I have been using romwe for a few years now and have never had any unreasonable issues with the site or delivery untill this past month. I ordered a package on June 8th and haven't had a single update on the package since June 17th. When I try to track the package using the provided number it doesn't work. I have tried to Email them multiple times and have not gotten a response. Their " live customer support " robot is completely useless when you have an actual issue. This is frustrating because it is several weeks late and multiple packages I order after this one have been delivered.
Romwe is a great store with quality service!
Their clothes and accessories are very good and never have disappointed me.

Items pictured on the website are different from what you receive in the mail!
Fabric is probably cut off the grain, fabric twists, clothes are cheap and ill fitting. I won't be shopping here again.
Item color and fit on the website didn't match what I received, I tried to return but they wouldn't pay return shipping!

I ordered some clothes from here and 2 of them had a fault in it. Both of them are torn in some places and i noticed it after their "30 day policy". They are not ready to take it now. They sell very cheap quality stuff.

It took a while to contact me about 4 returned items. But they promised to give the refund back soon as possible and they did. The very next day!

I have ordered onces a skirt before at Romwe and it was exactly as they say it was and I love to wear it!

I waited 34 days for my package and I had asked repeatedly earlier why it hadn't been shipped but they said it was still coming but it was not. After waiting so long they finally said that it had been lost in the mail even though it hadn't moved at all for the past 30 days. I was very upset and they gave no offers despite having waited so long. Also their clothes are low quality and rarely look like the picture.
So I just got my Romwe delivery :) It's just. Ok. Pro: 1 pair of boots is just gorgeous and fits and I love them, the coat is also lovely, I got 4 products (2x boots, coat and a dress) fot 70 dollars, which is fine. Cons: it just smells horribly, that cheap-china-smell, not a really good quality, waited 3 weeks, second pair of boots doesn't match the size chart and they're too small. You get what you pay for, I guess. Don't think I'll be buying here soon again, but I do love my new boots and coat :)

I bought 4 things (technically 5, I didn't realize I purchased two of the same shirt). You have to realize if you are buying from North America that this is an Asian website. Nothing wrong with that BUT our sizing is different. So if you want to buy from here, know your measurements and also don't be too shocked if half the stuff doesn't fit. The skirt I bought even after having to put it over my head did not fit. I also bought a loose flowy shirt that could have looked nice if I didn't have boobs. They did not send me any return address label so it would be out of my pocket if I wanted to return it. Aka spend $20 on shipping to get $30 back. Also there is duty at the border soooooo its really rolling the dice to get "cheap" clothing. Its unfortunate as there skirts are adorable.

I have been waiting for my order from ROMWE almost a month. The courier service they use is shocking, with my parcel being 'In Transit To Destination' from Brisbane Airport for two weeks when I live only 20 minutes away. Customer Service have been largely unhelpful.
