I love this dress! The color is outstanding and it fits perfectly! I was worried that it would be less than comfortable but I am astonished at how freely it seems to fit! I can't wait to buy more clothes from this place, it's one of my favorites now.
My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.
I have been waiting a ridiculous length of time to receive my package. I cannot seem to get in contact with anyone frim the company. They fail to update tracking details. This is beginning to turn in to illegal activity. They have taken over 100 pound from me yet are failing to prove that they have even sent this package. DO NOT BUY OFF ROMWE! You will regret it

I bought a $100 Visa gift card because I wanted to buy some clothes on Romwe, so I used the card to buy around 100 dollars worth of clothes, I cancelled the order because I didn't want the clothes anymore. I later found out that I got refunded for it, but it says I bought multiple orders when I didn't want to. I had to cancel all of the orders. All of the money was under that one Visa gift card, so it took all of my hard earned money. I extremely upset because I never got a refunded for the other orders. Lots of good quality clothes and cheap prices, but I really want my money back!: C
I'm always looking for cute clothes, and ROMWE has them lots of them. The dresses are unique and I even found a fancy skirt for $9.99.The service was great. And I got the size that fit me just right. Shipping was regular but it came right on time. None of the stores around me have such cheap clothes for the right price. I highly recommend it!
I so love shopping on Romwe. Being a mom of two, really dont have time to go to shops for myself. I found Romwe website and it easier to use and just love the fact that you can get anything from dresses to accessories to complete your look. I purchased a product in the beginning of December and it was supposed to come today but it got lost because they couldn't find my address. I contacted customer service but they didn't tell me anything and they haven't responded to my problem. I wanted a refund but I can't contact them at all. Very disappointed in shopping at ROMWE. Did not receive what I bought and I haven't gotten a confirmation on a refund.
Edit: I eventually got my refund after awhile of customer service but they were able to successfully cooperate with me and provide my money back so I continue in life without stress. Thanks!

Romwe supplies cheap chinese made clothes made out of low quality fabrics and materials. I ordered 4 things on romwe and only liked one of the items. The clothing looks so much different when brought, different colours, fabrics, sizes, patterns and quality. DONT be fooled by their low prices. I would never buy of this site again and are very unhappy with my order and how much money I wasted. I don't think anyone should buy of this site, the good reviews must be by workers at romwe due to no normal customer would be happy with what they receive, they quality is atrocious. I would loved to give this store no stars.

I have lots of clothes from romwe that I wear on daily basis and I get many compliments from my friends. It is very affordable and if I don't like a piece I bought, I simply return. You just need to pay attention to the sizes and you will be good to go.
Wow! What an excellent collection of artistic jewellery and superb leather products. I ordered for a necklace, a pair of earrings and a bracelet as well as a pair of shoes. Those reached to me in the shortest possible time. I fell in love with the charming products as they were very long cherished. I loved them for their superb color, pattern and design. Just nice, lovely and comfortable.
I ordered a blouse for 49.00 got a discount! It came but it was way too small. Went on the website to see what sizes were available! The same item was now 19.95! So I placed it into my cart to save the price. Called open sky told them it did not fit etc... Was surprised when I went back and the same item that I bought for 49.00 was now 19.95 I just got mine in the mail today, what's up?
He took me right back to the online price, it now said it was 29.95! I said how can I be sure of the price when I order from you? He could not answer the question!

I saw this deal "Halter Backless Lace Insert Maxi Dress" on their Facebook page that was going for 50% discount. I have always been searching for places where I could get a Maxi dress good thing Romwe had it.
I loved the way they handled my order right from the time I submitted it to the time it was delivered in my residence within 48 hours. It was neatly packed and labeled just as they had said it.

Got my product a week later, not bad because they said 6-8 business days anyways, but it wasn't even the same color. I ordered the RSWE******* which as you will see says Burgundy and gives the size, etc. The thing is BRIGHT RED, a different material, and smaller than the size lists on the site. This was a gamble, so I'm gonna just keep the product because I knew it would prob be messed up, but stay away.

So my sister ordered some clothing here. Went fine, she was asked if she wanted to order an extra clothing item so she could get ''free express shipping'' which would be 5 to 8 days. She did, now its been 10 days and nothing. We contacted their customer service and they answered with 'delivery time = process + shipping time'. But they never mentioned that it had another 6 days of process time. So here was my sister, all excited she could get her package before her big holiday and she had to leave without her clothes.
The customer service was rude, kept repeating themselves and wasn't helpful at all. Do NOT order here, it will only bring issues and the customer service won't help you.

I have always been sceptical about ordering anything online. Especially clothing. ROMWE has put me off for life. After spending all of my birthday money ($200) on this site there are only 3 items out of the 10 I ordered that I can keep. The quality is terrible, the sizing is disgraceful. I ordered a "coat" when it arrived I was absolutely disgusted, it was a square piece of material with 2 badly cut out holes that weren't evenly cut, the stitching is terrible, the only thing it would be good for is scrap material & I paid $20 for it. My own fault I guess... I should have read the review 1st. "Lesson learnt"

After reading the great reviews and seeing the amazing prices, I ordered my u-setting round cut diamond eternity wedding band from King of Jewelry via their website. There was some back and forth via email and I needed to submit the order via PayPal (they sent me an invoice), but after that everything was set. I was updated on the status of the ring throughout the process and once it shipped. Since I've received it, I'm in love! I couldn't be happier with how it turned out - even better than I had hoped! The same style with the same quality of diamonds was almost double the price in jewelry stores and even on other websites like Blue Nile. So glad I found King of Jewelry and I look forward to working with them again in the future!
I discovered ROMWE a little more than two years ago and have made quite a few purchases from them since. They have a lot of cute, unique items that come pretty cheap, from clothes to bags to jewelry. Of course with such prices, occasionally a shirt or a dress is a little lower quality than I expected, but from an average of multiple dozen items I've received, I can tell you it's generally great and worth a try!
Worst web page ever as all cloths look like normal on the pictures, however when they arrived they were all small! Even the cloths that were supposed to be one size. I am size 36/38 normally. Never buying again!

I rarely use my debit card to purchase anything because i prefer cash. But when i ordered off of ROMWE i used my card. 3 weeks later i get a paper from my bank saying someplace that i used my card at got through the processors and i was being sent a new one to protect me from fraud. I look at my bank statements and the only things i've purchased with my card was my order from romwe and my monthly car payment. I'm disappointed because i like to order random stuff from this app (quality isn't the best, you get what you pay for, shipping takes forever and customer service is trash) BUT all of that i could put aside for cheap prices as i'm a broke college student.
