My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

I was a bit apprehensive initially after reading a lot of -ve reviews regarding product delivery but, because we've finalized the dress for my cousin's wedding, I took the risk and went ahead with the order.

To my utter surprise, the product got delivered well in time as specified and the product packaging was good too.

Will certainly recommend!

I ordered $100 of clothes on 21/8 and it came about a week later (29/8). After reading so many bad reviews I was worried but then surprised when it came so quickly. The quality is good (neither bad/really cheap or amazing). Overall I am happy although the quality is not as good as other websites I have shopped from.

I bought a dress for my wife and it's fit well on her! She really love it. The quality is great. The dress took 3 weeks to arrive at my door step and can be consider as fast shipping because I'm from Malaysia!

The website is friendly. Easy for me to browse all the item and don't take to long to load the content and pictures. The customer service is also friendly. I contact them several time before placing my order and they entertain me nicely.

I definitely will come back again next time and also will recommend to my friend!

Ordered about ten shirts and 3 nice pairs of jeans and i got them around a week later. I'm very please with the price i paid and considering how much i got and the time frame i received it this was a great service that i'll recommend to friends and will use for my daughter in the near future

The clothes are poorly made. The material is flimsy. There is NO information as to how to return merchandise. The phone number they provide is in China! Customer service does not exist. Please... Think twice before taking a chance. It's not worth it. Pictures don't match merchandise!

Romwe has amazing deals but i always thought there was a catch! The shipping and processing time took WAY too long, and some of the things didn't look the exact same as they did in the photos. But other than that, i was happy with my order

Honestly, everything came in exactly when they promised. This website kept me updated, and did not spam me. I ordered 12 necklaces, 3 shirts, 1 hat, and 1 bracelet. Everything is high quality and very comfortable. The shirt did take longer to come in, but I notified the website, and they quickly responded, clearing up the fact that I can get a refund for the shirt or wait a little longer for it to be made. I got the shirt exactly when promised, and I can honestly say I'll be shopping their for things a lot more often since the prices are so low.

I bought hats & visors from this website for my brand and when I opened my package the products smelled really bad like it was in the attic or around something dead. Other than that issue I have never had a problem with purchasing from this website.

The delivery took a while but I'm pretty much happy with what I received! Dresses r unique! One of the dresses doesn't look like the description was much shorter than expected so I won't be wearing it ever. But i would say I'll order again! Thank you!

Ads on facebook leading to this site are so misleading! This site completely misleads you by the images of their clothing. I bought 5 things and only received one item. The one item i did receive, was nothing like the picture and the sleeves were not sewed! I also keep getting e-mails that the rest of my order was now out of stock and they would not issue me a refund.

Their website is beautiful and easy to use. I found a great pair of snow boots that are perfect for the season, and so affordable. The item arrived in excellent condition, and I was impressed by the quality. I love the boots and wear them every chance I get. The whole process from start to finish was painless.

The material is very cheap and the sizes are extremely inconsistent. I ordered the same size for all swim suits and some are too big while others are too small and they all fit weird and look completely different than they did online. The cost was most than expected because of duty charges coming into Canada. Usually when I order online from other sites they will factor in and include duty in the total. Extremely disappointed since swim suits cannot be returned and I will never wear them

I order the Black Cross Halter Backless Sexy Dress for my girlfriend. I was looking for something fun and sexy but i'm a guy and i don; t know what i'm doing. Luckily, this website is easy to use, the pictures and descriptions are informative, and their customer service is incredible. They were so nice to me. It's like they took pity on me, being a guy. At first I was going to go with something else, but the item I went with was actually on sale and my girlfriend ended up loving it. It looks great on her and I'm happy too! Kind of cheap quality, but you get what you pay for. Everything looks as it did in the picture. However, I did order a skirt that definitely does not fit in the category of an L. Everything else was pretty dandy, though. They fit a lot of clothes into one compact package, it's a little magical.

Placed a large order through the site, was expecting express shipping of my items. It has been over a week and the order is still in the processing phase and has been since it was placed. Have tried to contact the site several times both by lodging a ticket and also have attempted to contact them through their online chat service, but of course i have received no response either way. Really disappointing because the clothes look great on the website but from what i have read otherwise the quality of the clothes is very poor, and in some instances people do not even get what they order...

I ordered clothes online from Romwe and I always fit into a size medium at all stores, I wear a medium because I am 5 foot 8 but I am still very skinny. I ordered four shirts that were supposed to be one size fits all. The shirts I received looked like youth clothing that barely would go over my boobs (which are average size as well). I ended up giving the clothes to my 13 year old sister...

ROMWE is a wonderful website for ordering items online! The store has a great variety of choice, low prices (there are special prices on some items, discounts, sales, etc.), fast shipping and good customer service!

My Girl friend just love it. This dress Quality of a material is frivolous, feel is smooth, wearing comfortable, crisp, good moisture absorption, air permeability is good. Loose light wool fabric: easy soft, loose structure, light weight, feel soft, elastic, good permeability characteristics, wear comfortable.

I have ordered from here before so I was trusting that this time would be like all the other times but they really disappointed this time ordering. I ordered my items in the beginning of May 2015 and was very patient for a MONTH of waiting for the package to be sent and a confirmation to be received. I had chose the express shipping and am well aware of the processing time of 3-7 days. I've kept in contact to see what my order status is and every time they keep saying it'll be shipped out asap or within a couple days. It's been a month, now in June with no package still and the same message being sent to me every time I check. I am a patient and hopeful person so I am really hoping that they will send me my stuff as it has already been paid for. I'm not going to say they scam people but just be cautious and aware that this will happen to you. This has been such a painfully long process of me contacting customer service to urge them for my shipment. Be cautious shopping here.

Do not order from the website unless you have 2+ weeks to wait for your order. The website gives false information and doesn't try to resolve the issues. I was told my order would be delivered to me in 3-5 business days, and 2 weeks later from the expected date my order is supposedly still in China. This website is shady and the customer service is terrible. No one can give a direct answer and they offer no compensation for doing such a poor job. I will not be giving them my business again, and neither should you.

When I ordered from Romwe The site showed very good quality clothes but when I received them I was shocked to find that the material was very cheap and did not whatsoever look like the picture. Researching a bit more I found that the company was located in China and I now immediately regret buying from there. I only recommend buying sweatshirts and jumpers from there their jewellery is very cheap and my bracelet broke on the first day i got it because it was that low quality.The customer service was al right just took a long time to answer. I would definitely not order from them again, but I was okay with some of the products.

All in all be careful when ordering from Romwe and choose mostly sweaters or jumpers...

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. It says that it is still in the processing. I have never heard of something taking 2 weeks for it to ship. I had to email them multiple times to see what was going on. They keep telling me "don't worry" umm... yes I will start to worry when I have spent over $200 on things. I cancelled my order today because this is ridiculous. I then saw all these reviews and said that to get your money back is another long dragged out process. Its funny how quick they take your money but forever to get it back. I told that to the "customer service" person and once again they kept telling me "don't worry". This place is very unprofessional and I am very happy I cancelled this order. I just want mt money back now.
