I love this dress! The color is outstanding and it fits perfectly! I was worried that it would be less than comfortable but I am astonished at how freely it seems to fit! I can't wait to buy more clothes from this place, it's one of my favorites now.
My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.
Romwe seems to be an affordable website with cute clothes that are high quality, but think again before you purchase from them. The shipping takes a very long time and is not worth the wait. Once my clothes arrived to me the sizes did not fit well at all. The clothes look completely different than the pictures and are a very low quality. The fabric feels cheap and looks cheap. I do not recommend them at all and would advise anyone never to purchase from them.
All I got was a simple floral t-shirt and a gold star choker. It took almost a month to get to my house, so that's pretty frustrating. The shirt is see-through and the material is weird. Also, the sleeves are two different sizes! How? I am actually happy with the choker, although it is pretty hard to clasp. Overall, I am pretty disappointed in this site. I was really excited to get cute and unique clothes, but I won't be ordering from this site anymore. :(

The other 3 are not even fitting. The sizes are just so wrong: the dresses are short it's like for kids but so big at the top. The pictures you see are not their products! They take pretty picture of clothes and reproduce them with cheap material. Do not order there.

Im very disappointed. I ordered quite a few things and most things were ok but nothing special. I'm usually a size 24 for bottoms so I ordered shorts and I saw reviews saying to get a larger size so I ordered a 26 and I cannot get them over my thighs. I also order the white off the shoulder shirt. It actually looks cute on but it's the worst material feels like plastic. When it was ordered to my door there was an extra hidden fee of 25 bucks. I do not recommend buying from romwe. You will regret it!

If anyone asks me which online shopping site is the best, I would answer immediately it's Romwe. The clothes are so amazing. I love every single piece that I have bought from them. They ship packages quickly with tracking code. I always receive the packages in the period of time that they assure me. I love Romwe and I'm pretty sure who has experienced on Romwe would love it like I do.
Great great service by Romwe! I ordered 2 dresses last most and they delivered me within my expected time period. The dresses also pretty looks. I really satisfied to deal with Romwe. For that reason I gave 5 stars
I received all my items in 15 days of ordering. All products received look like the images on the website. The stitching and the final could be done a bit better.
My major concern is when I opened the bag where everything was it smelt of cigarette smoke or factory smoke, and all the clothes smell of it. Its a bit off putting to buy something again if i'm going to open a package that smells that way.
ROMWE looked like it had lots of great and unique clothing items. I really looked forward to getting them but one of the items that I bought was a white cardigan sweater. It looked fairly long on their website but when I received it, it turned out to be WAY shorter than I'd excepted. The quality of the sweater is really low and the stitching seemed very loose and unstable. Honestly, it's not worth it to buy stuff from them. My only other complaint is that they don't provide pictures of models trying on the clothes on half of their items. So the fit can be deceiving. Honestly, I'm just so sad and disappointed. This is my first time ever buying clothes online and I'm never going to make that mistake ever again.
UPDATE: I got my refund back. Their customer service is very helpful and very understanding. :)

Having ordered a black t shirt in the sale (at a great price!) it arrived exactly when I was told it would do and was well packaged. Easy to use web site, very efficient service. I particularly liked texts to tell me when it would be delivered with date and time. Excellent!
Not sure if this is just an issue with Australia, but there is no option to return any of my items even though I received them only a few days ago. I have been unable to get in contact with anyone and its very frustrating because there were a few items I was unhappy with and wanted to send back.
I was kind of skeptical about ordering from this site, because it had quite a few bad reviews.
However, there were some great reviews too, so i thought "i'll give it a try".
I wanted to order a White Eyes Print Backpack and a few nice necklaces, all for my girlfriend.
First I send them an email to ask if they ship to the Netherlands and I received a very quick, friendly and kind response saying that it was possible. After placing my order, I instantly received another email that my order was being processed. A while later, I received my order and amazed by great quality, so was my girlfriend!:-)

I ordered a total of 9 items from this store. It was on cyber Monday so i took the chance. I had shopped at their sister site, shein, once before. Both sites have very cute things but when you get your stuff, its nothing like you expected. Their material is cheap and thin for the most part. Like I said I ordered my items on cyber Monday, and I'm just getting only 8 of my items today ( December 17). Out of the 8 items i received today I only liked/fit 3 of them. On pants, I suggest you really go by the size chart because they do tend to run small. All of the items I got had a very weird smell to them. Do not fall for their sales and cute clothes! It is only cute on the website!

I ordered Retro ruffled red skirt. The package was delivered in time and the product was just as the advert claimed it to be.
The quality of the fabric was great and the cuts and design were runway standard. My friends still think that I bought my skirt from a high-end designer label when I pinched it off at a great bargain.
Later, I had to call in for a few queries about the new order that I am planning to place and underwent a reasonably good customer support experience. Overall, it was well worth my time as well as money. Highly recommended.
Clothes were nice, but I returned 2 items. Had trouble finding out credit was actually given. They put the credit in the "my wallet" tab which I didn't know. I created 2 ticket inquiries since they don't offer a phone # and never got a reply but I did use their online chat, even though it says use for only new order inquiries. The online chat person told me to look in the "my wallet" and I found the credit had been issued. My daughter likes the clothes and credit was issued for returns.
