I love this dress! The color is outstanding and it fits perfectly! I was worried that it would be less than comfortable but I am astonished at how freely it seems to fit! I can't wait to buy more clothes from this place, it's one of my favorites now.
My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

Ordered Jan 28. And still processing and never replies my emails back. When its gonna be shipped? After i die? WTF! I bought winter clothes, probably will wear them next winter hopefully, or 10 years later. Clicked that urging shipment several times, still nothing.

Upon reading mixed reviews i was on the fence about ordering but i decided to anyway, boy was that a terrible decision. If you're wise, unlike me, you'll listen to the negative reviews.
I ordered a super sexy backless dress and received a pair of pant legs which were sewn shut (yep, no hole for a head/body/anything) with 2 spaghetti straps sewn on the sides... Upon bringing this up with them, they said it was "the design"... so basically the design was a pair of pants to be worn as a cape, as it certainly can't be worn as a dress or even a pair of pants.
EDIT: They have since offered me a partial refund and have apologised. Just be aware quality won't be as expected

Although I only ordered tops, I was so pleased with what I received. Good quality material, and got my money back straight int my pal pal account when one of the shirts was out of stock. I am just about to place another order after I got an email from them thanking me from being a loyal returning customer and giving me 70% off! I am about to buy 8 tops that i love and are very excited!
Plus relatively fast shipping without express :) - about 2 weeks!
P. S there is also the option to live chat with the workers there so they took me through all the steps to processing and tracking my order haha. Talked to a lady called Alice who was very nice and helpful.

I ordered bathing suits from romwe over 2 weeks before I was going away, thinking that would be plenty of time. Little did I know that it would be a week before my bathing suits even shipped. They were processing for 7 days, and I still havent received them and wont in time for my vacation. Very annoying, never ordering from here again.

Product review: The romwe website lured me into making an order with a 60% off all first orders discount. When I tried to use the code, it would not work and only gave me a 55% discount. After I contacted them multiple times, they refused to refund me the 5% difference even though it was an issue with their own coupon system. When I received my package (3 weeks later), some of the clothes weren't even in the right colour and does not at all reflect the design. Terrible customer services, terrible products. I will never be using them again. Don't make the same mistake.

I absolutely love ROMWE! As a young professional, I'm always looking for great clothes on a budget. That's where this little gem comes in. I ordered the high waist drawstring loose pants in grey and the lapel pocket blazer in black. Everyone in my office gave me so many compliments on my outfit. I usually have a problem finding pants that fit well but my drawstring pants fit perfectly. I will admit, I was a bit worried about the timeliness in which I would receive my order based on some of the reviews but I couldn't pass on great deals and chic clothes. Needless to say, my order was at my doorstep in 7 days, as promised. I've already started my summer shopping. My ROMWE cart is full of fabulous crop tops, cute denim shorts, and flowing spring dresses. This store has easily become my favorite.

Spent $100 on clothes plus $25 on duty charges and these clothes were literally designed for children or something. An XL fits like an XS, the clothing is much too short to fit anyone over 4 feet. I'm really pissed off cause I was excited for the clothes I bought since they were extremely cute. Never order from these people it's a waste of your money. I have read horror stories of the sketchy site romwe but decided to order anyways. I ordered 2 t shirts a sweater and shorts. I am amazed at the quality. The package took about 3 weeks to arrive. (Which sucks) but the clothes were so cheap and I love them and they have amazing quality. I will order again! The only thing is my shorts were 'one size fits all' and they were a little small. I recommend to size up on everything bc they do run small
I ordered 7 items from Romwe, expecting to get them in 2 weeks, but 10 days later they responded that one of the item in my order is sold out. Which is passed their packing and shipping policy.
Then I tried to track my ordering realizing it's product is being shipped from China, which I was really surprised. If I knew I wouldn't have order from this site. Anything ordered online from China are cheap, bad and small material.
Until today I still haven't received my order, and it has been over a month.

Romwe was not the first site that I have ordered from, and it won't be the last. My personal experience with the site was wonderful. Shipping was moderate, the deals were great. I see many complaining about being scammed by the quality of the products but what can you really expect? I bought a total of six clothing items and it cost me half the price of say--Forever 21. Romwe did not disappoint. The only reason I am giving it a four star rating is because I know that many items would not fit women larger then myself. One-size does not mean 'fits all', and I am in no means skinny. Just be careful when ordering the correct size from this site.
Everything I ordered was huge. The quality was terrible. I shouldn't have expected more, because everything is like three dollars. DONT order from Romwe. You might as well just wear a suit made of trash bags.

There is no human customer service so when something is wrong you cannot get in touch. If you receive a damaged item then you have to pay to return it. I have sent the requested photos of the damaged jumper & the damaged bag it arrived in twice, but then get told that they cannot deal with it! I just keep going around in circles & getting no where
So, I just ordered something, and spent about 62ish dollars on romwe. Everything is so cute. Just had 1 question... No wait 2.1. Are the clothes cheap because of the such low prices, and the sizes are weird... Can u put them into like normal sizes (2, 4, 6, exc) It would be really helpful
This has to be the worst online store. They take your money right away but then they start to send you messages saying the items you order are out of stock. I ordered 6 items on Oct. 16th and so far only two have arrived. When I opened a ticket to complain, they told me my order was in transit, to close my ticket and give them a 5 star review. My last purchase with Romwe was a Lace Tassel Chiffon White Blouse. What I love about their company is latest fashion trends, unique clothing, but at inexpensive price points. Is it Neiman Marcus quality? No, but for keeping mine and my daughter's closet stocked with fresh fashion pieces that are only in style for one season... this is great. This blouse is a great example, a nice chiffon hi-lo shirt in white. With hand washing it has actually survived several cleanings already.
Shipping was right on time. Item was well packaged inside a sealed plastic bag inside a bubble envelope.
As I write this, my order was sent out on September 12th, it is October 30th now. My item was claimed to be 'delivered' but I never got it, and $21 is a lot to be spending for nothing. SUPER unhappy. What's more, there's no guarantee they'll get back to your emails either. So yeah, just shop on amazon or depop. Same stuff but at least you'll actually receive it (The photo is of what I bought, and, of course, did not receive).

Ive ordered a few times from Romwe now, each time buying about 10-20 items. The clothes are cheap - they're not great quality, but they're not terrible. For shipping, yes, it takes a while, but this is pretty much the same for all shops from china, you shouldn't order for an event as the delivery times do vary, but they have always eventually came for me. (longest was 3 weeks and i live in the UK) I only order clothes with selectable sizing as i know Chinese clothes are generally smaller, and i always check the measurements given on the sizes. I am going to definitely order from here again:-)
