I was introduced to this site by one of my college friends. She mentioned that the clothes on this site were really cute and at an affordable price, so I decided to check it out. I was searching for a few dresses to wear this summer and settled on 4 dresses. When they arrived they fit beautifully and were true to size. Their site is easy to use and very user friendly. They have such a great selection of clothing that I wanted to buy them all! I loved that shipping was fast and that they were available when needed. I totally recommend this site.

Unfortunately, this website is the worst. I really regret dealing with them. I made an order 15 days ago. I asked them why my order took a long time to ship and they told they are waiting for the shoes to prepared. Today the made a refund for the shoes and they told me its out of stock. They disrespect me and they wasted my time. It the third time they did that to me. Although I spent more than $2150 in this website.

Few days back I made an order to purchase a fabulous dress for my adorable wife on the occasion of our Marriage Anniversary, actually one of my friends recommended me to place the order through this site, when I placed the order they processed the order for shipment within a very short time with highest priority, I also received the product within the expected time and their products are really best in quality. Their customer service was also implausible.

I love all the styles on Romwe! Their printed tops and sweaters are the best because you can't get them anywhere else. Its a great experience to deal with Romwe. When I saw this site I have just surprised with their product verities and high quality product collection. Then i had decided that I will order some product from this amazing site. Finally I have ordered three skirts and one bracelet. I was in a little hesitation for the shipping and transaction system of this site. But after deal with this site my all hesitation has just gone over. I love Romwe! This is my third time buying from them and I just had to finally write a review. I live in a rural area and the few stores nearby have nothing I'd be caught dead in! Because of that I do all my clothes shopping online and Romwe is by far my favorite site!

They have the best shoes at the best prices! They have every style and many different heel heights. I also love their dresses because they have such a modern look! I'd have to travel 100 miles to find fashionable clothes and with three kids I just don't have the time!

Shipping is always fast and things are packaged well. Great clothes, great prices and fast shipping. What more can I say?

I ordered 2 dresses, 3 rompers, 2 shirts, and a sweater. The only thing remotely wearable items are one romper and one dress. I understand that this is probably because of the cheap prices, but honestly they are really bad quality and also don't look anything like the photos. I am extremely upset about this and will never recommend them to anyone.

So searching on Pinterest I thought wow such cute clothes on Romwe for a cheaper price than Forever 21 or another small boutique. Wow I was horrified when I received my three pieces of crap, a jumper that was made out of spandex a boho top that was itchy and tight and a button down that was see through and cardboard like. The photos they use on the web are of other people's clothes such as a famous Blogger. I chatted with them prior to placing my order to verify where they were shipping from and the person I asked stated their NJ warehouse wrong they shipped from China and after ending the chat they asked me to give them a good rating I rated them how I liked. It was my fault for falling for this scheme. Just don't purchase from them save your money and spend a little more on better fabrics and quality! Lesson learned

I bought things for Halloween with friends, I didn't need it anymore. The product was delivered for a long time and the quality did not meet my expectations. Here the discounts are significant, a big plus.

I recently bought the 'Apricot Long Sleeve Split Dress'. This was my first order on this site, and I will definitely be coming back. Not only is the quality great (and the price very reasonable!), but the ordering and shipping process was very smooth and trouble-free. I did have one question about the shipping though, so I started an online chat under the 'online help' menu, and they were very quick to respond. The customer service answered my question and helped me with the whole ordering process, very friendly too.

I ordered 5 pieces of clothing, 4 of them were ridiculously too tight and short (I wear size S).
I had to pay $23 CA of duties when the package arrived even though I was promised free shipping with my order. I contacted them and they accepted to refund the duties. But they won't refund the clothes because I do not want to return them (it would cost me more money and trouble).

I removed a star because they won't stop sending me emails to change my review.

I loved buying from Romwe, they have great clothing, good diversity, and they are super affordable. I never had any problems, from ordering to delivering, everything was well packed, they shipped right away and their customer service were very helpful! I got exactly what I ordered and I am very happy customer now =)

I ordered from your website two days ago and I cancelled my order straight away. I submitted a cancellation ticket like your FAQ says to do but I still have not received any replies. It has been over 24 hours and your website says that you would respond within 24 hours. I want a full refund of my order before it starts processing.

I love this site! I went there to purchase a few things for the summer and found that I couldn't even stay under my budget because they have so many cute things.The website is really easy to use so ordering was a breeze. Everything was shipped to me in one package, which doesn't always happen on some other websites that I have purchased from, and yes, the items looks just like it did on the website. Based on some of the reviews I saw, I didn't expect much. I saw this site and naturally did research to make sure it was real... and the results were 50/50. A lot of people said the site was bad and slow, but it's actually good. I used the chat twice and both times were equally helpful. The clothes were in perfectly good condition, fit fine as I used the size chart. Pleasantly surprised.

This was my first order on romwe.com. I've already known it but I've never tried because I wasn't sure in buying clothes on internet.
I've ordered many clothes because of the 50% and 70% discounts so I've paid very little. The quality of clothes is real good for the price I've paid! Obviously you can't compare them with branded ones.
I will surely buy something more, not only clothes but also accessories and shoes because I can have quality without overspending!

I was pleased to find this website, and did not hesitate to order from them. However, tracking was somewhat problematic the first few days, and I became worried. I read many reviews online, mostly negative, which was a shock to me, especially after I had already placed my order. I was nervously waiting for my order to come through, thinking it wouldn't, when it came in the minimum time it predicted (7-10 days, it came in 7 days). Everything fit, except a pair of shorts which is due to sizing and probably my own fault for not really looking too much into it (these shorts were added to cart so I could get free shipping anyways!) Overall, this website really is a bang for your buck and after my experience, I will be buying from them again!

I was scared to order from here because I heard such terrible reviews, but I think I've found my new place to buy clothes! I bought 8 different clothing items because I couldn't resist and they all fit me perfectly and looked just like the picture! I absolutely love this site and will order from here again! It took a while to ship, which is understandable since I'm all the way in California, but for how cheap it is and how cute their clothes are it was totally worth the wait!

I've been told that my order will be received within a week, and I understand that you should never trust online shipment times but, I really need my order tomorrow as it's my daughters birthday.

Edit: I finally actually received my items, even though they arrived too late for them to be considered as a birthday present (thanks for the stress by the way). Most of the items I purchased were either too small or had spelling errors (I'm actually not surprised). Luckily my daughter loved the items enough to keep them, and save the hassle of actually attempting to return the items.

Absolutely horse s*! T, wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.

Also, they still continue to pester me about changing the rating so, there. I changed it :)
