I love this dress! The color is outstanding and it fits perfectly! I was worried that it would be less than comfortable but I am astonished at how freely it seems to fit! I can't wait to buy more clothes from this place, it's one of my favorites now.

My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

Since I lost weight after my surgery, I basically have to replace my entire wardrobe. I'm a stay at home mom, but that doesn't mean I want to look sloppy! I found ROMWE and they have great prices and fantastic sales. I ordered one item to test whether or not it will fit me properly, I always do that with new shops, I have long legs and a short torso. I ordered the knit cropped shoulder sweater in grey, and It's exactly as described. For now I am wearing it over my Pajamas at night, and it will transition well into the winter. I already placed a new order for two dresses!

Tip for consumers:
Know your measurements to avoid ordering the wrong size. I followed their size guide on the home page at the bottom, and didn't have any problems!

It almost doesn't make sense to go shopping in a store anymore. With a site like ROMWE it is so easy to find stylish and affordable clothes, for any taste and style. I check ROMWE often, as new sales are always popping up! They have a huge variety and are incredibly easy to order from. I hope the site continues to grow and expand in their selection--then they would be the only clothing site I need!

Yesterday I order Evening Dress from www.romwe.com.

Fast Shipping. This dress came to me yesterday.it's gorgeous, Will be getting more items from this www.romwe.com.

It's comfortable, it fits well, it's made well, I love this dress so much. I guess I should have looked at the back because all the detail is in the front; the back is solid black. But still looks good coming or going!

I ordered a jumper and it ran small, and the fabric quality was awful. It feels very uncomfortable. And to return it I'd have to pay an additional $7.99. I strongly urge customers to purchase from another site, Romwe is a rip-off.

UPDATE: Romwe had emailed me regarding my dissatisfaction and refunded the amount of the jumper back into my account, and I am satisfied with their response to my issue.

My teenage girls and I love ordering from Romwe! I like they have stylish clothes with an affordable price. We have not had any issues at all! Our orders are delivered very timely and the quality is good! I have even ordered some workout clothes for myself! They have great sales, and we look at the size chart before we order and it is very helpful. I highly recommend!

My sister's birthday was slowly approaching and I wanted to get her a pair of earring. I was very skeptical in purchasing earrings on this website due to my bad experiences with other websites. Surprisingly enough this website is indeed what you see you get. I purchased the Blue Drop Gemstone Diamond Earrings. The quality of the earring is amazing and it was also delivered on time. Romwe provides excellent service.

I ordered about $60 worth of clothes from romwe.com and they came in two different packages. They came in about 10 days and I was very surprised with the quality of these clothes. However, some articles of clothes were flimsy. For example I bought some shorts that looked amazing in the photos but when I got it, they were see through and you could see my behind. The return policies are very straightforward, and I easily returned it later that day. I think that I will be ordering from this website again in the near future.

I kinda have a love/hate relationship with this website but the hate dissipates once my package arrives which takes about three weeks with priority shipping. Cant really blame them as the storen is stationed somewhere in Asia. You have to be really patient and sit tight if you want to shop here. Also, plan to size up! I am 5'1 and 110 lbs and the shorts I ordered are medium and are size 28. Don't forget to thoroughly read the details on the clothing before you purchase it. Overall, love this website and will recommend to friends.

I Don't know why everyone is giving such bad reviews? My experiences with romwe have ALWAYS been amazing. I have ordered 13 different times from them, most of my wardrobe being full of romwe items. Yes SOME of the items qualities aren't the best, but that's why you read the description and materials of the item first.
YouTube romwe hauls and you'll find the best reviews that will help you find clothes that are good quality. I just placed an order yesterday worth more than $300 (rip my bank account) lol. I love this site and will continue using it in the future.

I bought 4 items 7 days ago and they were shipped to my home today! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and shipping time considering the reviews i've read. I live in australia, which may contribute to the relatively quick shipping time. The quality isn't the best of the best, but it's good enough for the cheap prices. The sizing was accurate, as i had checked the measurements on myself before purchasing the products. I wouldn't advise checking s, m, l sizes and buying anything other than t-shirts and sweatshirts, just to be sure. Overall, though, my experience was great and i look forward to buying more items from romwe.

Honestly, when I clicked "submit order" I had on hand over my eyes. Online shopping is terrifying, especially from a website that I've never heard of and doesnt have user comments on their products (come on guys!) But, I have to say I'm not entirely disappointed! Everything I purchased is a size too big (I even measured myself dammit), and it has a plastic-y scent, but the clothes are cute! I crop all of my shirts so the fact that they're a little big isn't a huge deal. I'm happy with everything except for one shirt but it just isn't a good color on me. The quality is alright even! I was expecting thin material or poor construction but it all looks good. Nothing is 100% cotton, all of my shirts have stretch. Measure yourself and go down a size.
Shipping took like 2 weeks probably. I got a FedEx tracking no. And then it was delivered to USPS and I didn't getting a tracking no. For that.
I think I'll try a pair of shoes next time!

I placed an order (RWBPY*******) more than 10 days ago, but the order is "processing." What's even more upsetting is that I purchased so many things but I probably won't be wearing them anymore since the weather is already changing. I've tried emailing or sending questions, but no one responds. I really love this shop's clothes, so it's a bummer how the service ended up tarnishing the image. But, if the shop is willing to change my order and actually help me, I might buy again since the products are so good (but seeing how things are right now, that's probably not going to happen).

