Edit: I finally actually received my items, even though they arrived too late for them to be considered as a birthday present (thanks for the stress by the way). Most of the items I purchased were either too small or had spelling errors (I'm actually not surprised). Luckily my daughter loved the items enough to keep them, and save the hassle of actually attempting to return the items.

My clothes have taken 2 months to get to me and it still has not arrived! I've been emailing them (or rather submitting tickets) and they kept saying my clothes were still processing/ were still in the warehouse then eventually my package was lost somehow before it even shipped. I finally got an email saying it has been shipped and I should receive it in 6-8 days, but who knows if I will receive it by then. I'm definitely bummed because the clothes online were really cute and cheap but the amount of time I have had to wait was ridiculous. Hopefully when I get my clothes I will actually like them! One good thing though was that they responded to the tickets (which is their way of communicating with customers) pretty fast.

It took ages until my package arrived and when i got it, only a few items were fitting me. Which was okay, so naturally i wanted to return them. And my experience with online shop says that its SUPER simple to return things, but not here. I am not getting a response, although i tried to contact several email adresses. I ordered 3 rompers from this site, all mediums which should fit a person 12-14. I am a small size 12 and I cannot fit into any of these! The sizing is about a 8-10. They refuse to give any sort of refund or pay for returns. And I refuse to pay for a return to China for something that isn't my fault! Never shopping here again or recommending this site! Customer service team does not listen to you and sends automated messages. Absolute rubbish!

I had a great experience. Clothes have great quality, i did not have a hard time choosing clothes since they have such a big outlet.It generally worked out great since everything was so smooth. I read a review of how people give fake reviews and the customer support sucks. I thought, why not give it a try? And it was absolutely not the case for me. They had great customer support, i ordered wrong but when i contacted them they nicely replied and asked what i wanted instead. Fast shipping. I would really shop here again.
Romwe is a great site for finding interesting fashion items at unbelievable prices. I bought a blazer for my girlfriend. She’d been after something for a while and couldn’t find what she wanted elsewhere. Romwe had a good range to choose from and she eventually found one she liked. The product information was good and the sizing guide was really helpful. Even better, it had a 50% reduction in the sale! My girlfriend loves the blazer and now wears it all the time! After 25 days waiting at my order I was very disappointed after opening the bag.

So it took about 2 1/2,3 weeks for me to get my stuff but I anticipated that so didn't mind. Of the items I got (kimono, hat, blouse, dress, & tank top) for $50 I would say three outta 5 are big wins -- the kimono, blouse, and tank top whereas the dress was so long I couldn't wear it even with my highest heels and this isn't usually a problem for me as I'm 5"7 (granted I usually don't go above 3 inch heels). If I can find shoes high enough to wear it with, the dress itself fits well. The hat is just kinda blah. It fits just nothing special about it. So overall, I thought it was a good price for fun products and will order again.

If you are contemplating about buying from this website. Don't do it. I wish I had never ordered because I ended up throwing all the clothes away. Such a waste of money. Products are cheap but they are not even worth the amount they are selling for. Save your money and time! I got 6 items and none of them fit me. Dresses were tiny! And I usually wear medium/ size 6 and I couldn't even fit them over my head. The skirts were barely covering my $#*!! All their positive and 5 star reviews are fake. If you read them they are all written in the same way and a lot of them are grammatically incorrect just like their responses on the bad review. I never write reviews but I had to for Romwe because I dont want people wasting their money on this crap!

Ok so it's looking like the odds would be that my order will not arrive on time before my tropical trip or it will arrive on time but it will either not fit right or be damaged. Hmmm... I've contemplated if I should just call my credit card company now or give them a few more days. I received an email this morning that my items were already "shipped" but when I checked the tracking it has some Chinese writing and it stated "label created". So does that mean it shipped already or it's still about to ship because only a label has been placed. Anyhow ROMWE customer service I'm letting you know that I will be calling my credit card company and report this as a fraud/scam so they can refund me my $ and take the $ back from you if I do not get my items before the 15th of this month.

I read the reviews about romwe before I brought it and all the negative ones nearly put me off, however the stuff looked so nice I thought I'd risk it anyways. When I was purchasing the order I checked the size guide to make sure it would all fit and when it arrived all 8 items fitted even though they were different sizes and they were all brilliant quality and looked nice and arrived on time. Just a few tips for using the website check the size guide before ordering and zoom in on the pictures so you can see exactly what they look like :)
Ordered 2 items for a friend's birthday. I went for size M as it stated it was a 'loose' jumper and she is a small woman. Well that was a joke... it arrived and the quality of the material is rubbish and it would barely be loose on an 8year old.
The other t-shirt I ordered did come up quote baggy but is in the style of a cropped shirt which is something that was not advertised on the website.
Thoroughly unimpressed that I'm now have nothing for her birthday and it's going to cost me even more to send back! Will never be using again.

Terrible quality clothing, expensive to return as their warehouse is in Belgium, they dont give a full refund and their call-centre is in China where I was told over the phone no English, when I asked to speak to someone who did I was told on holiday. I had to raise a dispute via PayPal and I have settled for their offer which wasnt the full amount just because it had taken me a month of back and forth communication to get me that far and have been told it can take up to 30 days for the money to get back into my account. Funny this, as they took it from my account immediately! Disgusting scam.

I was told that 3 shipped but still have no received them and now, 15 days later I'm still waiting for the other 4 to supposedly ship. This has been such a disappointment.
