I was so excited waiting for my order to come. I ordered a jacket with sweatpants and it looks like it will be a nice fabric. I measured myself and everything... but when it got here it is way to small... the pocket has a hole in it and the fabric is thin and cheap. Everything is made out of a cheap fabric. Also when I opened it I realized that the pants weren't even clean. They had spots that looked like dirt on them. This was the first time I have ever ordered anything from this website and the last.
I love the clothes on Romewe. They're trendy and affordable. The quality is great and the price is great. The shipping time is reasonable, too. Their clothes are cute and perfect for someone on a budget.
VERY dissapointed, clothes are incrediably small, even tho we worked withall the measurements stated, arms on tops are too short, quality of material is sad, and disgraceful. SOrry but they will not have us shopping from them again, what a waste of $160 :( lucky we have little people to hand them down to, as I cant afford to send them back

I ordered $120 worth of clothes all of it arrived. The quality of the clothing is horrible both hoodies and t shirts. You can tell the quality is horrible just by feeling it the first time. Only 3 of the shirts I bought were good quality but the rest of the shirts and hoodies were terrible quality and horrible material.
I saw an ad for a sexy little black dress that I loved. I clicked into it and it took me to the ROMWE website. I hate ordering from places I'm not familiar with but the dress was only 11.67 so I looked up some reviews for this site. There were a lot of negative reviews but there were also a few good ones so I told myself, "It's only 16.65 with shipping. I'll try it once and if I have any problems I'll never order from there again." I ordered it on October 1st and received it October 9th. I opened it right away half expecting $#*!ty material or a messed up zipper. It was not any of that. The material I loved and the stitching was perfect and the zipper worked great! I tried it on and it fit me perfectly and looked freggin awesome on! I can't WAIT to wear this for New Years! Yea! I still can't believe what I got for that price! :) ! Thanks to ROMWE!
My order was retuned to sender due to an isuse with my address. I just want to get a refund so i can repurchase to the right address. But getting in touch with anyone from romwe is IMPOSSIBLE. Im so upset with the service this is terrible. Such a scam and i may never see my money again. Their customer service does not exist, its just an automated one on their site that doesnt do $#*!. I ordered a baiting suit from this site and was disappointed with what I got. The baiting suit was significantly short in the torso so I cannot even wear it. I even ordered a size larger than I generally would because of some of the reviews saying they run small. Also, when I got it out of the bag it had a strong smoke smell. I would understand products smelling new or having an odd smell because theyve never been washed but it was strong and I was overall disappointed by the experience. EDIT- Since this complaint I have received a $10 discount and my refund, which I appreciate. Romwes response to my complaint has made up for the issue I had and I thank them for that!
Well I ordered a hoodie with Pockets... yes it had a hood and yes it had pockets... but the hood was sewn on back to front so when I wear it the pockets are on the back or if I wear the pockets at the front the hood is then on the front instead of the back. Photos available.

Before I ordered I asked 3 different customer reps 3 different times to confirm that my package can be shipped through a different courier (and not the usual which is Canada post) because of an ongoing strike. They assured me that they can ship my parcel through DHL only for me to find out after a few days that they STILL shipped it with Canada post. At this point I know I won't get my package on time for my trip because the backlog for mail deliveries are going on up until March 2019. They are extremely unreliable and will say anything to get you to order so they can take your money and keep it since they won't let you cancel your order.

I was much excited when I ordered sunglasses, and yes they delivered the product on time. I ordered 3 shirts and 1 bralette, and after reading reviews I was nervous to get them. Two shirts I ordered were in smalls, and one was a one size fits all, along with the bralette that was a one size fits all. I was afraid that the bralette wasn't going to fit because I have a bigger bust for how petite my body is. They all fit perfectly, and I think the material of everything is great! I would defiantly recommend ordering from Romwe. I also read that shipping takes forever, but it only took 14 days to arrive, which I didn't think was bad at all. I defiantly will be ordering from there again.
I placed an order, paid for it... the order was completed. I didnt get a confirmation email. I checked my order history on the app and it said that the order was placed but I still needed to pay, despite me already doing that.
I contacted the company on the live chat and they told me I needed to send a picture of my bank card and a picture of a photo ID to verify the purchase. This is crazy, so dodgy, no website has ever asked that before it felt like a scam. I told them that my bank has its own verification processes (CVV code, password for online purchases) so I dont need to send ROMWE further verification, especially sending personal details like my bank card.
They then informed me that they are protecting themselves from fraud?! I was trying to purchase a $20 order of two items, using my own address, details and bank card... how on earth could this be fraud?
Very strange and dodgy policies.

This site is awful, yes the clothes are cheap but the sizing sucks!
Ordered size XXL jeans and they don't even fit a size 12 person properly. I ordered a skirt that said a size 68cm waist and it came as was only a size 60cm waist and the zip doesn't even work properly. Only 2 items out of the 9 that were order (over $180) fit properly even after I checked the sizing again and again before ordering to make sure it would fit. Very disappointed and never ordering from them again.

I purchased three rompers from Romwe thinking I just made a great deal spending about 52$ for three (said to be) great pieces of clothing... When these clothes arrived I first felt the material and was not happy. The paper texture felt so cheap and the zippers were all jammed when I tried putting on the clothes. Each romper I tried on fit so horribly! The seams of the dress were in the wrong places. They fit so awkwardly that they are unwearable. I am so disappointed and I feel like I just threw my money down the drain. I want a refund.

I just wanted to say that I love this skirt, honestly I was a bit skeptical about getting it because of the shipping price but all together it was about fifteen dollars, so not bad. It arrived very quickly, shipping was good. I only wore it once and have yet to wash it so I'm not sure how long it will last but I really do like the material and it seems sturdy. I wanted to get this skirt to wear high waisted and because I have a large bottom finding a skirt for this look I wanted to create without it being too short was difficult but I decided to give this one a try. I ordered the skirt with the higher waistline in black, size medium, and although a tad short I love it. It also looks cute for a longer look as well. I am 5'7, about 150 pounds. This skirt is awesomeeeee! I love it.
Don't shop at Romwe after writing my last review I got a response and they said I ordered two of the same jackets myself mmm yeah ok and also they said the zip on the dress couldn't have been broken funny that I havnt worn or even tried the dress on what a joke. This clothing site does amazing sales. I compared items and prices across many. This worked out much cheaper... so this was no brainer. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items too. This is something I really look for in clothes. As I make an investment, I want those to last... After several washes already the items are still in the same shape. Pretty satisfied. I got white blouse, black blouse and black bodycon dress (under 10 dollars). All pretty good for summer, but prob will wear all year around. I like the black blouse in particluar...
