My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Since I've already had an amazing experience with Romwe before, I quickly scanned the site for my newest mission. I wanted a jacket that matched the style of the popular show "The Vampire Diaries". I plan on doing some Katherine Pierce cosplay and the first jacket I found, the Black Long Sleeve Zipper PU Leather Jacket, ended up being perfect! It looks exactly as pictured and fits like a glove. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. The quality is superb and I couldn't have found a better jacket for a better price. Very affordable! I couldn't recommend them more!
I would like to thank ROMWE for exceptional service. I ordered swimsuits in april for South Africa's summer season and due to local postal strikes I never received the items. Monday I sent ROMWE an email, asking for a refund and without any trouble I received a friendly and apologetic letter wherein they approved my request (although the mistake was not even theirs). Today I received the payment. Thank you so much, I will definitely order again (after all the strikes). :)
Ordered a beautiful summer maxi dress for my upcoming holiday i was really looking forward to buying it it was lovely, when it eventually turned up i was shocked, the pattern wasnt the same the colours were vile and it generally looked like a tea towel with a couple straps to put your arms through. I also ordered a jumper which i fell in love with when i saw it on the site when it came it was miles too small for the size i ordered and didn't even fit my boyfriend who is a extra-small/small. To top it off it had writing stitched as the design which was all over the place, it had stitching crossing out/over the words and just generally dangling off.
I am so disappointed with this site after really getting my hopes up and hearing positive things however i am glad i did not waste more of my money on this crap, I wouldnt even give it one star and will not be ordering from this site ever again!
I ordered a few shirts from romwe and the shipping was not too bad! The sizes are of course a bit smaller than in other places but i had no problem with that. I also ordered jeans - the sizes were wrong? I measured to make sure it fit, but it was still way too small.
This site has nothing but false advertisement. Nothing that was sent looks the same as it did in the picture nor did it fit. I even went by the size chart, and the items shipped to me can fit a 9 year old child. I ordered bigger than the size listed just so that it would fit properly. You cant return bathing suits, they actually expect you to spend your hard earned money returning an item they falsely advertised and could not get right. The color was wrong, the style was wrong, and the item didnt fit. On top of that I have not even received all the items I ordered.

Amazing shipping service with top quality dress. I like to shopping good quality product. 1st time when i order in ROMWE i was worried about product quality. After received my mind change because it was awesome. Now i am a regular customer.
My teenage daughter placed an order with them back in April. Paid with a prepaid Visa she got for Christmas. She used my email address for contact, we never have received any email of a receipt, an order number or that item has shipped nothing what-so-ever. But they certainly charged the prepaid Visa the day order was placed. We are in August now, these people are impossible to communicate with and have ignored my numerous emails and messages about this order that I literally have zero info about. I have asked for my daughter to have a refund applied to this card immediately and I get no response ever. Criminals and thieves that's what I believe companies like this are.
I just ordered a dress and shows last week. I read a bunch of reviews saying it would take a long time to be sent to me and it would be bad quality. I learned that all of this is false. My dress and shoes came in 7 days and the quality is great. I never had any problem with customer service and they answered me right away. I highly recommend trying it and ignoring all the other reviews.
I ordered two dresses from Romwe 3 weeks back and after 2 weeks, I got them. One of the was completely different from the picture and it was too big for me (size L). The fabric quality was very poor and looked not well cut. Plus in the description of the dress, they had included a belt which I did not get. When I contacted them, they said including the belt on description was an error! What is even stranger is now when I look at my orders - the picture for the first dress has been changed and it shows another dress which is completely different from what I first saw when I ordered. The second dress fits me even though its an XL, i think it depends on the model of dress whether it might be too small or big. The second dress was okay, it is not so bad as the first one.

I ordered several different items from this site and nothing except a T-shirt and kimono fit. I wear size 12 US/14 UK and got XL and couldn't even get the skirts over my knees and the dresses didn't even get over my shoulders. The sizes are all super small Chinese sizes so be warned. I had to send everything back and pay £18!. The earrings I got were nice, so for accessories it is fine, but unless you wear a size 6 forget it!

I loved the quality of the clothing, the service was great, and it got here in the time it said it would. The arrival time took a little long and I had to order two to three sizes up for most of my items (I'm a small in US sizing), but they were great nonetheless! Many people forget that this company is in China and some stuff comes from Asia. Asians are normally very small so their sizing will be off from US or UK sizing, same with China, they also run on the small size. So make sure you check the measurements for everything! They even provide it to you in the description of each clothing item!
None of the clothes have held up to the test of time. They've all frayed or faded, and those that I still have barely have any of the original design or feel remotely close to decent clothes. Most of the clothes in question did not fit or did not match the measurements. I did receive my clothing a year ago, unlike some other people have. They're lucky if they got refunds instead of the cheap, thin clothes. The company offered incentives back when I wrote my original review in order to promote repeat business, so that's the only reason I wrote the first one.
I ordered "Short Sleeve Cartoon Print A-Line Dress" which is super cute and I like it very much. Decided to go a bit more 'girlie' than usual and I'm glad I did. Very good price, website very easy to register and use, item came quickly in excellent packaging etc. Not much more to say expect I will deffo be using them again!

I purchased a Gold-tone Riveted Mint Jumper from Romwe.com as a gift for my niece. Everything is fine with the product except it getting a little later to arrive than the expected time. She loves the product and I am happy that the quality of the product is so good.
I ordered two item from this website. As first I was pleased to see that it said that the items were being shipped two days after I purchased it. However, it has now been over a month and I have yet to receive my item. I have gotten into contact via the ticketing system with them 3 times and 2/3 have been telling me it's at my local post office (which it's not because the shipping says it's still at the origin post in China) and another reply said that there's miscommunication with the shipping carrier that they're using and said to check back in a few days (I replied to that ticket 9 days later and there was no reply) I keep demanding that I get a refund but they're beating around the bush. So it looks like I might be out almost $30 and I won't even know what the product actually looks like. Please just give me a refund, at this point I don't even want the items anymore.

Romwe shipped completely the wrong articles to me. I provided sufficient evidence (labels from them to me, packing slips w/ descriptions, photos of the incorrect items, etc), and willingness to return the incorrect items. This has gone nowhere. They are obsessed with receiving photos of the order number. Not only does it not appear on any of theirs slips, I have no idea why it matters given they know it already and I've shown all other corroborating documentation. Like others posting reviews below, I'm sure they will respond with some kind of apologetic jibberish. I have no idea why they have someone responding to these sitejabber reviews instead of directing that energy toward correcting all their mis-fires. I am out the money and have a pile of 6 dresses I did not order and do not want.

ROMWE refuses to exchange or refund wrong orders. They are very unprofessional & difficult to deal with. Do NOT order from ROMWE. They are NOT legit. Their garments are cheap copies of those pictured on their web site.
I have answered ROMWE's response with pictures & measurement as they requested. Yet they still refuse to refund my money or make an exchange for the correct garment ordered. ROMWE continues to play games & responds with insincere apologies & promises to make things right. It's been a month of emails back-n-forth & they are still asking for more measurements & making excuses for their inferior quality.

The clothes on the website look nice and affordable but when I ordered here they over charged my card 5$ my bank does not charge for international purchases And the people from Romwe never refunded me. The 2nd issue is when I got my items the fabrics were cheap and smelled like chemicals, the accessories were okay. They do not allow you to return swimsuits or under wear. My swimsuits look nothing like the picture and the material is not even water resistant. Please Do Not Use this company.

About the sizes, measurements on the product page are for size reference while purchasing.
