My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

Ordered my stuff at a cost of £50, nothing came and the order is cancelled, while my money has been taken. Tried to contact any sort of customer services and the pages were non-existent. Absolutely ridiculous wouldn't risk shopping with them it's absolutely a scam.

Terrible quality clothing, expensive to return as their warehouse is in Belgium, they dont give a full refund and their call-centre is in China where I was told over the phone no English, when I asked to speak to someone who did I was told on holiday. I had to raise a dispute via PayPal and I have settled for their offer which wasnt the full amount just because it had taken me a month of back and forth communication to get me that far and have been told it can take up to 30 days for the money to get back into my account. Funny this, as they took it from my account immediately! Disgusting scam.

ROMWE has awesome clothes, that are always trendy even before they hit your local mall. Their Costumer Services are very good and the description of the products is accurate and not misleading! You get your money's worth there, plus they always have super great sales!

Been contacting since the start of December when my parcel went missing. Not heard a thing back. No option to talk to them except an awful robot that repeats itself. Tried again for the 3rd time today to try and get a hold of them!

Don't be fooled by the low prices... This online store is the worst place ever to buy clothing. 1). The clothes do not look at all as they appear on online then when it does in person. 2). The clothing material is very cheap and very low quality. 3). They didn't even send me a receipt with my packages so its going to be very difficult for me to return. And lastly they don't even give you price tags on the clothing so its very sketchy. So if you want a store that is very unorganized and delivers your package very late. Then i would recommend this store for you. But other than that this store is utter $#*!. This store deserves 0 stars.

ROMWE was my first e shop and it didn't disappoint me Everything was excellent. Customer services have great communication skills, clothes quality corresponds to the price. What about size, I just bought a meter and I check centimeter :). Everything was good.

The quality and look of the clothes is a little hit and miss. I ordered a structured peplum shirt which looks ridiculous on and the thirty dollar overalls are poor quality. My other items were satisfying. Will give them a go again but won't spend too much. Will stick with their shirts and accessories :D

Romwe is literally the worst online store on the Internet. I ordered a couple dresses and shirts that looked really cute on the website and was really looking forward to receiving them. However, when I received my shipment, I was so disappointed. First off the clothes had a terrible smell to them, resembling the smell of wet laundry. Secondly the material was very cheap so I guess I can understand why the prices were so cheap. None of the clothes fit well and all looked terrible and were way too big. When I went to try to return them, their website was very difficult to figure out. I would 0/10 recommend this store to anyone.

I'm so disappointed in this product. I ordered a cute black dress for a bachelorette party and what I got was a frumpy sleeping bag cut into the shape of a dress that could have been worn in the 1900s. I would not purchase anything on this site again. This company steals Instagram pictures of cute clothing and very poorly recreates them with very low quality materials and designs. Absolutely terrible.

All my products arrived in about 3 weeks which I expected. It was a reasonable delivery time based on what the site was saying. I received all my products except one, but they so kindly refunded me for the missing shirt. They have such good customer service and responded so quickly. I wear the shirts all the time.

I ordered 4 items and 3 out of the 4 items were very similar to the advertised photos and style. The styles are bang on and the quality is better than you may assume. I've had a lot of complements on my items and people are always shocked when I tell them how much I paid for them. The fit was overall good, but the one item was a "one size fits all" and it certainly was not fitting me (I'm normally a size 6).

The styles are fantastic and you seriously can't beat the price. As long as you're flexible with the details (i. E. the thread was a navy blue instead of a light blue), the site is awesome.

In May I ordered from that $#*!ty page (costed 30€) and yet I still have nothing! Apparently they sent it back to sender (them), at least delivery company in country said that to me. They own me 30€. I can't even contact them because they don't have any email/phone number. I hope someone will take that brand down.

I found a couple of great, quality tops to wear under my suit coats and a cute pair of boots. I loved that bust and length measurements were included for each size. For US shoe orders, you must convert the EUR size to US, though (it would be nice if they would include these, but it is easy to convert online). Shipping is free for orders of $50, so it is much better to buy another top than to pay for shipping! Very good prices for the quality of items, all items were well described on their pages, so it was easy to pick a size for the tops. Shipping was timely (and free!) and I did not have any problems. Will do business with them again.

My $300 purchase went to the wrong address after I changed my address on Romwe's website. I guess they kept my old address on file, which caused the glitch. They did nothing to ensure I received the purchase. They did not issue a refund or cooperate with me and stopped responding to my inquiries. I literally lost $300 and the onus is definitely on them and they did nothing to compensate me. They placed the blame on Canada Post who were simply delivering to the address assigned to them. The worst part is, most of the items were presents for my nieces and sisters.

Since this review has been published, Romwe reached out to me and said they'd refund me. However, I've never gone through such a complicated return process, it is taking months, they passed the responsibility onto my bank instead of themselves, saying it is up to my bank to figure this out now, and I have yet to believe that I will actually receive the refund.

After ordering from this website, I was nervous due to the reviews I read online. Just got my order, on time, and was very happy with it! Ordered a bunch of cute things. The material isn't cheap, and everything looked like the photos! The only negative I have to say was I ordered a medium in shorts and the size chart said that was a US size 10-14 I believe. I'm a size 10 or 12 and they wouldn't even go on lol. But other than that, I do recommend this site.

I'm very happy with ROMWE and got a great experience. I must share my review with you regarding my experience with this business. The ordering on ROMWE website was very easy. I'm not disappointed at all! Their shipping is very fast and the quality of the clothes is really good. I didn't have any problem with customer service either. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I can't recommend this site enough.

After reading all of these negative reviews I was lead to think I had ordered a cheap and low-quality coat from Romwe.
The shipping and delivery took a total of 13 days to the UK- at first the communication from the company was poor... until I emailed them asking for an update where they sent me a tracking number for my product.
Today, I have received the coat- and I am estatic that I had bought it! It looks far from cheap, and is well-made. It also looks like the pictures. Fantastic service!

I ordered Grey Letter Print Hooded Top With Pants from Romwe. It was very easy to order and shipping was fast. I am so happy with this item - good soft material. I ordered L and the size perfectly matches for me. The site offers a wide range of clothing and I will order again from Romwe. Sometimes there are days for free shipping. I am in love with Romwe clothing!

After waiting almost a month for my order, I have received my clothing today. Whilst this was very frustrating, I am very happy with the actual clothes and found them to be accurately described. Therefore I would recommend that you order from this site, as long as you are prepared for the lengthy waiting time and allow for this. However a few of the items are not my style (nothing is wrong with them) and wish to return them. I have contacted romwe directly and asked how to go about this, so will update this review on how easy it was to return the clothing (I have had them less than one day and they are all in perfect condition in the original packaging) and how quickly my money was refunded into my account.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

If there was negative stars that what I would choose!
I bought a large order, over 16 items and every piece was horrible low quality. I have been attempting to return the items I purchased and the customer service is insane! They email, they do not have a phone service and the responses are inconsistent in timing and In service offered. I will never shop there ever again.

Romwe items are so cheap they're almost too good to be true. I ordered from Paris, France, and 2 of my 3 items arrived within a week (they were marked as being in stock in EU), and the third shipped from china and is in its 2nd week of delivery. The moral of the story is, never count on things to arrive quickly from Romwe. They probably won't. But the prices are great and the items are better quality than you'd find from Forever 21 or other discount stores.
