I love this dress! The color is outstanding and it fits perfectly! I was worried that it would be less than comfortable but I am astonished at how freely it seems to fit! I can't wait to buy more clothes from this place, it's one of my favorites now.
My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.
I just received my first order from Romwe and I am pleasantly surprised! First off, I need to say that these items are being shipped from ASIA. They are not being made in Asia and then sent to the US where they are then ordered and shipped to you. It WILL take longer than you're used to.
That being said, my order took two weeks to come to me. Everything was packaged in their own bags, which is nice.
Now, onto my other point, these items are so inexpensive for a reason. They will not be made of the finest cottons and silks like some reviewers seem to think, and the sizing should be taken with a very large grain of salt. Go two sizes up in my opinion. I did, and only one thing doesn't fit as well as I'd like. The t-shirts and sweatshirts are surprisingly soft and lovely, while the polyesters are, well, polyesters.
In conclusion, be PATIENT, don't expect Rodeo drive quality, and remember, these sizes are measured to a more petite frame.
Romwe is a great site if you're looking for affordable fashion. You get what you pay for, but baring this in mind you won't be disappointed. The dress selection is super cute, and you won't see a bunch of repeat posts like you do on other sites like this. Customer support was also very friendly and answered my questions quickly, so I'll definitely be back for more! :)
After reading several reviews i decided to take the risk as i ordered Bow Collar Flouncing Black Dress.To my surprise i got the dress the next day at my door step with absolutely zero shipping cost. Bought the Black Short Sleeve Straight Dress and it's one of the most comfortable dresses I've ever wore. Bought it in a medium and it fitted me perfectly. Had a slight issue with ordering but as soon as I got that resolved, the dress was with me in just a few days and if I did have any issues, the support was always on hand to help me out. Really good website when it comes to clothing, would buy from here again!
I purchased a vest that stated TWICE on the website that it was made from suede, only to receive something made from low quality synthetic material.
I have contacted the company FOUR times, requesting that at the least, the company cover my return shipping costs, seeing as it was their mistake for falsely advertising their product. They have refused to do so, which means that if I post it back for a refund, I will be out of pocket postage both ways - $25!
They have not apologised or acknowledged their mistake, they are clearly incompetent and have shown that they are not to be trusted!

I saw a jacket my friend purchased on romwe it looks like something you would buy from witchery so i thought why not scan through the site.
At first i thought this is definitely a scam or cheap clothing that will break easy, I decided to test the theory.
I ordered 3 items of clothing both tops and a jumper, my items came within 5 days with the basic shipping option. My clothes are exactly the same as pictures on the website and the clothes are surprisingly not cheap thin material my jumper is thick and warm. I am very happy with my purchase and will be shopping with romwe again. Thank you!
After checking out the website, I was curious because pricing is pretty reasonable and styling is pretty on trend. So I took a chance and ordered variety of items like solid pocket t, graphic tees, a blazer and a skirt on 4/14. It took 3 weeks to receive my package. Well let me just say that NONE of the items looks like what I saw online. They were similar but not exact in detail. Some were different in length (skirt- way too short), some in design (added stripes on my t shirt), etc. The quality of the garment is poorly constructed and made of cheap material. I guess you get what you pay for and if it is too good to be true it probably is. All so true. I will not order from ROMWE again. It was a total disappointment for me

I had a couple of items that did not fit and the Ticket service on their website helped me return my items. There was some confusion to my refund and returned order, but I chatted with Stephanie on the online chat system and she helped clarify everything tremendously! You need patience, but eventually you'll get your issue solved. I love my shoes by the way. The clothes are a bit smaller for me than usual, but now I know to order a larger size!
I ordered 2 item, a shirt and skirt, and it took 3 weeks to be delivered. They have really cute clothes for great prices but I would not recommend ordering from here if you are in a rush to get your clothes.
The clothes from this company run extremely small. A lot of the items are fairly cheaply made and fabrics, especially on tops, are thinner than what I am used to. Shoes and bags, however, come in very good quality for the price.
They mislead you a little when they offer additional discounts, as everything is already discounted so you really can never use the extra coupons or discounts they seem to offer.
Other than that I have few complaints. Customer service is very good for an online store. They reply to you in a timely manner and are polite, and returns are a breeze.
I have been a customer of romwe since 3 months now and honestly i see the quality of products improve each month! They have better stock coming in too and delivery has also become super fast! Got my latest order in 3 days flat. Love it

I recently posted a horrible review about Romwe yesterday. I felt I needed to delete my review and start all over again. I now have to give their customer service an A+, they have quickly since... Cancelled my order and the refund is being processed.
I understand that they are over seas and their response may not be as quick to our likely but, they need to fix that problem and get a customer service line. This is where good customer service has become almost obsolete.

I bought a pair of bathers recently (size M) to find the bottoms where too small and the top too big! How that works I don't know. The quality was horrific, so I guess what you pay for is what you get from this company. When I contacted ROMWE they explained the set could not be returned understandably but they would refund me 50%. I was happy with this but when asked if I could spend the money on another sale item they told it was only a voucher which would give me 50% off the regular retail price. I don't know about you but I get sent an e-mail from this group nearly every day with some sort of 60% off code to use the next time I log in. As they are constantly sending out these coupons what they have offered is of no value at all. Just be mindful that when purchasing from ROMWE be ready to lose your money if the item doesn't fit.

It really is a gamble shopping from this site. If you order 3 items, there is a high chance at least one of the items will suddenly become "out of stock." When this happens, just know that you will not be getting a refund back EVER. That's how they get away with charging so little. So if you actually get your items in a timely matter, count yourself as one of the lucky ones.
I had the worst experience shopping from this place. 10 emails later and at least a dozen phone calls to the customer service, each time promising me my item only to be followed up with another lie. First they tell you "your item just became out if stock", then "your item was shipped, your item got returned due to wrong address, your item got transferred to the wrong facilities..." It's really ridiculous. Be prepared for some headaches if you shop from this site.

I recently bought a pearl bracelet for my wife from ROMWE and was extremely excited to get it to her. The shipping took a little long to get here (about thirty days) but once it did we were very pleased. The bracelet looked beautiful and could be combined with nearly any outfit. We would definitely order from them again.
I was hesitant to order form the website, but after reading several reviews, the awesome prices seemed worth a shot. I saw many comments about everything running small, so I ordered it a size larger than I normally would, and it fit perfectly. I'm very happy with this website, and I'll definitely order from there again.
Exquisite dress in the fundamental, glide y and summery. Albeit long I'm 5'8 and need to wear heels with it, dots sown in the fix have expansive join which get on shoes clasps which has destroyed the stitch off the dress. Baffling considering the cost.
