My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.
I was so excited to get my items for back to school (I ordered 3 shorts, 1 denim skirt, and 4 shirts) I measured myself and checked the sizing 4 times, so i thought I'd get a perfect fit. When it came i tried on the shorts and I was sad to see myself in the mirror. I felt like a 10 pound bag of crap in a 2 pound bag. It was 2 or 3 sizes too small. The worst part was before i even put one on, the zipper broke. It sucked since they were so cute! The denim skit is a size too big, but i can work with that. Half of the shirts were very fragile and need major adjustments. The other two were alright. But all the clothes had a very chemical smell to them, so I hope it comes out in the wash.
I was introduced to this site by one of my college friends. She mentioned that the clothes on this site were really cute and at an affordable price, so I decided to check it out. I was searching for a few dresses to wear this summer and settled on 4 dresses. When they arrived they fit beautifully and were true to size. Their site is easy to use and very user friendly. They have such a great selection of clothing that I wanted to buy them all! I loved that shipping was fast and that they were available when needed. I totally recommend this site.
Unfortunately, this website is the worst. I really regret dealing with them. I made an order 15 days ago. I asked them why my order took a long time to ship and they told they are waiting for the shoes to prepared. Today the made a refund for the shoes and they told me its out of stock. They disrespect me and they wasted my time. It the third time they did that to me. Although I spent more than $2150 in this website.

So searching on Pinterest I thought wow such cute clothes on Romwe for a cheaper price than Forever 21 or another small boutique. Wow I was horrified when I received my three pieces of crap, a jumper that was made out of spandex a boho top that was itchy and tight and a button down that was see through and cardboard like. The photos they use on the web are of other people's clothes such as a famous Blogger. I chatted with them prior to placing my order to verify where they were shipping from and the person I asked stated their NJ warehouse wrong they shipped from China and after ending the chat they asked me to give them a good rating I rated them how I liked. It was my fault for falling for this scheme. Just don't purchase from them save your money and spend a little more on better fabrics and quality! Lesson learned

I bought things for Halloween with friends, I didn't need it anymore. The product was delivered for a long time and the quality did not meet my expectations. Here the discounts are significant, a big plus.
I ordered 2 dresses, 3 rompers, 2 shirts, and a sweater. The only thing remotely wearable items are one romper and one dress. I understand that this is probably because of the cheap prices, but honestly they are really bad quality and also don't look anything like the photos. I love Romwe! This is my third time buying from them and I just had to finally write a review. I live in a rural area and the few stores nearby have nothing I'd be caught dead in! Because of that I do all my clothes shopping online and Romwe is by far my favorite site!
They have the best shoes at the best prices! They have every style and many different heel heights. I also love their dresses because they have such a modern look! I'd have to travel 100 miles to find fashionable clothes and with three kids I just don't have the time!

I recently bought the 'Apricot Long Sleeve Split Dress'. This was my first order on this site, and I will definitely be coming back. Not only is the quality great (and the price very reasonable!), but the ordering and shipping process was very smooth and trouble-free. I did have one question about the shipping though, so I started an online chat under the 'online help' menu, and they were very quick to respond. The customer service answered my question and helped me with the whole ordering process, very friendly too.
I ordered 5 pieces of clothing, 4 of them were ridiculously too tight and short (I wear size S).
I had to pay $23 CA of duties when the package arrived even though I was promised free shipping with my order. I contacted them and they accepted to refund the duties. But they won't refund the clothes because I do not want to return them (it would cost me more money and trouble).
I removed a star because they won't stop sending me emails to change my review.

I was pleased to find this website, and did not hesitate to order from them. However, tracking was somewhat problematic the first few days, and I became worried. I read many reviews online, mostly negative, which was a shock to me, especially after I had already placed my order. I was nervously waiting for my order to come through, thinking it wouldn't, when it came in the minimum time it predicted (7-10 days, it came in 7 days). Everything fit, except a pair of shorts which is due to sizing and probably my own fault for not really looking too much into it (these shorts were added to cart so I could get free shipping anyways!) My clothes have taken 2 months to get to me and it still has not arrived! I've been emailing them (or rather submitting tickets) and they kept saying my clothes were still processing/ were still in the warehouse then eventually my package was lost somehow before it even shipped. I finally got an email saying it has been shipped and I should receive it in 6-8 days, but who knows if I will receive it by then. I'm definitely bummed because the clothes online were really cute and cheap but the amount of time I have had to wait was ridiculous. Hopefully when I get my clothes I will actually like them! One good thing though was that they responded to the tickets (which is their way of communicating with customers) pretty fast.