I bought these sandals last year and they completely unraveled upon the first wearing. I returned them and they reluctantly sent me another pair. I had a chance to wear the replacement pair for the first time this week, and the same thing happened. The pleated slide opened all the way up, I was just walking in my house, and I nearly fell holding a plate of food. Obviously something is very very wrong with this design, and after searching on this model shoe online I see that this has happened to other people. Customer service told me that you can only return a pair once! I am stuck with an unwearable $300 pair of sandals

I ordered just under $100 worth of clothes on April 19th. It's supposed to be here on Friday and USPS never even received a package from them. I can't even get a hold of a representative to talk about my issues. Which I understand can be difficult in this climate but still they have no customer service. I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank today.

I had a really good experience ordering from romwe, com.
There were lots of fashionable items along with great colors and many sizes. The clothing is very trendy and I love the great deals. Shipping was quick and my order arrived in a timely manner. My favorite item was the hooded pink ombre sweatshirt. It is so comfy and pretty too.
I took advantage of the online chat just to make sure I was ordering the right size because I know online sizing can vary from site to site. They were very helpful. Right now I've got my eye on a zippered fitted blazer so will be ordering again soon!

I must admit, I was extremely cautious to order from this website because of all the negative reviews but I was definitely pleasantly surprised. I ordered a size larger than what I usually am after reading reviews about smallish sizing and everything fits perfectly so I would recommend going up a size. Everything looks like it did in the photos and I can't wait to wear it all! Will definitely shop here again, as a matter of fact I'm placing an order right now! I will definitely recommend this website to everyone I know.

After I read the bad reviews I was hesitated about My order and could only hope it would be good or come at all. It took about 3 weeks and when it finally came I was SO happy! I ordered 7 clothing pieces and everything fit me perfectly besides one pair of pants. The quality is way better than I expected! So overall Im super satisfied, and the delivery time although a bit much, was totally worth it! Definetely going to order again.

I ordered 4 shorts and one white blouse. The white blouse does not look like the picture and one pair of shorts has a zipper that is broken. I messaged them about this last week and they still have not replied me. I'm willing to keep the shirt but not a defective pair of shorts. And returning it would probably cost as much as the shorts so what is the point? I believe I should be reimbursed for their mistake. This is my first time ordering from them and I am really disappointed.

Don't pay for shipping thinking it will speed up the process. 20 days later and my order is still "processing." They keep saying be patient but this is rediculous and thier website clearly lies about the time it take for a package to reach you. Especially for a company who is getting poor ratings, you'd think they would try harder.

Lapel Pockets Loose Coat

This beautiful full sleeve cardigan sweater was the one I had been looking for a long time now. The red color is absolutely appealing and matches my skin tone beautifully. Not only does it give protection against the cold but it also makes me look as graceful as ever. The double pockets give a sense of style to the sweater as a whole.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, spent £107.99 for my daughters birthday 1 item arrived and came up way too small, contacted customer service to do return but was told I had to wait for full order to come, the other 18 items didn't arrive on time had to rush out at the last minute to buy alternatives, contacted customer service again to ask for full refund and would return items when they arrived, was told couldn't get refund unless quality issue.
Order has arrived 6 days late opened order and order is not complete the items in the order are way too small these clothes do not fit normal people an Xl comes up as a very small for petite people only customer services very poor.

I live in Lexington & they sent my package to Austin, I checked to make sure I put in the right zip, I did and the right address and they marked it as "recipient not home" I tried to contact them but have got nothing. I had to contact the shipping people who had handed it over to a whole different company. It's been one hell of a process, still have not received my $200 order.

Tip for consumers:
They do not have anywhere that you can contact them. All they have is a customer service bot .

Ok so I ordered 10 items of clothing from romwe 2 weeks ago. They were seperated into two packages 9 items in num 1 and 1 crop top in package 2. Package 2 came a couple days ago and I really liked the shirt. I have been waiting for package 1 but unfortuneately on the romwe site, whenever I go to "my order" then "shipped" It gives a notification thingy that says "Failed! Please try again later" And it's been like that for several days. I literally have all bars of internet and everything else works fine. I can't see any of my tracking information and it's kinda annoying :')

I have ordered over 10+ pieces clothings and bags for my summer holidays. I do have to say i have received the most problems with my products with my first shopping experience with them. 1. jumpsuit came without buttons. (refunded) 2. Sling bag hook was broken. (refunded) 3. Skinny leggings not true to size and pocket sewing were ripped, had to take the whole pocket out myself so it'll be wearable (refunded but amount not as what i bought, they explained but i still couldnt understand and by that time i was too annoyed with all the issues).

The problem is im ok with them refunding my money but they do not include my postage fee. In the end i still have to get my items replaced and pay extra for postage cause i did not reach their free shipping policy.

They do have quite a decent amount of products and new updates everyday but service can definitely improve. Not sure if i will ever shop with them again?

I saw ads for Romwe all the time on facebook as well as YouTube videos gushing about their love for Romwe. Clearly the people making these videos were getting paid to do so. When I received my items, one of the items had a clear and visible dark stain on the bottom of the dress. I contacted customer service about this and they offered me a 60% off coupon for my next order. HAH as if I will be ordering again from this site. They expect me to pay for the return shipping to exchange this item, which is completely RIDICULOUS. As for the three other items I ordered, they're the cheapest quality I've ever seen and run so small it's a joke. I ordered an XL in everything and some I didn't even bother trying on because they looked like they could fit a child. My cousin who is a XS/S could not even fit in them and she is a stick! Needless to say I will never order from or recommend this site to anyone ever. Extremely disappointed in this company and my experiences.
