I love this site because they have pretty much any kind of sticker that you could possibly imagine! I received everything that I ordered, and the stickers were very high quality! I was impressed! The only thing I didn't appreciate, was how slow the standard shipping is(it takes 7 days), although, it's not too bad... If you're looking to get your items in a more timely matter, I would recommend paying extra for the express shipping. Overall, I love my stickers, and I will definitely purchase from Redbubble again! Highly recommend! :)
RedBubble.com is an enemy of independent artists all over the world. Their recent change to a tier structure is literally robbing indie artists of hard-earned cash. How can I sell merchandise, RB take the largest percent of the profit, and then they charge me an additional fee because they've labeled my art a particular way? There are complaints from thoussands of artists who draw their art by hand, only to be labled a freelancer who "spams RedBubble with crappy and derivative art work." Why is it that a young artist with consistent sales cannot reach the "payment threshold" because each time he makes a sale, RB reduces his cut with a fee? Look at the images attached. I've made $38 dollars in August, but I haven't reached the payment threshold because RB has taken $21 off the top as "fees" leaving me with a paltry $17. Keep in mind, they've received a profit from the sale when the sale was first made! This is a money grab, plain and simple. They are literally stealing millions from independent artists every year, by reclassifying their work as "freelancer" and robbing them with a subjective fee. Our only choice is to stop using redbubble and move your accounts to another POD provider. Without the artists, RedBubble couldnt sell $h!t! The real reason for the tiers is that RB monthly visitors is down. They want YOU, the artist, to bring them more visitors by promoting your work on other social media accounts. The caveat is that even if you bring someone to the platform via a link from Instagram or Facebook, there's not guarantee they will buy YOU art. However, they may buy someone's art and that is money in whose pocket? RedBubble! If they want artists to bring visitors they should pay us for the traffic we bring, right? I've made some money during the election year. One my payout is made I will be cancelling my account. The only way to affect these big companies is to hit them in their bank accounts. Take your art to Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Printify or any other POD company. Red Bubble and TeePublic changed from a viable resource for artists to a scam and money-grab by corporate CEO's, CFO's and their ilk.
Thank you so much. The t shirt is great and although wrong size (my fault) customer service in getting it correct could not have been better. I am going to order a second one right now. Thank you so much.
I love that you are given the opportunity to actually customize your apparel. They give you a myriad of selections of style, color, and cut of the shirt. Almost no one else is as flexible as Redbubble is. And yes it's a little but more pricey, but you're paying for a quality product just the way you want it. They really set the standard for custom silk screen apparel. The shirt I ordered looked just as good, if not better, than the sample I picked out online. All of that being said, I will DEFINITELY be using them again in the very near future.
The whole process was very simple and easy to use and I received my item with no delays. There were many creative choices of art to choose from, a variety not found in many other places. No complaints at all.
Their shirts can be kind of hit and miss (often times the colors are off from what's shown online), but the customer service is great! They generally don't even ask me to return the shirt if it's not to my liking and I want an exchange/refund. (Of course I always provide a photo of my problem with the shirt so that they know I'm not just making things up.)
Absolutely no package ever arrived at my home. Nonetheless, I was told my gift had arrived, and the only means I had of telling Redbubble of this was to go through an improper part of their "help" section which actually allowed for my feedback to be inputted. They also have not elected to expedite the replacement in any way, meaning that my wife will get her birthday present a week late. Imagine if this had not been sent to my home or while I was not present. I would have had no idea of RedBubble's failure to do basic e-commerce until my recipient asked why I never gave them a present (if they thought to ask at all).
Tip for consumers:
Place orders at least 2 months in advance, just in case they feel like "delivering" nothing the first few times.

Bought a cool new tshirt that says Hol It Dine - which you will only understand if you're from Houston. Lol. Well, the shirt arrived in the size that I ordered but it was a little snug and being that it is 100% cotton, I decided I better exchange it for the next size up. I submitted my exchange request online and Red Bubble replied within minutes. They got my new order going and then told me to just keep the original shirt. All I can say is "Whoop! Whoop!" Not only is the shirt dope but now I have two so I can give one to a friend! Thanks RedBubble! :)
I ordered a package, 2 weeks ago, I'm in Chicago, it has not arrived. I received an email saying it was delivered. I'm sitting at the delivery address, it's not here. I tried finding a phone # to call, and no phone # exists. How can you run a company and not have a customer service #? I've been emailing their customer service group, who seems to just copy and paste the answers. I was told to call USPS as this was brokered to them by UPS, whom stated, they cannot release information on my package. Who can give me an answer on something I paid for? You may as well claim fraud with your bank. I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time.

