I love this site because they have pretty much any kind of sticker that you could possibly imagine! I received everything that I ordered, and the stickers were very high quality! I was impressed! The only thing I didn't appreciate, was how slow the standard shipping is(it takes 7 days), although, it's not too bad... If you're looking to get your items in a more timely matter, I would recommend paying extra for the express shipping. Overall, I love my stickers, and I will definitely purchase from Redbubble again! Highly recommend! :)
RedBubble.com is an enemy of independent artists all over the world. Their recent change to a tier structure is literally robbing indie artists of hard-earned cash. How can I sell merchandise, RB take the largest percent of the profit, and then they charge me an additional fee because they've labeled my art a particular way? There are complaints from thoussands of artists who draw their art by hand, only to be labled a freelancer who "spams RedBubble with crappy and derivative art work." Why is it that a young artist with consistent sales cannot reach the "payment threshold" because each time he makes a sale, RB reduces his cut with a fee? Look at the images attached. I've made $38 dollars in August, but I haven't reached the payment threshold because RB has taken $21 off the top as "fees" leaving me with a paltry $17. Keep in mind, they've received a profit from the sale when the sale was first made! This is a money grab, plain and simple. They are literally stealing millions from independent artists every year, by reclassifying their work as "freelancer" and robbing them with a subjective fee. Our only choice is to stop using redbubble and move your accounts to another POD provider. Without the artists, RedBubble couldnt sell $h!t! The real reason for the tiers is that RB monthly visitors is down. They want YOU, the artist, to bring them more visitors by promoting your work on other social media accounts. The caveat is that even if you bring someone to the platform via a link from Instagram or Facebook, there's not guarantee they will buy YOU art. However, they may buy someone's art and that is money in whose pocket? RedBubble! If they want artists to bring visitors they should pay us for the traffic we bring, right? I've made some money during the election year. One my payout is made I will be cancelling my account. The only way to affect these big companies is to hit them in their bank accounts. Take your art to Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Printify or any other POD company. Red Bubble and TeePublic changed from a viable resource for artists to a scam and money-grab by corporate CEO's, CFO's and their ilk.
The range of designs is incredible. I was able to find stuff which were not available anywhere else. The prices are also reasonable, especially the quantity-based discounts.
Order arrived in a few days. However, the stickers all have a white edge, making them unusable on anything that is not white. They are printed on vinyl, meaning they are waterproof and somewhat reusable but the print quality itself was low for half of the stickers I ordered. Almost like the printer was running out of ink.
I contacted customer support to let them now about the deficiencies. I did not expect or ask for a refund since they were so cheap and I could use half of them. But they gave me a full refund anyway. My conclusion is that they are aware of the issues, but are not able or willing to fix them, so they would rather sell sub-optimal products and give refunds than improve quality.
First, my order took over one month to arrive. Then the design on my sweatshirt disappeared after ONE wash. I washed it inside out in cold water in a normal cycle in my washing machine. I could have spent a lot less if I had gone to Walmart to get a plain back sweatshirt, and it would look better.

Buyer beware. No way to get a refund on defective merchandise.

Very beautiful custom work done by many artists, printing is of high quality, and when I had a small issue with sizing they gave me the help I needed and then some! I will definitely be back for many many more purchases!
Now, to be completely fair, I have never had to deal with the customer service with these guys, but the site is awesome! I have purchased a dozen shirts on two separate occasions and both times, the shirts were delivered promptly and the product was in excellent condition. I have seen people complaining on here and other places about stuff that has NOTHING to do with Redbubble. Things like delivery (If the PO or UPS/Fedex screw up, exactly how is that Redbubble's fault and why the hell should anyone care?) or mistakes the person made that were their own fault. I don't know. Maybe I am too easy to please. The shirts fit and the first six we bought are still in good condition and really that is about all that counts.
Love the designs first of all and the customer service for exchanging items is the best.
I wear medium usually, but from reading the comments of people saying that one size bigger was necessary, I bought both of my shirts in large instead and when I arrived it turned out to be too ball. I went to request an exchanged immediately and they told me right away to keep my 2 tees I have with me and they will be sending out 2 of the same ones in medium with no charge. Holy $#*! I love this company!
Redbubble has been nothing but great, the couple of times ive had missing items they took care of it no problem and they were really quick to email back and get my items to me. I will definitely keep shopping with Redbubble these guys are awesome.
I ordered my phone case 2 months ago. There isn't even a shipping date posted anymore. I would LOVE to have my money back, but I don't expect RedBubble to do anything remotely competent. So I'm out 35 bucks. I'm just glad I didn't order more.
I ordered 11 stickers for my laptop on Sunday and already got them (today is Wednesday). This is excellent delivery especially considering I am in Canada, and that the estimated delivery was this Friday. The stickers are great quality, amazing colour, and easily removable for moving around/taking off. Not to mention, when you buy 10 stickers, you get 50% off each of them. I am very impressed with my first time using Redbubble. Definitely recommend.

Lost in the mail? Give me a break. I've been doing business by mail for over 40 years and the worse I've experienced (till now) was a few days late (up to three). If a company cannot be certain a person receives their product by a certain date, then don't give one. Say it could take up to three or four weeks or something like that. Of course if you say it that way, you might not get the amount of business you would like to. Having checked (after the fact) reviews your company has gotten, it would seem my complaint is not unusual, in fact the first three pages were one or two stars and all about delivery. You want payment when it is ordered and we as customers want delivery when promised. You can keep your 25% off next order. There will not be another. There are more than enough businesses that do the job correctly. I do not have the time or desire to deal with one that handles customers in a cavalier fashion.

