My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

It took way too long for my order to arrive. I ordered a sweatshirt and online the only size option was one size fits all, so I assumed it would fit me. I'm a slim teenage girl and it doesn't fit me! Now I have a sweatshirt that doesn't fit me that I paid way too much for. Thanks romwe.

My dresses are simply awesome. It took me just getting out my credit card and placing my order and now I get compliments everytime I wear any of the dresses out. I received a message from ROMWE letting me know they refunded the return shipping charges of $7.99 - thank you Romwe! I still only gave three stars because they need to updated their return information (and shouldn't charge so much to return an item).
Also, the quality of their clothes is just OK.

Bought two shirts and a sweater. I kept one shirt as the other two were so poorly made and the size wasn't right on one of them. I only kept the one because I really like the pattern of the shirt. The material is thin and stitching on the seams is poor. These will not make it through the wash more than a couple of times. Yes, the clothes are cheap, but truly, you get less than what you pay for them.
Then, they charge shipping and insurance. When I returned the two tops, they provided a shipping label. I looked on their website for where it said anything about cost to return ship. Nothing. Here's a link to their return policy https://us.romwe.com/Return-Policy-a-281.html. It says they will not refund the original shipping cost, but there is nothing about charging an additional $7.99 for the return. Ridiculuous.

I ordered 2 shirts and a bathing suit when I needed them in 2 weeks. I was expecting it to go quick and come as other shopping sites can get them to you in 2 weeks. After a few days, I was starting to get worried because it still said processing. So, I got on a chat and the person put my order on urgent and was very reassuring that she would try her best. Well, some time went by and I saw nothing improve on how fast it was getting here. So, I went back to customer chat and I was told that it was going to take 6-10 days. The person was not very helpful either. She was getting annoyed really easily and was mad when I gave the chat a bad rating. I was not rating her bad, just that my problem was not solved. (what I was told when I ordered it in the first place) So, nothing had improved the whole time.

All the items are see threw, all are a different material to what was described, all are the wrong size to the measurements shown, one is a different colour to item requested. I've spoken to customer services and they won't tell me how/where to return too. All she said was I have to pay them money. I have been completely ripped off!

I decided to try it out on my own and I do not regret it, as I got a really fancy and sexy short for my girlfriend for a relatively low price. I bought this short for her around one month ago. It was part of my birthday gift for her, and I felt that she really likes it.

I ordered my stuff about a month ago and have not gotten it. I ordered it for vacation and went on vacation and came back with still no box of about $200 of merchandise. Every time I contacted costumer service, I got a generic email saying it will be here soon. My bank account was charged for the price of merchandise. I would not suggest even wasting your time. I am deleting the app the second my stuff arrives IF it even arrives. If I could give this negative ratings I would.

I had a purchase that was supposed to be delivered to a Suite # but the delivery people left it at the front door outside at a business. I contacted both the delivery people and Romwe to try and resolve this and nothing has happened. I always put the Suite # on my deliveries and have never had this happen before. Now I am out the money I paid and the clothes I purchased.

I did not get any of the products someone took the package that was left at the front door of a business, when I had given the Suite # for it to be delivered to.
My daughter ordered$60.24 worth of items. They never came in. Tonight when she was going to ask for a refund or for her order, her app had logged her out. When she logged back in her order history was gone. She order this with my card and I have the statement where they took the money out. Don't trust this site
The ordering process was easy, and when I ran into problems, the lady who helped me was kind and helpful. When I received the clothes, though, I was beyond disappointed. The fabrics are cheap, the clothes don't look like they did in the pictures, and the fit is bad. I will have to send my order back... :(

From the reviews, hauls and checking out other sites it seemed like the way to go. My packaging didnt come as I expected. To me it seemed like another company sent this to me. The stitching wasn't good, it was crooked and thread coming out from everywhere as if someone had rushed to sew it.
