My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

I ordered my clothing almost two weeks ago, paying for express (3-5 day) shipping and the clothing still hasn't shipped. I ordered specific clothing for specific events and I am going to have to go out and buy other clothes for it because my things did not come in the time they said it would. BE WARNED- when buying clothes from ROMWE, they do not include the multiple weeks it takes to process your order in the shipping time period. Highly discourage unless you're willing to wait a month for clothing you paid money to get in a week. Absolutely ridiculous.
My best friend and I ordered at the same exact time, I ordered a shipment that totaled over 100 dollars, which included my mothers day present, and it came with free express shipping, which sounded great! 10 days later it's still processing, and I keep having to explain to my mother that her present still hasn't even shipped yet. If you don't have a time limit for when you want your clothes, sure, but the fact that my high paying, express shipping, order hasn't even shipped 10 days later? Thats ridiculous. 3-7 business days my $#*!. I even submitted a ticket for a question on whats going on, they haven't even responded. I do want to mention, however, that my friend had gotten hers within 7 days, but got standard shipping. So whatever, its not like its a scam, its just going to take you months to receive whatever you ordered.

I love this site because it is so affordable, but what I have learned from ordering from it is that you need to be smart. My first order was horrific - EVERYTHING was too small and shrunk with one wash. Despite my bad experience, I ordered again - this time paying attention to the material and size descriptions. If I'm unsure about the measurements of something, I will often go to more popular sites like Forever 21 to check the size description of a similar item. Many of my items I only hand wash to prevent shrinkage, and the buyer should be aware that this is a store based in China so shipping is not speedy. For example, my most recent order was ordered/purchased May 17 and I received it June 5 (torture!), but I do order from this site often and will continue to.
I ordered my dress on the 1st, and it had arrived by the 9th. I was really impressed with the shipping time and how they provided a number so that i could track the package. One thing I will say is that the material is much cheaper than in the photos online, however that is whats to be expected when you only pay $15. The dress is still cute and fits well, I would recommend going a size up from your usual size to ensure that it will fit correctly. Overall, I would say this is a good site to order from, just don't expect the fabric to be very high quality.
The delivery was very quick, I already received two of my three pieces order in 3 days. However, the quality of the dresses is so poor I do not think I can wear them out. Well, you get what you pay for. $ 50 for three dresses, I did not expect high quality, but not like this. The 3rd one won't be any better :(

I placed an order aver 2 weeks ago for my young daughter. She was excited because she loves romwe's clothes. I spent over $100 and never received anything! Tried to contact customer service to no avail. Now my daughter is sad and Im out of $100!
Do not order anything from this site! The clothes do not fit as the measurements say they will on the website. I ordered a bright red and white wrap shirt that came dark pink and cream and barely wrapped around me. I am not a big girl - I usually wear medium size clothing! I knew to get one size up by the reviews everyone else posted - only two items fit. Both of the items that fit were not what I thought I ordered. Just so you know, there is no return on the swimsuits that wouldn't fit up my thigh. You cannot talk to a representative on the phone if you're having problems, and all of the fabrics are so cheap, you can see through everything I bought. I am about to protest this place on the streets - I am so angry!

I was skeptical at first because of the mixed feedbacks here, but I decided to try it out on my own and I do not regret it, as I got a really fancy and sexy short for my girlfriend for a relatively low price. I bought this short for her around one month ago. It was part of my birthday gift for her, and I felt that she really likes it. The materials are valuable and it just looks cool and exclusive. She wears it often these days so I think I did a good job by choosing this short. It looks good in general but for slim and fit persons it's even better I think. It's the 'high-rise denim short'. Looks charming on her fit body, I can definitely recommend it.
Most of the people on here are saying that the shipping sucks which is true for the most part. However they lack to understand that the clothing items are coming from a completely different country and have to go through a ton of scans to even get into the US (if that is where you are from). Also, the clothing does run smaller. So if you're a small, I suggest a medium. Just to be on the safe side. America is fat and we are not the tiny 4 foot people like the Chinese. Be considerate of that, we are taller and bigger. As far as the discounts, yes I think they're bull$#*!. I was expecting a completely different price range for the items I was ordering, ESPECIALLY when I added the discount to it. If you're ordering anything, I wouldn't get more than 3 items at a time. Clothing quality, right now yes I think it's great! Im skeptical to put them into the wash in fear of them shrinking. So, for safe keeping wash in cold water and let air dry.
I have ordered several items from Romwe and have been pleased with my purchases. The prices are affordable compared to other sites and the quality of the stuff are ok (some better than others). I ordered a maxi dress last time along with other items to wear during the summer. The maxi dress was my absolute favourite (see pic). I bought a small and had to get the length adjusted because it was too long but everything else was perfect. I purchased a blk choker and a pack of earrings and those came just as pictured.
I bought a windbreaker from Romwe because I loved the way it looked, and it was super cheap. But then I started to get a little nervous that it would take a long time to arrive, or maybe never arrive, and would be bad quality based on disheartening reviews I read. But, my jacket came 6 days later (it said it would come in 6-10), and it is great so far! Pretty good quality, a little smaller than I was hoping, so definitely go a size up, but it fits, and I love it. I don't know what other products of Romwe's will be like, but I'd expect they'd be very decent, hence the title of my review. You are sort of getting what you're paying for. Not the greatest quality item, but if you aren't too picky like me, then it's fine because it again, is very decent, and getting very decent clothes for this cheap is always a good thing.
Tip for consumers:
Order at least one size up! Runs small.
Bought two jumpers which looked great on the site, said one side so I thought would be fine. The only thing that matched up to the site was the colour of the items. Jumper was HUGE. I think they use blogger photos and make fake items in China. DONT USE

