My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Back in February I ordered clothes. I had order clothes from two others sites as well and it looks like the 3 are linked together as I only ever get on person to answer my email queries about where my orders are at. I have only received two rings that I did not order and was told that this was a gift to me and their way of finding out if the address was correct. Was told in last email that I would only receive 60 percent of the order back and still have not received this yet. I find it hilarious that I had asked a question to Temu, who I get my orders delivered in a timely manner from and one of the agents from the other sites answered. Weird.

I placed an order for my grandaughter for Christmas. One second after ordering I canceled it because I realized we forgot to apply the 60 percent off code. I was going to reorder with the code but they told me it would take 4-5 weeks for me to get my money back! Now my money is tied up. This company is not customer friendly! Beware! Save yourself a lot of pain and frustration. Do not order from these people. They are greedy and care nothing about giving their customers a pleasant shopping experience. I told them my grandaughter now has no Christmas present because of them but they don't care!
The quality is poor, inaccurate and inconsistent sizing, system problems which make it impossible to upload photos if you have a complaint, customer is responsible for paying return postage if they send the wrong colour (which happened in my case) and pathetic, time wasting customer service. Rosegal is a similar site and has a much better attitude to customer service.

I've been buying from this online company for over a year and I have never been unsatisfied with my orders. They always have deep discounts on the clothes and free shipping on orders over $50. My last purchase was for three jumpsuits, two tribal and one floral. They are so beautiful! They are well-made, stylish, and were also super inexpensive!
After a long wait I was excited to receave my big order from this site. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package and 80% of the things that were ordered did not match the picture, colour or material that was presented on the site. The only thing that was up to par was a scarf. The price is not worth it, because its like trowing your money in the wind, some value might be returned to you, but most will be lost. I will never ever order from this site again and if you don't want to waste your money I would suggest you stay away as well.

I placed an order on April 12 and given that it said express shipping, I thought that I was going to have to wait 2 weeks max. I have been checking back every day and have even placed a ticket because it still says processing. The purpose of this order was for my trip this upcoming weekend but seeing that it still says processing, I know that I will not be receiving them. I probably will not be ordering from here again. I went on today and saw that it said in tiny writing at the very bottom of the page that they are undergoing warehouse upgrades, which is fine but they could have said that before I spent my money. Very poor way of dealing with things.

I have been using romwe for a few years now and have never had any unreasonable issues with the site or delivery untill this past month. I ordered a package on June 8th and haven't had a single update on the package since June 17th. When I try to track the package using the provided number it doesn't work. I have tried to Email them multiple times and have not gotten a response. Their " live customer support " robot is completely useless when you have an actual issue. This is frustrating because it is several weeks late and multiple packages I order after this one have been delivered.

I have ordered from Romwe before, yes it does take a while to get there, I believe my order took about 26 days, I think that the material of the T's i got was not T material but for the price it was worth it. Im and L but i got some jeans in XL in case they didn't fit right but even then they were way too small. I got some make up brushes that i absolutely adore! I think that i had mixed emotions about service and quality but what i can say is the pricing is unbeatable. I think knowing that i didnt spend much made me happier :) i think its not so bad. But it does take a while to get to your address

I ordered a Vegetable Leather Embellished Elastic Black Pants from Romwe.com I love these leggings. I wish they came in every fabric, texture, and color, because I am now obsessed. Very comfortable, soft, and create a nice silhouette. I was torn between a medium and a large- I am 5'3" and normally wear a size 10- and the medium fit me perfectly.
I ordered some clothes from here and 2 of them had a fault in it. Both of them are torn in some places and i noticed it after their "30 day policy". They are not ready to take it now. They sell very cheap quality stuff.

I waited 34 days for my package and I had asked repeatedly earlier why it hadn't been shipped but they said it was still coming but it was not. After waiting so long they finally said that it had been lost in the mail even though it hadn't moved at all for the past 30 days. I was very upset and they gave no offers despite having waited so long. Also their clothes are low quality and rarely look like the picture.
So I just got my Romwe delivery :) It's just. Ok. Pro: 1 pair of boots is just gorgeous and fits and I love them, the coat is also lovely, I got 4 products (2x boots, coat and a dress) fot 70 dollars, which is fine. Cons: it just smells horribly, that cheap-china-smell, not a really good quality, waited 3 weeks, second pair of boots doesn't match the size chart and they're too small. You get what you pay for, I guess. Don't think I'll be buying here soon again, but I do love my new boots and coat :)
I ordered a load of back to school stuff i think it was 1y ago and it was a total of 119 dollars and my order never came i waited and i even called after it went past the number days it said it was supposed to came they said it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back which i never did so my experience on this app sucked especially since that was my first time ever using Romwe and since then last, i'm glad someone at least picked up the phone.