Received some "supreme white power" flag instead of what I ordered. Contacted chat, they said they sent a replacement order. It never showed up. Contacted chat again, they told me to wait and sent me a tracking number. I'm in Montana, the item being shipped was being sent to Texas! Contacted chat again. They told me the second order never existed. I demanded a refund. Today I get an email saying it was delivered. IN TEXAS to WHO?!?! Why the tracking number if the ordered didn't exist?!? What scam and lies this business has. Over a month later, I will never do business with them again and they are still lying to me about what really happened.

Hi Sherrie,
Thanks for sharing your feedback.
We're really sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. If you could provide us with either order number, we'd be more than happy to investigate this matter further.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Ordered a tote bag on February 11 and expected delivery date was February 18. Per the website, manufacturing may take 1-2 business days and shipping is 4 days. I did not receive any notice that it was shipped until February 17 and the expected delivery date is now February 25. I don't know why it took nearly a week to manufacture as I only ordered one item. Will be receiving item nearly 2 weeks after order was placed. Luckily, this item is not a gift.
I strongly recommend that if you are considering purchasing any items as gifts, plan at least a month in advance. Will update on quality of purchase if/when I receive my item.
You guys did a great job on your website and marketing e-mails... but that is all you got. I was expecting high quality vinyl stickers (suitable for outdoor use, like on a car window) but instead what I received was a bunch of inkjet quality prints on avery label sheets. NOT EVEN CUT OUT! Major let-down for the price. Very low, did it in my mom's basement, quality.
If you spent some of the money you are obviously dumping into graphic design and marketing on the proper equipment for professional quality shirts and stickers, you might be better off.

Hey there J K,
Thanks so much for the feedback!
We're sorry those stickers didn't turn out quite how you expected. Not to worry, someone from our team will be emailing you shortly to help us find a swift solution.
Thanks again and will be in touch!
I wish I had done some online research before ordering from Redbubble. Like many others, I have had a disappointing and frustrating experience. Ordered a Christmas present (graphic tee) for my husband that was to arrive Dec. 22. Nothing yet, and no way to track after it was transferred to "UPS MI" (is losing track of a shipment an "innovation"?) Will update if there's more to report. What a waste of time and money...

I ordered three t-shirts, one was smaller than stated in the description. I went on their website to set up a return. I have not heard from them except an e-mail saying "help is nearby". I have e-mailed them multiple times. They do not have a phone number listed anywhere. My credit card company gave me the number they had and it was disconnected. I cannot support a company who has such little regard for their customers, I hope others feel the same way.
I ordered the wrong size top (didn't realise it was unisex instead of women's!) so was willing to pay to send it back and get a replacement. Had an email saying a new one will be sent out in the correct size and that I can keep the old one, brilliant customer service and totally unexpected! Going to make it into a cushion cover I think! Thanks again! Also the other 2 t-shirts I got are lovely material and the print looks great. Love this website!
Ordered a puzzle for a gift. After putting it together there were pieces missing. No telephone number to call and unless you held on to original message from ordering the puzzle you are out of luck with any customer service. You can "talk" with a bot but only once you have order number even though they should be able to look up order from email address. Won't buy from them again.
Tip for consumers:
Hold on to the original email confirming order number.

