My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

I am NERVOUS about my order. I ordered it last week, and haven't gotten anything yet. And now after reading the reviews it makes me even more NERVOUS! Romwe should be considerate of their customers who are going to be ordering out of country. Make your website easier to understand so that your customers are happier with their product

I cannot reach anyone at this company. My delivery has been at a parcel site for 29 days. No email communication has been sent to me and I cannot cancel this order. I would highly recommend NOT ordering from her.

Wow ROMWE is very nice and trustworthy site. I purchased "Off-shoulder Midriff Jumpsuit" and it's having very good quality.
I was in dilemma because they are having very nice collection of cloths but with help of my friends I was selected and purchased that sweatshirt and they gave me very fast delivery.
I was having few doubts about payment but their staff solved my issue quickly.
Impressed with their service!

There are a lot of products sold here. Among them there are dresses, clothing, leather products such as shoes and hand bags etc. But I liked most the awesome jewelry of the site. I bought a necklace and a bracelet which were very charming. I just love the products i bought. They are excellent in artistic exposure of design. They are lovely and exclusive.

I spent $75 on new swim suits. Paid $15 for expedited shipping in order to wear them on my trip--even had them shipped to my trip's location to speed the process up. I got them over 2 full weeks after ordering them-- couldn't wear them on my trip. Even if they had got there in the time they promised and that i paid for, though, the material and sizing were AWFUL. Don't waste your time measuring yourself and following their "sizing charts," cause it won't work. Regret spending my money here.

I have received my shipment on 22 May 2018, at 4:50 pm and to my surprise, two shirts are damaged with big holes from at least two sides. It has big holes on front, back and at side. Looks like ROMWE delivers rejected stuff. There is no quality check. One of the sandals which I have received is much smaller than the size EUR 40. I have got it checked it is EUR 38. I want my refund.

I ordered a shirt with express shipping because I wanted to have it to wear to a specific event. Romwe did not ship the shirt for a full 7 business days after I ordered it. When I asked them to change it to regular shipping, they said they would not because they had already shipped it "express". So I paid $$ to have it arrive in 11 days instead of 14. What a rip off.

I expected worse of the clothing based on the reviews. The sizing is a little unusual... Make sure you look at the size chart for each clothing item, seems pretty accurate. The clothing is very cheap, so you're pretty much getting what you pay for. Not spectacular, but not horrible.

I ordered two skirts and one dress, the items came within a week which is nice since they have their distribution center in New Jersey. The clothing is small as previous stated in other reviews the XL skirts that I ordered I had to give to my daughter but the overall quality of what I ordered was really great.

The dress that I ordered was a little small in the bust and arm area but I was still able to wear it, the material unfortunately is see through but a slip fixed that problem.

Since the clothing runs small if you wear a 14 are probably out of luck unless the clothes are free flowing.

I placed my order 4-19-17. I have yet to receive a shipping email or notification of when my order might arrive. I have read other reviews & it seems like this is a reoccurring issue. I have already contacted customer service but have not gotten a response yet. To add to my disappointment I have read that it will take up to 20 days to return any money if you cancel an order. Point being, I will not be ordering from this site again.

Still waiting...
I have finally gotten a response (days later) & they have now sent me an email with an update to my order. This response had a tracking number but when you click on it, it conveniently says "page error 404."
From all the new reviews that have been posted it seems that this site needs to get it together. I am hoping that the quality of the clothing is worth all of this hassle, although I've read otherwise. Yes, this is my first & LAST time I visit this site. Future customers beware..

I trusted alexandalexa. I bought all my Christmas gifts to their website. My experience was awful. They ruin our party. Half of the gift is not arrived and this without telling me. The height is that they have debited my card for the totality of the order... I still waiting for refund after one month. It's a shame.
The help line is not answering. This is a nightmare. I so regret my purchase.

I ordered about 6 items from this website. They are appalling quality - ripping, buttons coming, unstitched etc. Not to mention, the sizes were completely different, not just from our sizing but the sizes between items.
I contacted customer service and can return the items to China however I have to pay the postage (which was $46.96).
I was asked to provide photos, I did, and still nothing. Appalling customer service, no concern for faulty stock and I would NEVER suggest anyone purchase from them, I certainly won't be.

I ordered three tops all in large. One fit the two I wanted to wear on vacation were luckily, liked by my sister who wears a size 4. I wear a 12 in most tops I couldn't even get one over my head shoulder area. The fabric of the shirts were good and they were as described and as shown online. But I was very disappointed the sizes were so far off.

