My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

Also, free shipping is false as you have to pay a customs charge when the order arrives. Never shopping here again! Waste of money! To get refund you have to pay return shipping and reading reviews that they never refund you back the money and won't reply to emails!
This past week I placed an order to romwe.com for 6 red dresses. And yes they arrived on time for my vacation. I was so thrilled with the dresses they fit excellent. This site will screw up your order and then lose it after charging you for shipping. They will not deliver the package or provide you with a refund. Do not order from here. My order was large and they just give the run around instead trying to help. They also do not have a hotline to call for questions. When using the live chat they end the conversation rather than dealing with the problem.

I have been trying to contact a customer service person via email for two days with no response. I have not received an order that has been showing received. I also tried a live chat, but they want to charge you an initial one dollar charge then so much a month. I should not have to pay to voice a complaint. I am very upset by the lack of concern.

I ordered from Romwe three articles of clothing but on the day of the arrival one of them was missing. Its one thing for products to be bad quality, but for them to simply not arrive is outrageous. Furthermore, on the website it appears as "shipped" when in reality, it is nothing but. Literally still in shock about paying for items and not having delivered. Would not recommend at all.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Has been 20 days since I placed my order and it has still yet to ship. After 6+ emails to them and no response, I took to their facebook wall. Started commenting on posts regarding my experience, and finally got a response - that my order has yet to ship because one item was 'out-of-stock'. And unlike normal companies, apparently they can't just wait on that item and ship the rest of the order. After posting on facebook, let's just say a lot of other people with issues have come out of the woodwork. They then deleted the post with all of our comments - how convenient!
This place is a scam - the only reason they have 4 stars here is because someone is writing fake reviews. SiteJabber should look into that.

I bought 3 swimsuits from ROMWE, order: GRWMXR*******S5. I made sure to get a large for all 3 bathing suits. I looked at the size charts for each as well. I received them today, and they tops were all too small. I left on the sanitary stickers and repackaged them. But, unfortunately, the site says I cannot return the swimsuits. But I am very unhappy paying for products I'm not satisfied with.
I did not receive an order I was to receive by Aug 11. The last tracking update was Aug 5 and I have not heard anything or know who to contact as there is no number to call! I need my stuff or my refund ASAP. Love the company but this is the worst customer service.
After posting my review I received news from romwe.com rep. I was happy to hear my items are on the way. Yippee I want to thank romwe.com for getting back to me in 24 hrs. I wrote to them on facebook and made a ticket on their site and guess what they responded to me on both. So I'm happy so far will write another review once I receive my clothing I will let u know how they look. :)

I recently bought clothes for fall from romwe. Some of the stuff came pretty fast, about a week or so. But now I'm waiting another 2 weeks just for my stuff to have a label, hasn't even been shipped yet. This is getting rediculous.

Ordered earrings two times from Romwe - both times they were delivered about three weeks later.
They were decent quality - better then Icings or some at Walmart, but not 24k gold obviously. Really nicely made for the price.
Also wore them for a bit and didn't turn my ears different colors (like some cheap ones can).
Also it looks easy to replace the hooks/posts if you do have super sensitive ears and need specific materials.
I ordered items 11/29 they still have not arrived. They use some low cost shipping company. The tracking is awful my package has been "awaiting arrival at usps" for a week. Dont order from them. There customer service is not helpful badly written reponses from obvious non English speakers. Then they had the nerve to ask for a 5 star rating lol. Finally received items. Shirt ripped first time I wore it. The chain on the boots busted as I was putting them on. Poor quality.

I purchased a jacket and a t-shirt on romwe.com on Black Friday, and I just received them. I am loving them, especially since the price was so low. The quality is pretty good considering I bought the jacket for about $20 and the shirt for less than $10. I read previous reviews just in case, and most of them were really bad, but I still gave it a go and I'm glad I did! One thing to look out for though is sizing. You probably should order up a size, because romwe tends to make things smaller than true size.
We made a big order and waited over a month. We checked the tracking and saw that it was returned to sender. It says to spend so much to get free shipping but then get ripped off when this happens. You would think a business like this that ships all over the world would know about the custom charges and whatever else. This site is a total piss off. And it doesn't even give u a phone number to call customer service. It's very very disappointing

My daughter ordered two items on separate occasions from this website. She contacted them with regards to her receiving the later item and has never received the first item - these goods were ordered at the beginning of May 2015. The response she received back was that she had never ordered the item she had not received. My daughter then took a screenshot of her order and sent it to them, another day goes by before a response and it was contact your local Post Office. Well I work in Procurement and I'm afraid that I will be contacting more than the Post Office if they don't get their finger out and find out the whereabouts of this undelivered parcel immediately. There's no way to submit a ticket and their "24*7 live chat" is offline lmao. They're an absolute joke. I've been waiting more than 2 weeks for my order and still haven't received it and have gotten no updates in tracking for an entire week.
Their customer service is also non existent. If you like wasting money, go with Romwe.
A month ago ago I ordered a dress and two shirts from romwe.com. The delivery was really fast, and the items are exactly as was described on their website. I just tried everything on and it fits perfectly. The stitching and fabric all seem to be of very good quality. I'll definitely order from here again.

All these "good reviews" have to be a scam! Sorry to offend anyone but I've had nothing but constant problems! Not only did the order come late, the clothing was poorly made, things where missing, items DID not look like the picture on the website! Patterns where obviously poorly made! Honestly its like throwing your money out.

Really loved my experience at Romwe. I'm usually a little sceptical with the things I buy online, especially when they take such long times to ship, but Romwe has a very large range of items available for sale, including jewellery, accessories and a huge huge selection of clothing. I could spend years just browsing through their huge collection of apparel. My experience with them was quite good, the staff members always replied quickly, within 24 hours due to time differences, and were very polite in meeting my questions and requests. The clothing quality are pretty decent for the price you pay, it is really cheap afterall, so I never expected super high quality material in the first place. Shipping took a while, but considering it's international shipping, it was pretty decent, nothing got lost in the mail and communication was pretty good. Overall, I think the clothing is worth it, but I'd recommend ordering in bulk to save up on shipping costs.
Since my last review in September 2014. I've been in contact with Romwe and received a store coupon (slightly less than expected, but whose counting). I used the $100 coupon toward new purchases and 96% of the items seem to be decent. I had to pay a $4.00 shipping chg, although there was $9 left on the coupon that cld have been applied to shipping.
In any event I'm pleased with the way this turned out and delighted to say that Romwe did turn the situation around after putting them on blast. The process to resolution took about 1 year and 8 months. Thanks Romwe!
PS - I do have a few unused items from the (trouble) order that started this matter, which I am willing to giveaway for FREE. I can post pictures of the items if you request.

First of all, when I placed my order, I got no confirmation that it was good to go or where it was in the shipping process. They don't even have a phone number to directly talk to someone. I just wanted to return something I bought that I didn't even try on because it was not what I expected and looked horribly made. I just want my refund for something I didn't even try on. This company is just a scam. They show how pretty the clothes look on models but the real thing is so badly made and smaller than the normal sizes you would get. DON'T waste your money.