Dont get me wrong, the clothes on here are lovely however a jacket I purchased came ripped and a pair of cord trousers ripped after 3 wears. When I complained about the jacket all that was offered was 6£ compensation to go and get the jacket sewed. Not only this, I did not even receive this money. When I complained for the second time about the trousers they told me I could return them and get a refund - refunds were not free thus costing more in postage to return them than the trousers actually cost. When I told them I was not happy with the service the response I got was literally okay. I have never ever had worse customer service in my life

I read all the awful reviews right after I had ordered all of my one-size and size small shirts, and was anxiously awaiting the terrible clothes I was about to receive. I ordered my packages on 12/14 and they arrived 1/3, which was kind of longer than I had hoped for. But I figured I had a large order, and ordered right around Christmas, so no harm or foul. When everything arrived, all the clothes were actually really nice condition! I was super relieved. Everything I ordered came in, and nothing felt cheap or had weird sizes. I'm happy! Would and probably will order from the site again.
I was looking for a dress to wear to a function and couldnt find the perfect one. A friend told me about Romwe and I went in search of a dress. I searched a little and had difficulty choosing because there were quite a few dresses that I loved. I decided to buy the Sleeveless Abstract Print Official Yellow Dress. My dress was shipped in the time frame stipulated and the sale price of $16.50 was a steal. I absolutely love the dress. Everybody loved it. The fit was perfect and the material quality was good. I am definitely going to shop on Romwe again soon. Great deals!
Pictures on the site look great but the reality is another thing! I guess I should of just stayed at the 'admiring the menu stage' The pricing is too much for the actual 'quality' that you get, and as for the sizes... I had read that it was better to order a size bigger but a size bigger than what exactly is the question? A very disappointing buy and unless you are a size zero best to stay clear

I ordered clothes on May 24 and on June 5 I got an email saying something about how the warehouse is being updated and that it would be delayed for 3-5 days. Then on June 11 I got another email saying my order was still delayed and that it would be sent out in the next 5-7 days. This is taking forever, and I want to know if my clothes are ever coming or if I should just cancel my order? I've heard good things about romwe but this is very frustrating.

Please don't buy anything from them. I ordered denim shorts and a few dresses. They came in a really big size. Plus, my shorts aren't even denim, they're made of nothing but crap! I tried to sing into my account for a refund, but they won't let me log in. They sent me a link to reset my password but that link doesn't even work. I tried to reset my password with another email, one that I've never used on Romwe, and the link worked perfectly. So I basically received crap and can't even refund it. My package has been stuck in transit for about a month now and there has not been any status updates. USPS has the shipping label but they haven't received the package, I contacted them and they told me something is wrong on Romwe's end, and that I should contact them. Their customer service has been a nightmare I tried so many times to get in contact with them and nothing! I was supposed to get this package 5/28 the latest as I ordered it 5/3. I'm very disappointed and I either want my package or my money back. Worst part is on another account on ROMWE I made another order with the same card with the same amount of items and same type of items, on the same day too, that package came in, but this one which I was really looking forward too seems to be lost unfortunately. Please someone get back too me!
I ordered three pairs of leggings, a top, and a jumpsuit. The leggings look great on and I wear each of them every week. The top fit a little weird which I expected due to the low cut nature of it, but I never received the red backless jumpsuit that I ordered. I contacted them about it and they told me to check in with my local post office. I have since made a case and still nothing has come in.

In May I made an order of 6 items. I received 2 & they were in terrible conditions. I contacted Romwe & requested that they cancel my order and refund me. They canceled my order but never refunded me. We went back & forth with them trying to compensate me with coupons. Eventually they just stopped replying. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I'll let them handle it.

I ordered a pink sweater online, that was "one size fits all". The description said "loose fitting". And the sweater was very small when it came in the mail. It also was not pink, it was a shade of tan/orange. It had frayed stitching on the sleeves and bottom of the sweater. When I wanted to return it (only cost $11.50), they said I would have to pay for my own shipping so there was no point in returning it. I would recommend not buying from here since the pictures do not fit the clothing that comes in the mail.