Ordered stickers several times, and was very happy with their quality. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of designs available, from entirely original works, to clever pop culture references, and everything in between. Also, excellent customer service. One order was lost in the mail, and they were very quick to respond and replace it, no problem.
I kept getting errors during checkout - they really need to get their system sorted. Ordered about 12 stickers, got them today and am severely disappointed.
I could have printed them much better on paper and my home printer. Grainy. All of them. Trash, and I am sad they are supposed to go along with a gift for my friend.
I'm very impressed with this company. I ordered a wrong size t-shirt and they immediately told me a replacement shirt would be sent to me at no cost. I was hesitant to shop online as you hear all the bad things about online shopping but I will definitely be doing more shopping with redBubble. Thumbs up.
Ordered for the first time and used paypal as i feel more secure this way. Ordered some jake paul t shirts and was worried that they may not be up to much quality wise but fantastic quality is what i got and the delivery was very quick, would use again very happy with the products and service so far.
Do not order from this site. I was promised 4 shirts in time for Christmas. The estimated delivery date is now January 3,2014. I've emailed them 3 times with no response from them at all. I'm a first time and LAST TIME customer. I should have read these negative reviews and stayed away from using them. I also should have known something was fishy when they do not have any phone number listed to call them with any problems!
I placed an order on cyber Monday. I was quoted the discounted pricing, sales tax and shipping charges were also quoted. I entered my credit card information. When I received the order confirmation, shipping charges were higher. I have been trying to work with their customer service "portal" because there isn't a phone number to call a human being. All responses are scripted and it's really unprofessional.
I was looking for anime merch to buy which is very hard to find a large quantity of. I then found redbubble and i don't really know how many hundreds of dollars i've spent on it now. All the products came out perfect and the selection is amazing. 8/8
When my shop was gaining traction, all of a sudden they suspended it even though I didn't do anything wrong. They didn't send me an explanation or email for what they did.
I am from a non-English speaking country, and from what I heard on Reddit and various forums, a lot of sellers from non-English speaking countries get their shops suspended for no apparent reason.
Now, I contested my suspension and they gave me back my account, but after being suspended the traffic on my shop plummeted, and I am now getting 0 sales.
It is discouraging how they just suspend accounts based on no apparent reasons and without any explanations whatsoever. This gives the impression that they don't care at all and I think even more so if you are from a non-English speaking country.
I love the CW's The Flash. I have searched high and low for a STAR Lab t-shirt. My daughter wanted some stickers, so I checked RedBubble for my shirt. I was not disappointed. It fits great, and is true to size. The cost was better than the mall. Shipping was fast. I love being able to track every step of the process.
And then there's the stickers! My family cannot get enough of these. Every fandom is represented. I can show my geek pride. And after buy six, which is not hard, 50% off! LOVE IT!
I ordered some stickers and they came within four days. The quality of the stickers is really good, I feel like they'll last a while as i stuck them onto my laptop. However the only think I could suggest is that when you buy a sticker 'set' it comes as one big sticker instead of individuals. I ended up just cutting them out. Overall they were really good, definitely buying from this site again.
This would be my third purchase from RedBubble. Could not be more pleased! Conformation on my order immediately, notified when order was completed and ready for shipping with tracking information. Very prompt, quality and sized as described.
We ordered a blanket for $29.00. Upon reviewing the order, we noticed it was tiny. About the size of a small bath towel. We tried to cancel the order. Because it had been more than 2 hours, yes TWO HOURS, they refused to refund our credit card. We could only get store credit. Our child selected something else. It turned out to be very inferior, overpriced junk. Never again!

Ordered item on 25th of May and was assured if I paid for Express shipping it would be here in two days.^ days later and I contacted the chat line of RedBubble and one gentleman said it was shipped so I called Fed Ex and it was not picked up. I got the chat line again and now to get a answer today I have to pay a $1. I am unable to cancel as their program gives you a run around just because they made the shipping label 30 seconds after I ordered I have no choice but to contact my credit card company. I might want to mention I only live 65 miles away from my sellers address. Stay away if you don't like lying and Postal over charges.

I love Redbubble! I love it! You can't things like they sell anywhere else! And if you find a picture / artwork you like, you can get it on pretty much anything: any color or type of shirt, mugs, bags, stickers, pillows, etc.
The price is a little steep, but not outrageous. And also fast shipping!
The only little thing they could do to improve is to add tracking information.
Bought some cute stickers from the site and expected them between 3-5 business days. When nothing arrived the day it was supposed to be delivered. I contacted support. They said to wait another 5 days or so for the order. I did, and nothing arrived. After another week I contacted them again. No one could tell me where my package was. I asked for a refund and thankfully I got it back but I'm really disappointed with this site. I had heard good things but it didn't live up to what I heard.

I'm a selling artist, so ordered all these items to ensure the quality of the product that was representing me. I used high resolution images, so the clarity is good and the color is spot on. I recommend ordering one size smaller for clothing. The chiffon shirt is amazingly soft and airy, stretchy at the back, slightly see-though at the front. The A-line dress is made from a much heavier fabric, but still well made. The little purse is the perfect size for a makeup or carrying your money and phone. The tumbler is a perfect fit for my car cup holder and is free of leaks. The only thing I would change is the length of the straps on the tote. The straps were only about 2 inches too long, but it looked more like an over sized wine tote, so I ended up doing a little sewing work.