I heard about this website from my friend that there are heavy discounts available for products so I opened it and ordered tassel poncho, I got it at 65% discount which was great.
I got a mail having all the tracking information for the product, I could easily track my poncho.
And they delivered before the predefined date.
Overall it was a great experience and would love to order again from REMWE.com

I loved the clothes I found on Romwe! Very cute and unique stuff that no one has. I thought it would be the ideal place for shopping online. I was very happy and excited to share Romwe with my Instagram followers. (I was planning on doing a Romwe haul for my followers) However, it's been FOUR days for my order to process when the website says it will only take 24-48 hours to process. I need my clothes soon and I really want to share Romwe with my followers. If I liked the experience, I wanted to do a partnership, but I don't know if I still want to because the shipping process is a nightmare. Hopefully the clothes once thy get her are worth it!

I went through the process to return 3 items. The shipping label came up for me to print it but my printer wasn't ready. When it was, in just seconds, I went back and the label was gone! Online instructions said to go to "Return & Refund" page, but I can't find it. I began again, but the three items no longer appear on my order. I tried to do an online "Chat", but you have to click the items in question and again, they are no longer there. I sent two emails to *******@romwe.com and have received no reply. All I need is a label for these three items. Is that two much to ask? I am reviewing Romwe's customer service only. My grandchildren love their products, they are of good quality, arrive on time and I love their prices. I have another order ready to submit, but will not until this matter is resolved. I hope someone will help me get a label!

I ordered the halter backless lace pleated dress and the spaghetti strap backless maxi dress from ROMWE.com, took advantage of the free shipping. Their website was super easy to use, checkout was a breeze and I received my package exactly when I was supposed to!

Can wait to order from them again!

As long as this order goes well, I will be happy. However, the whole "summer rhapsody 60% off" special and the "first time user 60%" coupon are a little misleading. I was under the impression that the first time was additional to the summer rhapsody.

I bought 4 items and only one was okay. The rest were too small/tight, looked horrible and were made from bad quality fabric. And I don't want to refund them because it costs $30 to send it from Australia to their address in the US.

The items are super cheap, so expect super cheap material, quality, and shipping time.

I ordered over $300 worth of clothing... Of the 16 items I have received I would say I have 4 new things I like. Everything else had to be returned or given away.

The sizing is COMPLETELY off. Half the stuff will come in 3x bigger than you ordered and the other half will be in a child's sizing.

I would order off of here if I was looking for a cheap dress for a club. Nothing else is quite up to standard to be seen in the day lights.

One plus--they refund your order minus bathing suits pretty easily. Shipping back the clothing is about the same price they are worth though.

Tip for consumers:
Buy multiple sizes and buy a variety of things (spend more than you want) and just return what doesn't fit. The sizes if pretty inaccurate so that way you might actually get things you like.

WASTE OF MONEY! I ordered 3 dresses. They sent me one in the wrong color, the second one was sewn together half inside out and twisted, the third dress's material was so thin it's unwearable.
They never respond to any emails. They advertise they have a customer service department but it's clearly false advertisement.
DO NOT lose your money to this company.

I recently signed up for Romwe emails and received their 60% off code for new customers. I was excited to buy from a company with reasonable prices. In order for the code to be applied, I needed to spend $29, which I did. I applied the code without a problem at checkout. However, when I completed my checkout, I noticed that the code and discount was no longer applied and that the price of each item I had in my shopping cart had been dropped by a few cents here and there to make my total purchase ineligible for the discount. I contacted the company and they refused to make this right, so I cancelled my order. I'm ridiculously dissatisfied with the customer service that was provided and I will not be shopping with Romwe again.

I ordered clothes from Romwe and then worried that they would be too small after reading reviews so I canceled my order. I received a response in less than 24 hours and I received a refund two days later. The customer service was very polite and cancelled my order without any further questions. Very pleased with the professional service at Romwe

I ordered from Romwe over a month ago and my order is still suck in " processing".
I sent in a ticket after three weeks of waiting to see where my order was at in the stages of processing and I got "It will be shipped in the coming days". Two weeks later it's still processing.

I had ordered 2 times from romwe and I have to say, it's one of the best online stores I have ordered from. I live in San Jose(USA), and I thought that it may take at least 3-5 weeks for my package to arrive. But the longest I had to wait was only a weeks (i placed my last order on 21 january, and I got it today, 29 january)! Everything has good quality and looks like the pictures on the site. I paid for package insurance ($0.99), and I didn't mind. I could track my order with no problem. I even got a gift with my last order :) I can only recommend them!
