, RB reduces his cut with a fee? Look at the images attached. I've made $38 dollars in August, but I haven't reached the payment threshold because RB has taken $21 off the top as "fees" leaving me with a paltry $17. Keep in mind, they've received a profit from the sale when the sale was first made! This is a money grab, plain and simple. They are literally stealing millions from independent artists every year, by reclassifying their work as "freelancer" and robbing them with a subjective fee. Our only choice is to stop using redbubble and move your accounts to another POD provider. Without the artists, RedBubble couldnt sell $h!t! The real reason for the tiers is that RB monthly visitors is down. They want YOU, the artist, to bring them more visitors by promoting your work on other social media accounts. The caveat is that even if you bring someone to the platform via a link from Instagram or Facebook, there's not guarantee they will buy YOU art. However, they may buy someone's art and that is money in whose pocket? RedBubble! If they want artists to bring visitors they should pay us for the traffic we bring, right? I've made some money during the election year. One my payout is made I will be cancelling my account. The only way to affect these big companies is to hit them in their bank accounts. Take your art to Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Printify or any other POD company. Red Bubble and TeePublic changed from a viable resource for artists to a scam and money-grab by corporate CEO's, CFO's and their ilk.
I purchased four different scarves with dark designs. They are beautiful, but the ink did not penetrate the hems around the edges, so on the backside there is a thin white stripe all the way around the scarf. My Christmas scarf was apparently printed off-center so in addition to the white hems on the back, 2 sides also have white borders that show on the front. I'll probably have to cut and re-hem the edges to get rid of the white stripes which I'm not looking forward to since I know my hems won't be as good as the professionals.
In what seems to be the new way of doing mediocre service this site does not give any option to speak with a human being. I placed an order and used amazon for checkout with an estimated delivery date last week. In an attempt to track the order there is no information. With a discount for ordering multiples, I still spent a great deal on 3 very simple mugs. I understand that there are shipping issues country wide right now but every package I've ordered coming from all carriers have not had this issue except from redbubble. These are a gift and I can get no updates except that the order has been made and shipped. I'm disappointed.

I love the stuff they have on the site - you don't see it everywhere else. Their buyer is amazing! But what really sold me was their customer service. It was prompt, personal, and I felt well taken care of in a very human way. It's my holiday shopping go-to spot. Thanks Redbubble...
I loved working with Redbubble!
Usually I'm very apprehensive with online shopping, but my two T-shirts came in on schedule, were brilliantly colored, and, most importantly: correct. I have no complaints whatsoever, and will definitely buy from them again.
I ordered almost $30 worth of stickers for my car, within 1 day of them being on it they started peeling off.
I have a ton of other stickers and this company is the only one I've had issues with. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered 3 T-Shirts to the UK. Delivery was fine, took about 2 weeks. T-Shirts are a bit undersized, but quality is good. The print quality is very good, digital with back-up white direct to garment. It all went wrong when I saw one design was printed IN THE WRONG PLACE on the shirt. Designs should be on your chest, not your belly! They must have been pissed that day. Anyway, no return address, no response after several emails, no nothing. It's like "We've had your cash. Now sod off!" I Would say it's worth a shot for a good shirt, but don't expect any help if it all goes wrong. You've lost!
Tip for consumers:
It's a gamble. A good shirt is great, a bad shirt, you're stuck with it.
They had an interesting, unique t-shirt that I really wanted but, apparently, actually ordering and receiving it (using major cards that I've used around the world and online constantly) was unduly complicated. Despite receiving an order number after purchase (captured with screen grab), received no confirmation or follow-up e-mails. The orders would basically disappear and just "close" without shipping- again, no notification. In the interim, I'm receiving their annoying ads and feedback surveys when I've received nothing pertaining to my order. Hoping they can correct it but I've spent two months now just trying to get a t-shirt.
I love the beautiful designs and interesting stuff. Addicted. Have ordered loads of things, clock, wall tapestries, bags - love that they feature upcoming artists. Shipping is quick and products packaged well.
We ordered shirts and stickers and all came in sooner than expected. The shirts are amazing. All of them were made out of high quality materials and the graphics haven't faded or run and they have already been washed many times. Oh, and no one else here has shirts like ours and hopefully, we have sent you a few new customers. Can't wait, our next order will be "Attack on Titan" and "Space Dandy". Thanks for your excellent products! (o'w'o)
Do not use this company that sells inferior stickers that cannot be removed from the backing, I purchased a lip reading sticker to put on my mask to alert people to the fact that I can't hear and the stickers do not come apart from the backing. It cost $20 all up and that is disgusting exploitation of deaf people during a time that we are already frustrated about our ability to communicate with others. The stickers are too large to stick on a mask
Edit: red bubble fully refunded cost when I complained, so I have edited this review. Don't buy the stickers but the company seems solid
If you would like an experience similar to ordering from an over-seas catalog back in the 60's, this is where you should do business. No customer service, no true confirmation of shipping (tracking #), and the amount of time for delivery is laughable. Actually I'm not sure yet if my stuff will ever be delivered for that matter. Its unfortunate, they have some cool stuff.
In response to my comments below, Redbubble refunded my purchase. It is much appreciated. However, as stated below, no products reached me. What is the purpose then, of providing clients with the hope of receiving customized shirts, only to give them a full refund in return?
Thank you again for your assistance - but please keep this in mind in future.

Original post:
Two shirts ordered in August, estimated delivery 6 September. It is now 8 October, and casually noted on their website that it was DELIVERED, incidentally on the day that I am supposed to follow up a missing order. The administration of finding my order thus becoming my problem.
Redbubble is a fraud of a firm. Absolutely disgusted in this scammery.
Tip for consumers:
What is the point of ordering items just to have it refunded?