I am blown away by the customer service I received. I have never heard of a company exchanging an item without needing to receive the original item back first; let alone not at all! Thank you so much I really appreciate it. It really shows Redbubble's customer devotion especially during the busy holiday season. I will definitely be doing more business with Redbubble in the future. Great business!
I can't believe how quickly my two t-shirts from Redbubble have arrived. I'm in Perth Australia, ordered them Nov 19, received them today Nov 24 only 3 business days from the States to Australia (5 including weekend in the middle). Items are perfect. Just goes to show it's possible and all the excuses from various online retailers about being overseas or the Christmas season are nonsense. Thanks Redbubble!
Ordered a simple, but quite specific birthday card, took 10 days to arrive. Apparently posted in the UK on a Wednesday, didn't arrive till the following Tuesday afternoon. Missed my daughters 4th birthday. Emailed the "artist" no reply. Did get a very quick full refund from redbubble tho. But I won't use them again, or recommend them to anyone.
Hi Dave,
Thanks for the feedback. We're very sorry to hear you had a less than impressive experience with us.
When you purchase from Redbubble, your greeting card is made to order and may take 3 business days at the most to print before shipping. This manufacturing time is not included in the shipping timeframe and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
We'll be sure to pass your feedback along to the rest of the team. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
I had some problems with customer service and cancellations but I got a hold of a second agent who was able to help me in a more professional matter.
Love their products and the quality is good, but I would recommend double checking your order before placing it.
Hi Landis,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us.
We're very sorry to hear about the less than stellar experience you had with us. To help clear the air here, we'll have someone from our team touch base with you via email the information regarding your order.
Thank you again for the feedback and do let us know if you have any other questions.
Ordered one t-shirt from them. It arrived pretty quick (UK) and the design was done well, but unfortunately the size was smaller than expected. I contacted them about my issue and they sent me a replacement very promptly! :)
A week ago, Red Bubble suspended my artist account with no notice. Repeated inquiries to them have been ignored. What arrogance and non-customer support. I would advise that nobody post.
I would recommend that nobody use this scam website.

Hi there,
Please select “Inactive Account” from the following form, and someone from our Marketplace Integrity Team will be able to assist you further: http://rdbl.co/artisthelp.

Rest assured, they will review this issue and respond if more information is needed.
Overpriced and item does not arrive. Scam company. No customer service. No way to contact them. Try to find a complaints department and you spend hours going round in circles. Waste of time and money. Avoid like the plague!
Thanks for the feedback.
We're so sorry to hear that! Not to worry, someone from our team will be in touch with you via email shortly to help sort this out.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
I went on red bubble because one of my friends recommended me there for some dragon ball z stuff and I was amazed by all the options. The site is great and I will definitely continue shopping with them.
Returned my t-shirt within seconds of unpacking. Expensive, and just strange quality - It's made of 2 different materials? And as such my black t-shirt is in too differing tones of black? The print is weird too, I don't think this shirt would age well(?) the label also states to wash at low temperature. I just wanted a black cotton t-shirt with a print that will last! All the reviews are very unhelpful in pointing out anything, leading me to question if they're real?! Will this one appear?

Hi Alex,
Thank you for the feedback.
We're sorry your Graphic Tee wasn't quite what you had expected. All of our reviews are written by real-live customers like yourself. Our Graphic T-shirts are cut and sewn from two different types of fabric. The front is made from a fully-printed polyester/elastane fabric, and the back, sleeves, and binding are 100% cotton. For even more information about graphic tees and other items sold on Redbubble, have a look at the Product Info tab found on every work's page.
For customer looking for garments made from one consistent fabric, we'd recommend taking a look at the other Men's and Unisex tees on the site like our 100% heavyweight cotton Classic Tee.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Warmest wishes,
Redbubble
I bought two stickers from Red Bubble, which are designed to put in the car with a number of details of your child so that emergency personnel can know about allergies or medical conditions etc if you are involved in an accident. Seemed like a great idea, until the stickers arrived and they are so small you can barely write anything in the boxes... seriously, they are tiny. I had enough room to write the first line of my address and my name but not any contact details... so pretty much useless and they cost almost £5...
Great shirt! Lovely fit! Super fast delivery! I would definitely purchase from Red Bubble again and highly recommend them, especially if you love custom, hip tshirts. Their variety and inventory is insane! One day I spent hours on their site just looking at all the great selections. Their prices are good too and all of their shirts are quality material. I wish I had found them sooner.
Redbubble sells custom designed products--tshirts, sweatshirts, iPhone cases, posters, etc.--based on user-submitted artwork. Redbubble is based in Melbourne, Australia.
Hi C. D.,
