My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.
Everything in my order has fallen apart after one wear. Clothing I bought was not at all the same description of what i received, I purchased a swim suite and it was completely see threw in the picture it is not and does not tell you on the site. With a top i wore once all of the seems came undone after going threw the washer only. A lace dress i had received has wholes all over it and dose not look at all like the picture.
I will never order from this site and I have told my friends the same.
I ordered from Romwe as a first time customer and the experience was mostly very frustrating. I left a terrible review earlier but decided to delete it and re-write one once I got my package. I ordered a floral backless jumper and it took forever to arrive but once I finally got it I absolutely loved it. I never stop getting compliments on it! It is so gorgeous and well made. The only thing stopping me from ordering from Romwe again is their absolute disorganization and terrible customer service (they sent me the same automated answers and would not properly answer my questions on several occassions, they also lied many times and told me my order had shipped when it was still processing). So basically if you are up for the wait then feel free to order from them but don't fall for their "happy to tell you your order is ready to ship" statement because it's most likely not true.

I have recently purchased a dress for my prom from ROMWE and I could not have gotten a better deal. The transaction was so fast and easy and there were no problems with the order. The package arrived within days promised which was faster enough for the money I paid. The dress looks just as good in person as it does on the website. The fitting is just perfect and everything is in place. Not a single thing had to be altered. I received the dress in perfect condition with no damage and great quality. I wore the dress for prom and people kept asking me where I got it from. I'm so glad that I purchased the dress because I could not have found a better dress for such a price. I'm absolutely in love with ROMWE now and I'm totally recommending it to all my friends.
After finally receiving my items after 2 and a half weeks I am fairly disappointed.The sizing is not at all accurate the tank top I ordered was way too small but the shirt and two jumpers I ordered were way too big. Although the clothes are cheap I wont be ordering again.

I will never in my right mind order from this site again. I should've known from the start when I went on their website and they didnt have anyone writing reviews about there clothing, that it must have been some sort of fraud. The clothes that are advertised on the model are far less appealing in person. I purchased 4 items and let me tell you they were all ugly. Not to mention that the pants that I bought, the hole to put the button through is way too small, how ridiculous is that? I'm so disappointed and I will not encourage anyone to order from here again. I also do believe that the good ratings on this website are coming from the employees who does customer service, I refuse to believe that a regular customer like myself who have purchased from this site would give them anything greater than a 3 star review

I had seen Romwe been advertised on different social media websites and i thought i'd take a look at their content. I had seen so many lovely looking clothes that i just couldn't resist treating myself to a new wardrobe. I spent £31.11 which included £5.00 postage. I was told that it would take 5 days to deliver but from past experiences from buying from Asia, I was expecting it to take a slightly longer time. It's now been 3 weeks since I have ordered my clothes and have been emailed saying there was a problem with delivering. My delivery had spent 2 weeks in Belgium and I was told very little about the delivery and whether there would be any delays. I am very disappointed and will definitely not recommend Romwe to any friends, family or any of you! Please don't waste your money on such poor services.

Couldn't believe how affordable these clothes are!
When i started scrolling through the pages i immediately put as much as i could onto my cart, they are so cute! These clothes are outfits you could find on tumblr and instagram models but for such a low price. I'm so glad i decided to take a look into their website, will definitely buy again from them, so excited to receive my items!
I decided to give ROMWE a try. Before, I felt that the cheap prices will decrease the quality of the clothes. But I was wrong. Since it's the summer, I ordered the V neck contrast lace print dress and it came quickly, for the price and I had no problems with it. It's not too short and not too long. The material is pretty nice. It doesn't fade or shrink in the washer. The dress came exactly like the picture, which is a huge plus. I definitely recommend people to shop here for clothes more often. It's better for your wallet.
It's been a full month since we ordered and its still saying "Pre-ordered", so zero movement, has not shipped. Not only that but this is the only company I have used my Credit card online with recently and within a few days of ordering, my credit card information was stolen and someone attempted to withdraw funds from my account. Thankfully the bank caught it and rejected it, and called me first. Making me have to shut down that card and wait a week + for a new one. Seems VERY suspicious to me.
My daughter is begging me to wait a few more days, but after that I am simply doing a chargeback.
There isn't even a way to contact this company. The contact button, once you type in your information leads to a dead button, where they then have the audacity to say your Computer Connection is invalid and therefore you can't send the message.
What a complete scam. I will never order from here or allow my daughter to, again.
I am a returning customer for the online site Romwe.com. I love their clothes and accessories and the prices they offer for them! Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected, so always plan for about two or three weeks of time before your items are received. One time I did receive the wrong item and I contacted customer service right away. I sent them a picture of the item I had received and told them what the issue was. They responded that very day and told me I could keep the wrong item I received and refunded me as well. I really do love ordering from Romwe and will continue to do so many more times!
Like any online purchase, be sure to read return polices BEFORE considering making a purchase. If I listened to my own advice, I wouldn't be taking the time to write this review. ROMWE's return policy will make you want to squirm out of your seat and regret wasting the time spent browsing their site.
Cheap prices for cheap clothes. They make you believe you are getting a good deal by displaying their items one 'SALE' from $25 to $7, but after waiting an eternity to receive them you anxiously open your package only to find out the item you think you got such a good deal on looks like its actually worth half the price you paid, if that. I purchased couple shirts for like $10 each on sale form $25 and the overall quality was like $2. I even felt bad giving them away. I would have much rather given that money to a homeless person.
And to you ROMWE, how could you sleep at night?