Hi Raun,
Thanks for the feedback.
We're so sorry to hear you had a less than stellar experience with us. Your order absolutely should have made it your way and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. To make up for the trouble this caused, your order was completely refunded on 8 October.
If you still have questions or comments, please don't hesitate to let us know.
I'm not accustomed to spending $29 (+s&h) for a tee. Most of the time places like target and jcp carry the same designs on the same soft tees for 15$.
Ordered a workout motivation t-shirt as part of my bf's Christmas present. At the very least, with all the time it takes to "manufacture" (what are they doing, growing the cotton, picking it, spinning it, and making the shirts too?!), they don't even provide a tracking number- just a vague should arrive 3 days after manufacturing blurb. I won't order from these folks anymore. I would have been better off just getting the graphic i wanted, putting it on a flash buying a t-shirt and taking it to the silk-screening place in town.
Unreliable amateurs who should spend less on fake online reviews and more on actual customer service. Placed an order, never received it, waited a month before contacting them. Another month went by, they never provided a tracking number, despite numerous requests, or even made the slightest attempt to locate the package. Their big idea was for me to call post offices across the city. I live in a 4+ million people area, it could be in any post office. They never tried to explain or resolve this fiasco. To this day, I still have no clue whether the package ever left their office.
Over a month for the items to arrive, then had to pay £11.30 Customs charge. This is a known problem to them if you read the reviews on here and on their support forum. They are deliberately avoiding paying UK Tax, which results in a very slow delivery service and the fact you have to go to the post office to pay the charges. On their website it says this, "As customs rules in various countries can frequently change, this can cause delays, and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, Redbubble is not liable for any additional customs import taxes or duties."
Many thanks for your very helpful customer service. I ordered the 'Fantasy' poster, and I love it! Did have a problem with the first print sent, but was replaced very quickly with no fuss at all.
Also ordered Antique Map - Mercator's North Pole (1606) and
Flat Earth old map Art boards,. Just perfect. Thank you so much!
Exceptional customer service. I am someone who is always skeptical when purchasing online and seems to always have the worst luck with product/shipping. However, I cannot fault this site one bit. I have since ordered items from Redbubble three times and each time has been a success. The staff are helpful and friendly and their response is fast and effective. This was reinforced based on my second order where the size I chose was the wrong fit. I quickly emailed them and within hours the situation was rectify and they ended up sending me a free t-shirt. I really recommend that you guys check this site out as the products are unique and the service is flawless.
EDIT: After leaving a review here and a message through facebook, I was then contacted. I do appreciate their prompt response and fix so I will change my rating. I hope in the future they will be easier to contact or have a system that sends an email if there is a delay.
Ordered a t-shirt to be delivered between December 18-20, but the status says it's still in production as of December 19. Not even shipped. Can you please give me an update that the product is complete and shipped? I should have looked up reviews before as I see a LOT of people are having this problem. On top of that, it is next to impossible to get in contact with their customer service.
Hi there Nicole,
We're so sorry to keep you waiting. Not to worry, someone from our team will be in touch with you via email soon to help clear this up for you.
Please let us know if you have additional questions!
I have yet to receive my order, it's been 2 weeks, and shipping was costly@ $10! My first communication by email to customer rep. Suggested I wait, no investigation, and seemed to be a canned response. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. There are plenty of other businesses with much better, and less costly, delivery service.
Note: I finally received my order, but it took nearly 3 weeks arrive. Not worth the shipping cost.

Very disappointed in Redbubble. I found a unique t-shirt design that would make a great gift for a friend. The first shirt came with an ink pen mark circled by a yellow highlighter. Seemed that it failed quality check but they sent it any way. Customer service was great, replaced at no cost although it took a week. Second shirt came with poor an inconsistent printing. Looks like they ran out of ink and didn't bother to add more. Neither shirt is gift worthy. Good customer service can not save a CRAP product.

Hi there,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
The quality of our products is extremely important to us and we're very sorry to hear both orders we're up to par. We'll be forwarding this message over to our quality assurance team for further review.

This company is pathetic. I have not received my order and paid for additional shipping and tacking information which did nothing for my order. The order was supposed to be a Christmas gift but the shipment didn't ship out until 12/21/18. All I am getting are excuses and ZERO resolution. All Redbubble continues to do is add days to the expected shipment dates.

Hi Jonathan,

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
I ordered a tee shirt for my wife, ordered Jan 19 2016, estimated delivery was Jan 26, I just now got it Feb 6, so 18 days to receive one t shirt. Save yourself some time and headache and order your stuff from someone else. Very poor business
I love ordering from this website! Not only are multiple t-shirt colors an option, they also have different styles of shirts (men's, women's, long sleeved, etc). Each design is unique. I also love how the designer/artist gets their fair share when someone chooses their art on an item. I will keep returning!
I ordered stickers ($40 worth!) for work. The tracking was never updated and eventually said it was delivered. Did UPS deliver it to another address? No idea because it is USPS Innovations. I cannot get anyone to respond to me from either end. Thank you for sending me the follow-up survey, because I noted the same complaint there. Super disappointed as these were for part of essential health care workers' gift baskets. Won't be ordering again.

They're fine if you're happy with your purchase. And that is likely since they typically are good quality products. But I received a t-shirt that was faulty as it had a little blob of white ink/printing fluid on the front and I wanted to exchange it, as it sticks out on a black shirt. The exchange form did not work, and they have no phone number you can call for help. I emailed three times but no response. I filled out and submitted a form asking for help but no response. Crickets. So I'm stuck with a bad shirt. It's not super bad, just looks like a big white thread on the front. But it's annoying.

Hi Becky,
Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that this occurred with your stickers!
