I got 2 sisters and i am the oldest. Both of them use romwe but this was my first time using them as my sisters referred them to me and i gave a try and yes my sisters was so true about them. They do sell products on low rate and quality of the products are great. Will recommended them to anyone who looking for quality products on low budget.

I was a bit hesistant ordering from Romwe and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and product received. I ordered a beautiful V Neck Sleeveless Ruffle dress for my wife who had to attend a special event. The dress arrived on time, well packaged and as described. We are very pleased with the quality and style of the dress and it fits my wife perfectly. Their customer service person provided a speedy and efficient service in answering all of my questions before I placed my order. For the price and quality of the dress, I'm very satisfied!

I order 10 items and only received 3.The items I received are decent for the price. According to their package, they sent them all so they said they had to check with their warehouse and to give them 2-4 days which I have. I have been back and forth sending them pictures but it has not been resolved. Still waiting to hear back from them. I just want a refund.

There is a large selection of tops, skirts, dresses and even necklaces to choose from and all of their clothes are gorgeous and up to date with the latest styles and fashion! Ordering and paying was super easy, I have no complaints! I got my items and I couldn't be any more thrilled! The website is really easy to navigate and I can always find something to fall in love with. I am really happy with the products from romwe. I am regular customer of romwe. I have purchased lot of products and happy with all of them. They are true to size and fits exactly as in the given display picture. I am happy to continue my shopping and even suggested for most of my friends.

The site is IMHO suspicious and has certainly ethical issues. They are pobably ashamed of being Chinese.

The site has a fake US number, but has certainly no physical address in the US. There is no company address on the website. You even don't know what country that gang operates from.

I don't believe that they are scammers, but buyers have a right to know where goods are shipped from.

It is very hard for anyone to impress me but for the online fashion shopping experience I love ROMWE.com as an online shopper you will agree that biggest fear to wish for an on time delivery and for the right product like posted on the website.

I was trying to order some clothes from their app store which said that you get a 60% off your first app order. When I applied the coupon code the amount was not reduced and when I contacted them their answer was that the 60% was from the retail price and not the price listed on their website. This was not stated anywhere in their advertisment. I am Very disappointing on their deceiving advertisements! Will not be ordering from there

I really surprise with their great customer behavior and service. It is great option for the customer to choose their dressed from huge collection of dresses. The price of the dressed is really cheap. In one word, it is great experience to shopping from Romwe.

I always want to buy a perfect dress for my girlfriend. She is very loving to me and i always want to gift her some special dress. I get confused every time when i want to gift some. But i really happy for found Romwe. They are perfect to me and be always perfect.

The shipping was a bit slow, but I am overall pleased with the results. The prices are amazing, and so cheap, and you get what you payed for. A shirt I bought was a bit thin, but it was $5.99 so I'm pretty satisfied.

When I first ordered from Romwe, my expectations were low considering that it is a very cheap, online, Asian website and because lots of the reviews on here were horrible. My order only took less than two weeks to arrive, which is incredible considering it is coming all the way from Asia. I ordered three shirts and one bag, and I did not think they would come the way the looked in the pictures. Ulitmitally, they looked even better than they do in the pictures and they are some of my favorite new clothing items!

My order was placed and I got a notification for the payment going through. I went back to check why it was taking so long and then said it cancelled. It took my money and cancelled my order. Please help.

The Romwe is a big online shopping place and their customer service is mind-blowing. The delivered their product to their customers very quick. There are variety of dresses here. I like to shopping here very much. Highly recommended the Romwe!

Am happy to be a customer here in here, i purchase my dress( a T shirt and blue jeans) here and it was shipped in due time, the most interesting part of it all is that the dress is of good size and it was my normal body size. Keep the good work up!

I ordered 4 dresses on romwe and i was insecure about the sizes with all the bad reviews. All i can say is follow the size chart! Im usually a Medium size in canada. I took all my mesures and following the chart i ordered 1 small, 1 medium and 2 dresses in L. Guess what they all fit! All you have to do is follow the chart even if its annoying! About quality you get what you pay for. One of them add some small white spots. I thought it was dust but i cant wash it its like bleach.

So the important thing is: DONT FORGET TO USE TE SIZE CHART!

Ah and yes i paid 24$ extra for clearance process.

Overall its a 3 stars for the unexpected 25$ and the bleach spots

I bought a coat from ROMWE and it took a month to get to me. I wasn't that worried about it however because it was actually for the next season. What makes me mad is they sent me the wrong size! I contacted the customer service and told them this and the size I ordered is sold out. I asked if they could send me a shipping label so I can send it back but they refused and told me they would refund me just %20 of my purchase and that I should give the coat to someone else. Huh? Why should I do that? I paid for a item. They sent the wrong one. Now they won't send me a refund or a shipping label. Why do I need to be out money on THEIR error... not mine! Good grief. Buyer beware. If they send you the wrong item they won't make it right. Won't be buying from them again. Customer service is non existent.

I bought £45 worth of clothes expecting nice looking tumblr clothes and they turn up 10X too big,, one of the pair of shorts were broken,, one completely different to what it looked like on the site,, my two peice I ordered was a complete different material as shown on the picture,, it was squidgy and felt like a sponge. I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered some things from this site just 2 days ago, Aug 2 worth about 330 dollars and I received a mail this morning saying i have to send a picture of my credit card and my ID. I don't understand why I have to send a photo of my credit card and ID especially when the said amount has already been deducted from my account. I buy stuffs online with my card and I have never had to send a picture of my card before. Please explain this cos I don't get it.

Hello, I order something on Sep. 11 from the romwe website, I then got an email saying that my address was wrong and my order will be returned to the sender and I change my address to a new one but I haven't gotten a package or I haven't gotten my money back. I was wondering how I can get my package or a refund?

I bought a floral shirt on romwe.com. I was looking for that kind of shirt for a long time and i finally found it on the site! It is perfect and exactly what i wanted. The shirt will be the perfect addition to my summer wardrobe and will certainly be an eye-catcher! :) The sizing was perfect. It fits just right and was true to size! The fabric that was used is very soft and feels luxurious! It has a nice and unique cut and was made of a high quality considering the awesome price! Romwe has awesome customer service!