You might think they have the current style for a fraction of the price, however, after purchasing $147 worth of clothes (and on top of that custom) there is not a single piece of my purchase I would comfortably wear. That's $170 down the drain. I can actually put on all of the pieces, but the cutting is very unnatural. They look totally different from the pictures. And they do not even try to match the material of the pieces in the pictures. One of my top is so stiff that it just sticks out from my chest and another tank top has a stretchy shiny material that looks totally different from the pictures. And of course it looks so obviously cheap that I don't want anyone I know catch me wearing them. It is not Forever 21/H&M cheap, it's a whole other level of cheapness. Don't buy from them.

Still haven't got my order at the time I'm writing this... Looks like cute clothes (my daughter picked them out and I bought them for her birthday). Never got them and her birthday has come and gone. The tracking number was stuck in "arrived at local courier" for a long time and it finally started showing that the package is in California (which is not where I live). I hope I get the clothes... otherwise I will have to fight it with my credit card company since their customer service on their website is not operable (it says they have too much demand). Yes, stuff from China is cheap, but from now on, I will buy within the USA.
UPDATE: I did finally get the package and my daughter likes the clothes, but it took about a month.
I ordered three t-shirt dresses, one long sleeve, one sleeveless, one that was a t-shirt. They all fit great and are true to size expect the sleeveless one, it is like a swim suit cover up (extremely short) I also ordered sunglasses and they are durable, not flimsy. I ordered on a Thursday and it was there by the following Saturday, so just a week and two days. I will definitely order from here again!
I agree with what others have posted about poor quality and how the clothes are represented in the photos versus real life.
I ordered 4 items, only 2 of the 4 have arrived. I paid for the 3-5 day shipping, what the fine print does NOT tell you is that does NOT include "processing" time! Are you kidding me?! So then add another 7 days, it's a complete scam. So 2 of my items still have not shipped and now it's even gone over their commited "processing" time.
So of the 2 items which did arrive I don't like either, so I enquired about a refund. I am now told you have to pay for your own return mail.

I ordered a bunch of clothes on the Aug. 20... it is now Sept. 8 and I still haven't received them. I logged into the website last week and my items were still processing! Then when I wrote up a ticket, they said they would try to hurry it up but also casually mentioned that one of my items wold not be in the shipment because it wasn't available, even though I had already paid for it. Honestly, Romwe has quickly become one of my favorite catalogs. It has a wonderful catalog selection with different things to suit everyone's fashion needs and desires.
I'd have to note the best experience about ordering with Romwe is the ordering process and shipping. The products are obviously outstanding quality however ordering was an absolute breeze. Definitely user friendly! The shipping was also within the estimated delivery and came in the mail well packaged.
I've never been big on the whole online sites especially some that seem a little sketchy such a Romwe but I was pleasantly suprised. I ordered about $100 worth of items and the package came in about 3 weeks, as the site advertised. The clothes were all the sizes I requested and looked just about as advertised on the site. It is a cheap site and you get the quality you pay for, the clothes are thin and the designs are poorly placed. Examples such as the breast pockets are a little high, low or too much to one side, arm bands and not quite at the elbow and the shirts are shorter, they end right about where your jeans start where most shirts we buy at home have about an inch of length after where jeans starts. In short the clothes are not amazing quality but they are worth what you pay for them and the company delivers what you ask!
The ease of buying them at discounted prices as well is fantastic.

I ordered a variety of products, totaling around $60. Some of the stuff is nice, I was mostly happy with the shirts and pants I received. The pillowcases I got had faded graphics (not nearly as bold as in the picture). The earrings look a lot tackier than expected. Worst of all, the "bracelet" I ordered is way too big and fits around my neck like a collar? It also appears damaged. I feel like an idiot for wasting so much money on Romwe.
