I love this site because they have pretty much any kind of sticker that you could possibly imagine! I received everything that I ordered, and the stickers were very high quality! I was impressed! The only thing I didn't appreciate, was how slow the standard shipping is(it takes 7 days), although, it's not too bad... If you're looking to get your items in a more timely matter, I would recommend paying extra for the express shipping. Overall, I love my stickers, and I will definitely purchase from Redbubble again! Highly recommend! :)
RedBubble.com is an enemy of independent artists all over the world. Their recent change to a tier structure is literally robbing indie artists of hard-earned cash. How can I sell merchandise, RB take the largest percent of the profit, and then they charge me an additional fee because they've labeled my art a particular way? There are complaints from thoussands of artists who draw their art by hand, only to be labled a freelancer who "spams RedBubble with crappy and derivative art work." Why is it that a young artist with consistent sales cannot reach the "payment threshold" because each time he makes a sale, RB reduces his cut with a fee? Look at the images attached. I've made $38 dollars in August, but I haven't reached the payment threshold because RB has taken $21 off the top as "fees" leaving me with a paltry $17. Keep in mind, they've received a profit from the sale when the sale was first made! This is a money grab, plain and simple. They are literally stealing millions from independent artists every year, by reclassifying their work as "freelancer" and robbing them with a subjective fee. Our only choice is to stop using redbubble and move your accounts to another POD provider. Without the artists, RedBubble couldnt sell $h!t! The real reason for the tiers is that RB monthly visitors is down. They want YOU, the artist, to bring them more visitors by promoting your work on other social media accounts. The caveat is that even if you bring someone to the platform via a link from Instagram or Facebook, there's not guarantee they will buy YOU art. However, they may buy someone's art and that is money in whose pocket? RedBubble! If they want artists to bring visitors they should pay us for the traffic we bring, right? I've made some money during the election year. One my payout is made I will be cancelling my account. The only way to affect these big companies is to hit them in their bank accounts. Take your art to Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Printify or any other POD company. Red Bubble and TeePublic changed from a viable resource for artists to a scam and money-grab by corporate CEO's, CFO's and their ilk.
Placed and order for delivery for 12/7. Never rec'd it although it said it shipped. They said it got lost. Ordered a second time priority shipping because I need it for 12/17. Days it will arrive 12/15. Still not rec'd. They don't care that it was ordered in more ga enough time. My daughter is so sad as it is gifts for her friends who have a party 12/17. She has no gifts to give them. How could the same hung happen twice? I think it's a scam and nothing was ever mailed.

Great shirt! Lovely fit! Super fast delivery! I would definitely purchase from Red Bubble again and highly recommend them, especially if you love custom, hip tshirts. Their variety and inventory is insane! One day I spent hours on their site just looking at all the great selections. Their prices are good too and all of their shirts are quality material. I wish I had found them sooner.
I ordered a t-shirt, paid for express delivery for father's day. The T-shirt never turned up and when I contacted the company I was told only that it had been posted. Frequent emails from myself went unanswered. I won't buy from them again. I can understand if something had gone missing in the post. But their attitude was, its nothing to do with us.
I accidentally had the delivery address wrong by 1 digit. Not only did customer service quickly correct the problem, my order still arrived in time. My only complaint is that everything was handled by email, no ability to speak with a CSR directly. The products I ordered were exactly what was delivered. Overall it was a good experience.
Since I already ordered something as a gift that someone else created on Redbubble, I was hoping to create a shirt for my son with some art that he sent to me. It isn't clear at all how to do this! I ended up going to Zazzle since their website to create your own tee shirts is super easy.
Sorry, Mary
BEWARE. If your package gets lost in the post, Redbubble will not care and not give any explanation on to why. I wrote an email on how I was waiting for so long and if I am not going to receive it, then I would like my money back. They went straight to refunding my money than trying to find out what happened to my package and if it was possible to send a new package. Not impressed at all.
It is very cool that its works of artist but I will never be ordering from here again due to weak customer service on shipping issues.

As a thank you to the friend who designed my logo, I ordered a shirt and coffee cup with that very logo on it. The handle to the cup broke in shipping. There is nothing in the order form about reporting or replacing a lost or broken item. Their automated oversight page asked me for a review. I mentioned the broken cup. Redbubble then decided to take action... and called me by the friend's name. Ignoring that I am a contributor to their site with my name and the very same e-mail address on file with them, they refused to acknowledge the difference. All I received was a series of form letters and automated responses. Ordering is wonderful, but frustration awaits anyone who may need help.
I'm a firm believer in backing up what you do. I think Redbubble provides a superior indie merch experience and has outstanding customer support. I have zero complaints about their service and better still, my customers love the merchandise I sell via Redbubble
Masquerades in the UK as a UK company offering "same day shipping". Well, it's technically correct. It ships the same day from Long Beach California and then takes 3 weeks to get to the UK! They then send you a link to "provide feedback" but if you attempt to leave anything other than 4 stars it says "Oops there was a technical problem please try again later". What does this tell you?!
Redbubble has everything you need, and they always have different contributions from artists all around the world! All of the designs can be viewed and seen on any product really, which is amazing! I absolutely adore Redbubble for supporting independent artists while also exploiting creativity on anything.
I recommend RedBubble to everyone who wants to buy something online without anxiety, in great peace. I bought a case for an iPhone and a team of very good professionals followed me until I wasnt totally happy. A little flaw: it took so much time to arrive!
Item never arrived and it was a birthday present for someone whose birthdays was last week!. Have contacted customer services multiple times and they are consistently unhelpful. Finally have refunded my shipping. Asked if as a courtesy they could send a replacement by express as it's now 10 days after its due date and they refuse, despite offering express delivery. No idea about good customer service!

