I love this dress! The color is outstanding and it fits perfectly! I was worried that it would be less than comfortable but I am astonished at how freely it seems to fit! I can't wait to buy more clothes from this place, it's one of my favorites now.
My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.
Everything is an extremely tiny size -- like legitimate child sizes. Also, multiple items of clothing I received felt like they were made of a plastic table cloth. Literally that plastic fabric material.
I did get a pair of shoes from them for dirt cheap that were pretty cute though, poorly made and will fall apart but gorgeous for $20 to wear 5 times.
I was really skeptical about ordering these swimsuits from this romwe as some of the reviews are terrible but I decided to give it a shot anyways and I'm pleasantly surprised. They took about 2 and half weeks to come in which I expected, but the quality of the swimsuits is really quite great for the price you pay. I'm definitely ordering more. So cute!

Very good for your money, clothes are really pretty, bikinis are a tad small but still fit okay. Came within 7 days which was where I was worried being as it's an American website. Had no problems whatsoever

Placed an order just 12 days ago and received my order promptly. As an affiliate of SheIn, they never disappoint. Loved every item and was actually able to get in contact with their customer service, although it does take 1 business day for a reply so patience is a virtue. Definitely buying again, I'm impressed.
I follow their Instagram advertisement popping out and saw their bikini product picture so pretty. I ordered two pairs of bikini and very disappointed by their design, materials, and service. Design is terrible wrong, top bikini strip is so loose, and one of the tops looks like strips hanged me. Jesus! Have they let model try before on the market? Who can wear those! Materials are Okay, but no any stretches space. Not comfortable at all. The worst is the service. Your item CAN NOT be returned, which they didn't state it when you buy. I left reviews and found they can not be posted and are under review by the company. Hahaha, pls enjoy yourself. More clients will know how to waste our money in your company.
I ordered $40 in clothing. Nothing shipped, literally nothing. It has been a month and I haven't received anything. The customer service isn't convenient at all. I can't get my money back so hopefully, it ships. I'm upset because the refunds take 20 days to get back onto your credit card. I've had stuff off of wish refund faster.

I discovered this shopping site on twitter and noticed that they had several clothing items that I liked. So, I ordered. I, now, have at least 6 pairs of their jeans! Jeans that actually FIT me. I am a curvy girl and the jeans really accentuate my body. The shipping is fast and can be easily tracked with their USPS tracking numbers. I did have to return 2 items because of a mistake that I made when ordering and within short days after them receiving the items back, they sent a store credit via email to order something else. As a matter of fact, I have an order that's coming today. Also, their clothes look just like what's being advertised. Will be ordering more. I can't wait to see what cute things they will have for the next!
I love all of the options on Romwe and the cheap prices. However, I have received some pretty low quality/wrong size items before and had to send them back. It was actually quite sad because the items were super cute, at least in the pictures. Its sort of hit or miss with sizes because there are normally not charts, nor do they coincide with personal expectations of what S, M, etc. might be. Despite this, they have always fully refunded my money and given me every assistance I have needed.
Great products, well made, at an affordable price point... what's not to love! Always come back for more. Great partnering with their affiliates too. Has been a lovely experience collaborating with Romwe :)

I agree with the reviews here 100%. They merchandise looks great on the website, but they wont help you at all when it comes to customer service. Every item on here was delivered ridiculously slowly, slower than any other online merchant. I moving and I ordered some items before my birthday in two weeks and I'm not sure if the item will arrive in one week, two weeks or seven. The agents I spoke to didn't even have a solution, as if there company had no system for delayed products. If an item is out of stock just say so, don't delay it for a tenth of a year. How do they expect to keep customers? I ordered from them twice, and that was one too many. That sucks,

I checked out the website and saw items I had seen on boutique sites for a much lower price so I decided to give it a try. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and it is still "processing" as indicated on my account page with the website. The website contains false advertising promising shipment within 24 hours, but if it were more accurate, it would say 24 days. Submitted a ticket to customer service and I kept getting the run-around. I was told multiple times that they are trying to send it as soon as possible but cannot provide an estimated shipping or arrival date. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Finally received three tops I ordered in their sale. Took ages to come. Impossible to track with the system they supply. I sent numerous emails asking where the parcels were but no response. Now they have finally arrived, the quality of each is cheap and awful. And the smell! I've never encountered sweaters smell so bad, like petrol. Nothing is wearable and total rubbish. NO returns paperwork supplied with the parcel. I can't get anywhere on the website, the links for Customer Service take you round in circles and you get nowhere. Do not waste your money with this company. Caveat emptor for sure with these people.

My daughter ordered swimsuits to wear on a beach trip with her school. Despite paying for expedited shipping, they still have not even begun processing yet, and it's been 6 full days. She talked to a customer service rep who was not helpful at all. I am now reading reviews that say that you should never, ever order clothes from Romwe if you want to receive them within a month. My daughter and I will be telling everyone we know not to order anything from Romwe.

Trying to deal with Romwe's customer service is a nightmare. No phone, no chat, only a sketchy "ticket" system.
They closed our first ticket with no resolution at all. Would not even accept earrings despite the fact that they were still in original packaging.
Never again. Total scam.

Don't ordered from this company. It's a scam! Never received my purchase. I tried contacting them through email. They gave never responded. So I'm putting a bad review and than reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I ordered a couple of bathing suits, both red, both large, just to ensure that at least one would fit well, even though I'm usually a medium. Both are insanely short in the torso. The straps don't even reach my chest, let alone my shoulders. It's weird because everything else fits fine. The company doesn't return swimwear, so now I have two bathing suits that literally look like they were made to fit toddlers. A very odd and annoying problem.
