I love this dress! The color is outstanding and it fits perfectly! I was worried that it would be less than comfortable but I am astonished at how freely it seems to fit! I can't wait to buy more clothes from this place, it's one of my favorites now.
My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

I have been waiting for my order from ROMWE almost a month. The courier service they use is shocking, with my parcel being 'In Transit To Destination' from Brisbane Airport for two weeks when I live only 20 minutes away. Customer Service have been largely unhelpful.
I have spent $80 on this website and I would like a refund if this is not resolved soon as I believe my parcel has been lost.
I will certainly be telling my family and friends to stay away from this site.

I bought 4 things (technically 5, I didn't realize I purchased two of the same shirt). You have to realize if you are buying from North America that this is an Asian website. Nothing wrong with that BUT our sizing is different. So if you want to buy from here, know your measurements and also don't be too shocked if half the stuff doesn't fit. The skirt I bought even after having to put it over my head did not fit. I also bought a loose flowy shirt that could have looked nice if I didn't have boobs. They did not send me any return address label so it would be out of my pocket if I wanted to return it. Aka spend $20 on shipping to get $30 back. Also there is duty at the border soooooo its really rolling the dice to get "cheap" clothing. Its unfortunate as there skirts are adorable.

While now and the main draw is the quality compared to the price. They have a vast selection at very low prices. My recent purchase was the ruched jacket which seems to be only available at ROMWE. The price was simply amazing for a jacket of such quality.

They are fast on delivery. I got my product within 2-3weeks of ordering. Product quality is pretty good. Trust me you will not find them bad. So my items are overdue by around 5 business days, 8 days overall- I paid for express shipping and all items were posted, according to the website, within 24 hours.
The courier service I have contacted directly have no record of ever recieving any items from Romwe. Romwe keep trying to tell me the courier service have this item, or that they are in customs- they constantly change their story.
So in the end, I have been charged for express shipping, Romwe don't know where my items are, the courier service have never recieved them and I am down 50 pounds. Do not use this company unless you want to waste your money.

Bought shirt looked really cute. Didnt even resemble picture. Cheap Cheap. $14.00. Looked like something that would cost $1.99. They said they would send return label but would deduct $5.99shipping or I could send back myself which I did ($3.00) when they sent credit they still deducted $5.99 said cant reimburse shipping So $4.99 all I got back after paying freight back. The shirt that I got came in with holes in it, and it was made very thin and wasn't even stitched up all the way in some spots. I ordered twelve things off of this website and I've only gotten three so far. This shirt was the only thing I was really excited about because I've been trying to find one like it. It was very upsetting that it came with a huge hole in it. You really get what you pay for. I hope my other stuff I ordered isn't as cheap as this one. I just received our first order from ROMWE. The clothes are beyond poor quality and the fabric is disgusting. The shirt care labels state to dry clean? Seriously one dry cleaning would cost more than the sorry excuse for a shirt cost in the first place. The measurements are all wrong and the shirts that arrived would fit a toddler and not the measurements of an acutal teenager as listed on their sizing charts. Yes I did measure my daughter prior to ordering. The return cost is $5.99 for shipping and their policy is to not refund to original method of purchase but to put in to your account with ROMWE. To much hassel and the last thing I want is more of this junk from china. I am out $30.00 but I am happy to possibly help others stay away so they do not spend their hard earned money at this company.

I saw the add for romwe on Facebook and saw that the first purchase was 60% off. I needed a dress for a wedding coming up and thought it'd be a good deal. I decided to read some of the reviews and some were alright, some were really bad. I thought "It's pretty cheap, even if the dress isn't good, it's worth a try." I ended up ordering a dress and a pair of shorts. When I received my order, the shorts were decent (cheap quality) but the dress was awful. The picture was very cute and classy, but the actual dress looked like something for a 12 year old. I am 20. The material was cheap and nothing like the material in the picture, the hemlines were off and the sizes were terrible. It looked like a witches halloween costume. So I guess just be careful as to I think its a pretty hit or miss site. And like everyone else said, you get what you pay for. As for me, I don't think I'm going to take the risk again. Not worth it.