Hi there Me,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
We're very sorry to hear you had a poor customer experience with us. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping method for replacement orders at this time, nor can we guarantee tracking will always be available for certain orders. Due to our made to order nature, most products take 3 business days to process before shipping; this processing time is not included in our shipping estimate.
Because products are printed in all corners of the world, we rely on a system of global shipping services that will get your order to your doorstep. Your order may change hands a few times so tracking might not always be available.
Again, we're truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We'll be sharing your feedback with the proper teams. In the meantime, please let us know if you have additional comments or concerns.
For all those who mention customs charges, just want you to know they do in fact reimburse you. Quite quickly to add! Additionally, their customer service is top notch. When you first email them, they said a automated response, THEN They get back to you within a day. They're super friendly and helpful people!
Loved the long-sleeved men's t shirt I ordered - hoping the M would fit a woman of "normal" size - not tiny, certainly not big. Just average. It was perfect. Arrived fast, and no problems with fit whatsoever. I wish they made long-sleeved for women, but they don't. So if you are forced to look at men's, pay attention to the size chart and you will be fine.
I just delight in all the unique and original works that can be turned into a variety of self-expressive products. On top of it all, redbubble.com provides speedy delivery and excellent customer service.
Just received some stickers I ordered.
Very poor quality! My daughter is into holographic things so I ordered stickers for her school folders - they arrived and are pastel, nothing holographic about them.
I ordered the dripping sunglasses as well. Looks cool online, but it's such a cheap print job it's not worth it. The j. Paul stickers are dull as well.
In my opinion none of the stickers they sell are worth more then 50 cents each - don't waste your money!

Ordered a T-shirt, was told to expect a confirmation email. Haven't gotten said email. Notified customer service, they said they resent it-still no confirmation email. They ask for an alternate address- what, the one you're emailing me at from CS that works fine isn't good enough for you? So they confirm my order's in progress, but STILL can't seem to figure out how to send a confirmation email to the address they're using to reply to me. Competence level- quite obviously low. Debating any further orders, not fond of people who do business online but can't figure out a simple email. Makes me nervous. Sitejabber is asking for Proof of Purchase- HELLO, that's the problem, they won't send me any!
Tip for consumers:
See if you can find you want somewhere else- less risky.
Products used:
Got a decent T-shirt in a previous order, still waiting on a second where they can't even be bothered with order confirmation.
Redbubble's overall quality, from the merchandise and customer service is honestly the top in the online industry today. Every employee I've come in contact with is incredible, friendly, responds in a timely manner, and solves the issues at hand. Really I give it up for this business, I would love to be apart of the Redbubble team.
I ordered a T-shirt from Red Bubble. It arrived speedily and the quality was really good. I had to use customer service to send one back as I'd ordered 2 sizes and they were excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Yesterday (the first day of school) my son and I received tracking for a package that will arrive a week late. Looking back at the website it is easy to see a pattern of promises that are simply not kept; delivery dates are listed a week out when in fact this is the shipping window.
Having paid a premium for this lie, I am left wondering what other corners are cut. Will be charging back if anything else is wrong and in the future will seek out a vendor that will tell an inconvenient truth. Recommending other readers do the same.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for sharing your honest feedback.
We're sorry if your order didn't arrive by the time you expected! It looks like someone from our team sent you an email follow up with more information about this.

My son was searching for a UK logo tee shirt - but had in his mind that he wanted a very unique looking one not the run of the mill. He came across the Redbubble site and found exactly what he was looking for! As a mum, the tee shirt is high quality and I found the packaging to be quite whimsical - a refreshing change of experience ordering on line. Since we purchased the tee, he has been asked several times where he bought it. Will be shopping here again!
Well I've found a new favourite! I spent a long time perusing all the different options. Finally settled on a tshirt and ordered. Once manufacturing was completed it only took seven days until I had my parcel. Tshirt was everything I wanted, fit perfectly and was of high quality. I would absolutely order from Redbubble again without a doubt. Cheers!
I'm a recent supporter of Redbubble. Just started buying some of their clothing because local retailers don't have the kind of categories I enjoy. All the products I've bought came in a timely matter and were always in great condition. One of the sweaters I bought was too small unfortunately and was my mistake. Redbubble offered to send me another sweater with a bigger size and allowed me to keep the one I already have! That pretty much guarantees I'll be back for more shirts in the future. Forgive me, wallet!
I just got my order of t-shirts. For the price, the cloth is very, very thin. It's almost a see-through. Feels like one of those advertisement t-shirts you get for free and are only good for walking around in the house. It feels cheap, I've ordered similar priced t-shirts online with much better cotton weight. The printing looks decent and the designs please me, but I will not be a returning customer with such a low quality cloth, especially considering the price and the market out there.
I read the "t-shirts are slim, order a size up" thing (which I did), and it still way too tight. I currently use size-L t-shirts from ThinkGeek, but a size-XXL from Redbubble is unusable (even though they show the same size charts!).
Also, the colors are not accurately portrayed on the pictures. A shadow in the design is barely visible when the picture shows it clearly.
No way to leave a review on the actual site, which makes me think that the ones there are all fake.
Redbubble sells custom designed products--tshirts, sweatshirts, iPhone cases, posters, etc.--based on user-submitted artwork. Redbubble is based in Melbourne, Australia.
