My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

I decided to give ROMWE a try and I must say, it was one of the best decisions I've made so far when it comes to online shopping! The customer service is flawless, the shipping went through very quickly and without any issues and after receiving my package, I was amazed by the quality of the clothing. Great clothes for an amazing price, what more would you want? Very happy and definitely returning customer here!

Before I buy anything online I always read the reviews – especially the negative ones. For example, I want to know if issues raised by customers are anything I should be concerned about. After reading some of the reviews I became concerned but decided to place an order all the same. This was on the basis that even if, historically, service has been poor the supplier may now be offering a better service. After all, today’s genius was yesterday’s novice. As it turned out, the delivery arrived within the time I expected and the item I ordered fitted perfectly. There were no communication issues either. I may have just been one of the lucky ones but I’m also aware that happy customers rarely give feedback whereas unhappy ones are quite happy to rant without encouragement. So, if you decide to place an order, I suggest you keep that in mind.

Although cute online... some of the clothing comes in miniature sizes like adult small would fit a toddler, but then some smalls were huge. The shoulder straps are way too broad for my shoulders but the shirt was super small.
There are a lot of strings hanging and the quality is terrible. Do not order from them. I read the reviews before I purchased and decided to try them out due to mixed reviews. HORRIBLE!

This shop has amazing photos! I looked for hours to pick out just the right pieces to purchase. When they got here they were so small! I ordered an XL and XXL. I could not even get them over my head! They would have been perfect for my 5 year old.
So angry!
I forgot to mention the terrible chemical smell on the clothing! It was intolerable!

I really wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this site. The clothes look nothing like they do on the website, my order was shipped in two different packages, one of which has yet to be delivered as of 5/27/2015 (I ordered on 5/14/2015 and ordered extra things so I could get the 2-3 day express shipping). Never again!

I ordered 4 bathing suits 3 of them came a month later but I'm pretty happy with how the tops all fit! The bottoms are a bit small but other than that I'm happy! I was a little worried with the reviews of poor quality but my swim suits came in and they were sewn together just fine. I don't mind not getting the other suit I only paid 7 dollars for it but it'd be cool to see it in the mail next month (like a little surprise). For such low prices you can't expect top quality but my swim suits were perfect.

Purchased a large bathing suit, and it would fit my 5th grade neighbor. The sizing is ridiculously misleading, and one of the worst sizing differences I have seen throughout the "online shopping world"- not to mention... you can't exchange or return bathing suits... that I haven't even worn... highly highly disappointed

From my first time looking through Romwe till now, it's always been extremely easy to navigate through and find exactly what you're looking for. There are filters that can help find items in your price range or style. Easy to add to cart, check on your orders, and pay. Over all, this site it just great in general.

I love the website great lay out but why does it say ships 24hr because it doesn't why don't you just Put "It's not going to get here in that time." It takes ages for them to arrive so if your getting clothes from here make sure to order them 1 month before you want to wear them. They really do take so long.

I ordered about 2 weeks ago, bought cute cheap stuffs. Until now they cant even ship my package! They keep on saying they need more days to process your items. How come?
My order RWZXL******* and I have told friends that this site is so nice. Now i am very disappointed.

I hope they do something about it!

I've ordered 4 garments from the site and after reading the reviews I decided to cancel the order. Nothing was shipped or anything so I should be receiving my money back no problem. I sent in the $#*!ing ticket and two days later still no reply. ROMWE has 12 hours to reply to me with a 3-5 day max. Before my money hits my account or else all hell will break loose and I'm not $#*!ing playing.

I bought about $60 worth of clothing to get the free shipping and expected to keep all the clothes but I ended up keeping only 2 out of 6. Almost everything else was poorly made or was way too big or too small and I ordered all of it in the same size. Along with that I have to be the one to pay for the return shipping which is BS. Seriously do not buy anything on here. It's a complete waste of time and money.

Never buying from this site again, very slow on processing orders, still hasn't been shipped. Clicking the urge shipment button is pointless. I should have read the reviews before placing an order but I've never experienced such a slow responding website before Romwe. Such a let down!

I truthfully have been a member of this site in one years. Easy to use web site, very efficient service and a great experience about ordering with Romwe is the ordering process and shipping. I particularly liked texts to tell me when it would be delivered with date and time. Sometime they offer great prices for great quality clothing. I loved the clothing and the timely service. I got everything i ordered and everything fit according to their sizing guide.It's hard to find good customer service like this nowadays!

However, I highly recommended to every one that visit this site and become satisfied.

April H. Looking for my order I placed 6/14. Is there any way someone from the company can give me a call to assist me in what's going on. I've read the previous reviews and from the looks of is I almost just want to cancel the entire order. Just go shopping at a local store. I did like the variety of styles you have but not sure if it's worth all the wait.

I ordered 3 items from this site. When they arrived they were of such poor quality and had a terrible chemical smell that I returned them. It's been five weeks since the return and I still haven't gotten my money back. I emailed them three days ago to see what happened and no response. I'm going to report them to my bank if I don't get a resolution soon!

I am currently contacting this company, because I am very upset with what's happening. I had made an order on April 26, and it is now May 23. I have tracked my order and it has been on, "In transit, United States has arrived at Local Facility." For more than a week now. It has not moved, and I have got no updates. Im very frustrated with what's going on, and personally I am very concerned with an ending result. I just want my clothes, that I paid a big amount of money for. And I even made another order after my first order on May 9, and I've gotten new updates on it. And it will be here on the 26. But my first order has not moved. Please contact me back and let me know what's going on.

To be honest, I have never had an easier or more comfortable setting to my online cloth shopping! I was very impressed with the discounts provided by the website, such as 60% off my first purchase and free delivery for orders over $50. I bought the Black Slingbacks Flat Shoes, and they look identical to the picture as advertised on the website. I ordered $110 worth of clothes from Romwe and that got stuck at Customs in India. I contacted Romwe to send me an updated invoice with a new address on my invoice (that matches my address proof documents) so that I can present it to customs and get my parcel released. But, they will not co-operate and now my $110 money order will be destroyed. Very unhelpful customer care department. I will not recommend this site to anyone who wants to have a peaceful way of getting their clothes ordered online. I want my money refund since I never got the clothes!

I received three items when I ordered about 14 items. I have yet to receive a straight answer. Highly disappointed! It has been over two weeks and they still do not know what is going with my items and cannot even tell me my tracking number. Do better! Get a customer service line ASAP.

I ordered 7 swimsuits in a medium. I normally wear small and ordered up as reviews indicated. They are cheaply made and bizarrely inconsistent on sizing and just too small. Fabric is cheap and not stretchy like normal suits sold in us. They do not permit returns so I'm basically out $84. I feel totally ripped off. Sticking w Amazon where returns are always gladly accepted.

I ordered a "V Neck Striped With Belt Flare Blue Dress" and they shipped it within a time. I got this in good condition. Price was so good and great customer support ever. My wife is so much happy by getting this. She requested me for another dress and definitely, I will order again.

I absolutely love this site! I bought all my winter sweaters from romwe. Everything was exactly as described. Their unique selection is huge and perfect for my style! I have been an ongoing customer for this site but after today I'll never recommend anyone to order from them, their customers service is poor and I tried getting an update on my refund and all of the agents ended the chats without solving my issue. This is worst online shopping experience for me
