I love this dress! The color is outstanding and it fits perfectly! I was worried that it would be less than comfortable but I am astonished at how freely it seems to fit! I can't wait to buy more clothes from this place, it's one of my favorites now.
My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.
I was waiting for the clothes for the exact month. So during that time i read many reviews and i was afraid of what i am gonna get. But when i received the clothes, every one of them (i ordered 9 items) fit perfectly. But to be honest, i dont know if i ever order from here again because it is such a risk, and i was so lucky that one time.
In May I made an order of 6 items. I received 2 & they were in terrible conditions. I contacted Romwe & requested that they cancel my order and refund me. They canceled my order but never refunded me. We went back & forth with them trying to compensate me with coupons. Eventually they just stopped replying. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I'll let them handle it.
Ordered almost a month ago - still shows no orders were made - amount was charged to credit card the same day we ordered! Log into my account, and it shows no orders! SO FRUSTRATING! Can not get anyone to answer my emails! This company will be getting nothing but BAD reviews from me and my daughter!
If I could, I would rate them a 0! My package says it arrived, but never did and they dont care to refund me my money. Their $#*!ty excuse is they already paid usps and to go to their facility and make a claim to get a refund. Im beyond ferious. This is the first time I ever leave an review, but people need to know. Dont let their cute clothes scam you!

I have ordered clothes from this website a few times now, and each time has been a great experience. This time round, I purchased the White Sleeveless Cut Out Floral Print Dress. As always, ordering the products was incredibly easy and I received the dress quicker then I expected. The dress looked carefully packaged and was great quality. I highly recommend this place!
I ordered £70 worth of clothes from this website having been told very good things. I placed my order over three weeks ago however when I track my parcel it says that it was entered on to the GLS system but not handed over. I called GLS who said I must speak with ROMWE as it was them who had not passed on the delivery. I'm so disappointed and some of the clothes are presents for Christmas and I'm so worried they won't ever turn up. I have left 4 emails for ROMWE with no response. I still don't know where the clothes are or if they will even arrive! I think I will be staying clear in the future!

Really very easy to shopping from Romwe and their customer service is great. I ordered 3 dresses from here and they delivered that within 4 hours. I think it is so quick service not only me but also for all. The price of the dresses are also reasonable. I highly recommended the Romwe for shopping!
So I was pretty skeptical at first... I mean I am not the typical size 0 and I hear horror stories about sites similar to Romwe wear the prices are fantastic but when you get the products they are two sizes to small or would only fit a 5th grade elementary school kid. I picked a few items and submitted my order I was able use the coupon code on the website but realized the percentage is off the full price not the markdown but it was still a decent deal. I ordered sizes up Im generally a medium so I bought large. To my dismay the items came on time as scheduled in individually packaged items. I bought a dress, two shirts, and a pants set. All of the items were true to size so I should have just ordered my regular size. The pants set was way too big so I gave it away but the other items I was able to get away with even though they were fairly big. Overall, I will probably return and by my true size.
ROMWE, what can i say about them other than they are my favorite online store. I can find anything i want online, tops, dresses, tops you name it. Just the other day i bought the cutest little accessory online. The site is easy to use and i just love them. If you are looking for you next outfit, whether it is dinner with the family, going to the movies, work attire or a day at the beach they have it all. Dont take my word for it. Romwe is great! The prices are so super cheap but from what I have seen from my friends that have ordered, the quality is top notch! The customer service is also really helpful and super quick. The responses are instant and very efficient and helpful. There is so much choice and website is really easy to navigate. There's also lots of different offers on which is awesome too!

2 weeks before Christmas I ordered a dark blue romper. My delivery arrived a week later, but what i received was a long sleeved white shirt. I quickly sent a message to the live chat team and got a quick response. I explained the situation and they said a full refund would be given. I received the refund within a few hours which was great! However, I was told that I could expect my original order within about a week. It never came. I sent a message to the live chat team again and asked what happened with my original order as I was told I would still receive it. They told me that if I wanted my order I would need to use the money I was refunded to buy it again. I was sent 3 different discount codes but I will not be using them.
The first lady I spoke to (by the name of Catty) was very helpful and processed my refund quickly. But I will not be buying from romwe.com again as I was left without an outfit for Christmas Day.

I purchased an iphone case from them as I couldn't find it anywhere local and was willing to wait out the shipping time; it arrived slightly later than expected but it was in great condition too and the quality was really nice. The only reason I'm not giving them full marks is because it took slightly longer than expected but I don't blame them for that as estimated dates for international shipping is not always reliable. Shipping costs were as expected; this is coming from China and the costs on the website were also fairly reasonable. I am very happy with the item and the overall experience of buying from them, I will revisit their shop in the future!
They got my order wrong twice. The make you pay for shipping when they send the wrong order. The clothes are poorly made with pockets in the wrong area like on your hip and at your knees and they send orange color as red. Don't buy from this company they totally stink and shipping time is outrageous.

I tend to buy clothes from Romwe all the time. I usually buy T-shirts, pants, and jackets from here because they are all cheap and are great quality. The only thing I wish romwe can change is their shipping. It takes almost 3 weeks for my clothes to come. Other than that, I love shopping from romwe!
I am in love with this bikini, I ordered the Black Metal Embellished Bandage Bikini. It is perfect for the summer, and it is so cute too. By far the best deal for any bikini, and at a cheap price of $8.90. I will definitely buy from Romwe.com again. The fabric is high quality for the price as well.

Please do not trust Romwe and make the same mistake I did. I ordered three tops, a romper, a pair of jean shorts, and a stick-on bra. I measured my size according to what it said to do on the app. I am a relatively small person but these clothes don't fit on me! I am normally a size 2 and can't even get the shorts fully on. The shirts are a terrible, see-through material and skin tight (basically crop-tops, though they were not advertised as such). The romper is see-through as well and truly unfit to wear. The stick-on bra is the only thing that's useable, but even that is a stretch because of the bad material it's made out of. I would like to get a refund for what I paid; what I was delivered is NOT what I was led to believe what I ordered. Please have a Romwe representative contact me about a refund.

Terrible.
It arrived on time about 7days after order.
But... the dress doesn't even cover my butt. I'm a small - medium canadian. I ordered a medium and yah. So short as and see through.
I also ordered shorts. And they were like a small child size. And see through. Like completely see through. Nothing to the imagination.
I ordered about 10 pieces of clothing on romwe, received them about 3 weeks later only to discover that most of them were terrible quality and looked nothing like their pictures on the website. Out of the 10 things i bought I only wanted to keep 3 but when i went to the post office to return the other items, they told me it would be 106$ to send the package back to that address.
Never ordering there again, terrible quality and not worth the price. (including 30$ fee if you aren't in the states)

I need something nice for my mom and I was advised that romwe was the best place to get it. They had a variety of women clothing and accessories to choose from. I decided to go with jewelry, since I have pretty good taste in that area. They had some really nice stuff and it was hard to choose from. Eventually I selected what I wanted and the price was affordable even after the shipping price was included. Within 3 weeks I received my product and was satisfied with the results since the smile on her face said it all.
